Went in to this store while I was having a terrible day, and working with Felipe turned my mood around entirely. Very very friendly and funny guy. Helped me find exactly what I needed and even hooked me up with some extra cables. I was glad to have such a positive encounter, and him being able to turn my mood around speaks volumes of his work ethic and attitude.Thanks Felipe!

The worlds worst cell phone customer service i have ever experienced. is xfinity mobile service. if I could give this a - star rating I would.I called up the mobile service department and talk to a representative he told me I am eligible for a upgrade phone and he said I can go to the the killdeer store and he will make a appointment for me at 12:15 I showed up and the store representative said they dont have appointment and they dont have the phones in stock untill Dec 22. So why was i told it was.

Was assured 3 different times by 2 employees at this store I could keep my phone # Ive had for 35 years. I took their advice even insisting I would pay bill in full for 3 weeks anything to save my #. They both said no need the phone # would be on hold. Went in today & now another employee said # was disconnected & put back into the pool. Tomorrow Im going back to talk to store manager to see if he can retrieve # from the pool & rectify his employees mistakes. I believe the employees at this store need to be completely retrained. I have nothing good to say about the unqualified employees at this store.

Gradually increased prices and decreased benefits. Canceled Norton Security, all TV programs except Antenna and added $27/month within one year. When I asked if there is anything cheaper, I heard very strange description. Prices increased, because promotion ended. When I asked about promotion, I was told, that with promotion I would pay even $16/month more. I did not catch any logic and left in panic.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. Employees paying more attention to their phones then customers. No explanation of existing issues with the comcast system for tracking equipment. No suggestions on how to fix any issues/problems you might be experiencing with service. It would be easier if the location was replaced with self-service kiosk. Complete waste of time. Go to the Schuamburg location, much better customer service but there is a wait. The wait at Schaumburg is cause the employees are helping customers, instead of just turning customers away.

Is there anything worse than an issue with Xfinity???? You can never get a hold of a live person without countless voice menu options and then when you are able to speak with someone live, they rarely solve the issue. My box stopped working and I was told to pick up a new one. So I have to take time off of work, drive to their store an pick up a new box. I take the box home, unwrap the packaging only to find that it is not a new box, but a refurbished box looking like it had not even been sanitized. After an hour or so of trying to program the remote to no avail, I had to call them again, many voice menu options, of course. When I finally reached someone live, he did try and resolve the issue, but had no success. I was told I had to go back to the infinity store and pick up a new remote control. I have no choice. So more time off of work. More frustration I am sure. No guarantee that this will solve the issue. So I asked to have a tech come out to assure that everything is working fine and he said no problem, but there will be a $100 charge.

At first entrance it was very unwelcoming based on the fact that they do not have a wheelchair accessible slope. The wife was having difficulty getting me study on the sidewalk. And all the employees did was just stare did not even offer help. Comcast is incredibly scammy their prices fluctuate billing wise calling people to want to cancel.

They made returning equipment more difficult than it should be (2 step process). The guy who “took” the equipment (you have to separate out all items and put them in the right place yourself) was grouchy. Then you had to go to another person for them to remove it from your account, which was also more complicated then it needed to be (though he was nice).

On the plus side, they are very Covid-19 conscious and have an excellent system. On the negative side, very slow. I waiting for 30 mins before I worked with someone on my issue, which was straight forward. The staff person was knowledgeable and took care of my request promptly.

Went in to see about lowering my plan and the big guy who was sitting at the desk was nice to all the customers before me and helpful i noticed while i waited and very short and rude to me, he didnt seem to want to help me and as if i was annoying him, then i seen a second younger kid and he didnt seem to want to help me as he stood there with no customer at the computer doing nothing until i approached him asking him a question regarding the plans, i will never go back to the Arlington Heights location for any person to person business!

So I need to say is that xfinty is selling bad Samsung s21 phones. Ok not there problem but when you send the phone to Samsung they give you the run around they keep your phone for about a month and then when they warranty it out and replace it with a different model that you are unaware about. So Im bring this to peoples attention so they can make a informed discussion on what phone to buy I have bought Samsung phones for years no problem and when I ran into one there service was rotten to the core I have been with friends with apple products and have seen a major difference between the companies. So use this as a tool to decide what type of company you want to do business with apple or Samsung. So xfinty but you are working with a terrible company.

Absolutely incompetent. They have been attempting to switch my phone from At&T for 4 days now. No phone for 4 days, no explanation or follow up. They only seem to be working on it when we go to the store or spend 5 hours on the phone with customer service.

Xfinity is a lot like owning a boat - the only enjoyable time is when you first get it and when you finally get rid of it. I should have listened to everyone who said to watch out for these crooks.Oh and just to get one more jab in they’ll make you wait in your car for an hour just to return your equipment.If Xfinity was a sandwich it would be an orange juice and toothpaste spread on marble rye.

Ive had the triple play service for over a decade. They keep raising there pricing no matter what. Started w/ $139 after deal ran out, went to $200. Then to $220. I kept cutting back my service package but somehow the charge was always $220. Last month they raised me to $267. I really have had enough. Comcast is like dealing with the devil.

A sales associate took advantage of my mom who isn’t as tech savvy by telling her she would be able to download the Xfinity Streaming app on our firestick devices throughout the house. However we came to find out this isn’t true at all and now are forced to replace them all with Roku sticks which start at $40 a pop. We need 4. The associates name was Katie and clearly baited my mom into signing a two year contract with misleading claims about their app.

I went in-store to avoid confusion rather than trying to set up service over the phone or online. For me to get service, it requires the burial of a line underneath my neighbor’s concrete walkway. I was very specific when speaking with Alonzo, the sales rep. While acknowledging my needs, he assured me that I would have service just a few days later at the technician appointment he helped arrange.Lo and behold, the technician (who was over an hour late) had no idea what work was required and was unable to set up service because he couldn’t leave the wire exposed over the concrete. So now, I’m told it could take up to 14 business days for the work to be completed and to get me service.I’m upset because Alonzo heard what I was requesting, but he wasn’t listening and didn’t set realistic expectations. That is poor customer service.

Stopped giving us Stars in January and keep telling us they’ll give us credit. Got hold of agent when they thought I wanted to add new services and he apologized and offered two months Stars free starting next day. No Stars since one week passed and no human being to talk to ‼️

Was promised a waived installation fee, yet they said after reading a note saying im not gonna pay it that it was a valid transaction, when i call customer service the people i talk with have no idea what they are doing. Went to the wrong address, keep changing calls, every person asks different questions, ruined many days that i had to dedicate just for them, worsr customer service i have ever experienced.

Service is decent but as a company comcast/xfinity are the worst. Never have i had to call a company as much about billing issues. My family moved recently and they somehow managed to charge us for two different address while not updating our account to the new address they are currently servicing. The SECOND there is an alternative that isent ATT im switching service and NEVER looking back at comcast/xfinity again.

I called xfinity to set up WiFi at home, specifically stating that I only wanted internet and that I would pick up equipment that day at the store. I made an appointment and went to the store that afternoon to find out that the person on the phone set me up for the slowest speed internet and tacked on additional services, like a tv add on package although I had specifically stated that I only wanted internet. So basically they lied to me and made me believe I was going to get the services I asked for while selling me something else at a higher price. I also found out they had mailed the equipment even though I made an appointment to pick it up. The woman I talked to in store seemed like she could care less about my concerns and told me that she would cancel the shipment to my house. I also had issues adding another name to the account, she said she could not add spouses name, so long story short, because I was getting the run around and being lied to right out of the gate, I told her to just cancel the whole thing altogether the same day I put down my deposit. She told me she did. Well the next day lo and behold the equipment had still been mailed so I had to go back and spend time out of my work day to return it. Also found out she did NOT cancel my service. Had to then go on the phone which took more time because although I had emails of confirmation they had difficulty finding my account and record of payment even though my bank statement shows proof of payment. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting for my 50 dollar deposit. I was appalled by how I was treated as a first time customer, and how slow they are taking to return my money even though I cancelled right away, returned equipment as soon as I got it and clearly spoke to multiple representatives about my problems and concerns. Poor customer service/interaction and shady sales representatives. I had so much stress and anxiety going though this experience, and you would think as a paying customer they would treat you with more dignity and respect.. I work hard for my money, too much to hand it to a company who apparently sees dollar signs over friendly, helpful and honest customer service. Highly dissatisfied!

Comcast (Xfinity) as really been improving their customer service. For the best experience, make an appointment on-line before leaving to go to the store. I have been there several times and they have always provided great service. Yes, I know we all complain about the price of cable service but Comcast is really getting much better than many people realize.

We walked into the Xfinity store looking to upgrade our home internet service. Expecting to have a pushy sales person, with a bunch offers for services we did not need or want. Well needless to say we got the complete opposite. Max M. greeted and listened to our needs, of course he up sold us in a better package including streaming services but it was well worth it because he truly listened to our needs and wants before anything else. This is what true customer service is and we were honestly pleased by the service Max provided us with.

We recently had billing and service issues with Comcast. After several hours on the phone with the call center and not being able to resolve the issue, we went into the Arlington Heights store as a last result. We spoke to Jason, not only was he knowledgeable,professional and courteous, he followed up with us after hours to see if we had service.Jason was able to resolve our billing issue and our cable was back on that same day.

They are fast. I had done questions and they were answered correctly .I got a newer cable modem based on their good advice .Quickly swapped all of my old gear for new equipment. They helped me with the door and were friendly .The place was busy, but I had no problems getting help . They activated all of my equipment in store, and it all worked when I got it home .

The worse experience ever. I just went in to change my plan and ROBERT was the rudest person that I ever met in my life . He didn’t even want to sell the services that the company is offering. I even told him that I’m gonna cancel my services with Comcast and he didn’t care . The other guys were telling me something else, and after they switch me to Robert he started to tell me something else about the plans that they have. Please don’t go at this location because they don’t know what they are doing .I’ve called the xfinity and they solved my problem in 10 minutes . Don’t waste your time going at this location.

Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Pulled up just as they were locking up for the eve, needing to return my equipment after recently canceling my cable service. Rep unlocked the door, let me in, and took care of checking the equipment back in, without once seeming like it was some kind of burden or inconvenience. Now, if only Comcast could get their phone customer service to resemble this!

I am a longtime customer and was treated atrociously through their telephone customer service, constantly being bounced around from one department to another and made false promises. I decided to go into the local store to get some face-to-face resolution of my issues. My sales consultant was Paul and he did a fantastic job of taking care of my concerns and explained my new agreement to me in detail. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will never use their telephone customer service option again - all they have is offshore customer service reps that really dont care about resolving your issue.

Immediately when you walk into the store, some of the most dry and wilted personalities Ive ever come in contact with. The representatives are lackluster with knowledge at best and they blame the customer service reps over the phone for being misleading and vice versa. Nobody takes responsibility here. After purchasing a Samsung device from this location, they cant even transfer data from my iPhone over to Samsung. Yet, Verizon and xfinity customer service tell me that they should have been able to.
