I made an appointment and although I was 30 minutes late, Derek, the gentleman at the front desk, gladly excepted my arrival and prompted to repair my phone within one hour. They were the most professional, organized, and kind group of tech people I have ever worked with. I would never hesitate to go back there if anything happened to my electronic devices again! So, thank you for the great Service and the amazing screensaver you also put on my new screen! It is absolutely flawless!

Camp Black Hawk GO!!! Many opporunities for Scouts to achieve merit badges not offered at many other BSA camps. Water sports, COPE, horseback, ATV cert. Staff and volunteers are cheerful and helpful. Food is also good, seriously, its good. Highly recommend this camp to all scouters!

I was surprised by the great quality of service, and attention to detail. I would never go anywhere else for service. I brought in my iphone x for a screen, and the screen that the insurance company provided was defective. They went out of their way to correct the issue, so I would not go without a Phone.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one, I had to get my screen replaced on an iPhone, the case was a special one, since I already had the screen replacement part for the job, therefore I needed only the labor of replacing the screen, they told me that it is not possible (although it obviously was), in my experience other repair shops aim to help fix the problem and would be happy to help, here it was not the case sadly.

I have brought my phone in twice to here. The first was awful experience at another place that broke my phone on the inside without my permission. The other place left plastic, broke an antenna, and left my phone in worse condition then when I brought it in. So I brought it here, and they fully explained to me what they did, showed me what the other place did, and fixed it. My phone was fixed right!! The second time I brought my phone, I cracked the back of the phone, they had to order the part, no big deal, I dropped off my phone, couple hours later, my phone was looks like new again! I recommend anyone who cracks/breaks their phone to bring it in to UBreak IFix!!!!

The store in Arlington Heights is filled with workers who care about you and your problem. They were kind, timely, and patient. I brought in my PS4 to get a cleaning because it was like a jet engine and they ran thorough diagnostics. They communicated every step of the way. Great workers at this store!

I had some problems with my phone this morning and I was planning on going in and paying for a repair but I decided to call the store first. The employee who answered the call recognized its a simple fix and walked me through the process over the phone saving me time and money. Great people, great work, definitely recommend.

Had my Nintendo Switch Lite taken to get repairs middle of December for charging issues, suspected charging pin issues, after finding out uBreakiFix does Nintendo Switches. Was told that they wouldnt be able to get it done until early-mid-January on grounds of not using aftermarket parts (whatever) and that Id receive a call if the part was to come in early. Never received a call about the part, but got a call before the estimated date to tell me my Switch wasnt repairable. I got my Switch back to find more damage around the charging port than it arrived to the shop with (looks like the pin was chiseled out with a Dremel to the point where it cracked from the port to the back), and when comparing the new pin with the pin of a brand-new Switch Lite, it doesnt even look like the right pin.Giving a second star because I did get my money back, but if I end up with any Switch issues in the future, Im just going to go through the madness of sending it to Nintendo.

Highly recommend. The customer service here was awesome, and their communication was impeccable. I really appreciated that I was informed about what my options were for my phone repair every step of the way. They were patient with my questions, which I really liked as well.

DON’T BOTHER MAKING AN APPT. JUST SHOW UP EARLYApparently when you book an appointment here you are “only scheduling a drop off time, not a repair time.” This means there’s a good chance you will leave your phone here for a few hrs w/out it getting fixed

Wonderfully helpful staff! The manager, Kyle, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns concisely. He was also very clear as to what was wrong with my phone screen and the different options available I had moving forward to fix it. Will definitely be going back for any and all repairs that I may need!

My phone work great!

Just walked in out of the blue to see if they could fix a charging port that was not working. Kyle asked if the phone got wet/was placed in rice. This did happen 4 weeks ago, he said a piece of rice may be stuck in the port. Kyle took it in the back and handed it to us 5 minutes later.... It was as good as new..... He didn’t even want to charge us, so we decided to buy him dinner! Very knowledgeable and personable. He will definitely see us again if we have any phone, computer or tablet issues.
