The employees of this store helped me tremendously a few months ago. I was in need of a new phone & plan quickly and they not only helped me get it figured out but they stayed late to transfer all of the data from my old phone to the new one. Very grateful for their patience!

Always fix my problems

Worst Metro PCS I have ever visited I wouldnt spend one red penny in this store ever again! The staff is not informed about products and services they made me stand at the register for 15 minutes before someone even asked to help you they were rude and treated me like I was a complete idiot for asking them questions! I wouldnt waste my time or energy coming into that location I would rather pay my bill online and buy my phone from somewhere else.

I have been a cricKet customer since about day 1. Knew about MetroPCS since then. It was a west coast brand. Not available in Chicago. Since then it’s obviously grown. Both cricKet and Metro used Sprint back then and were subsidiaries of other companies. The contracts with sprint were due to end and the big guys bought them up. ATT bought cricKet and T-Mobile bought MetroPCS.Short story cricKet today is ATT network and MetroPCS is the T-Mobile network. Before both companies leased towers from Sprint and that’s essentially how these guys started. Today they are actually owned by the networks they use.cricKet works well but ATT throttles your speed to 8mbps down on high speed data. MetroPCS no throttling from T-Mobile. At least not unless they need too. 90mbps. That’s 11.25 times faster. Huge difference. Out of all the brands out their. MetroPCS by T-Mobile is by far the better one to choose. Very happy I made the switch. Although I brought my own phone since I have an iPhone XR and it’s new, their phone selection is decent as well. The staff at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable.Anyways. In comparison to cricKet by ATT. MetroPCS by T-Mobile is by a long shot the better choice.I always prefer carriers like this vs ATT direct or T-Mobile due to cost. In my years with cricKet I have learned a lot and found it’s the better option.Short Story MetroPCS by T-Mobile is no doubt the leader when it comes to an MVNO and T-Mobile is doing an excellent job with them.

I ask these morons if they had a certain promotion going on and I told them I would be driving from Wheaton to buy a phone from them only to be told that they would be selling it to another lady who didn’t even have her account info ready. Bunch of unprofessional Knuckleheads.

Ive had metro for 7 years, and this is the first time my card had rejected a payment and I had to go back in and pay an extra $80 out of pocket because they turned my phone off. now the $80 was optional because my bill is only $60 I payed $80 so my next bill wouldve been $40.. nope I go in after they shut it off and told I still have to pay what was taken out.. and now I cant pay with cards anymore...
