This is the ONLY T-mobile location I choose to go to! Luis and his team are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ive never had a bad experience here. I also rarely leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share how amazing this location is! The whole staff is wonderful but Luis is my personal go-to! Thank you for the consistent, amazing service! They really make you feel like a valued customer here.

I have been to this store multiple times and have brought this location a lot of business. I have added a few lines and bought several phones here. I usually have a great experience with their costumer service team. They are always polite and helpful. Hence why I keep coming back. However, today upon coming in I was “helped” by a middle aged man who appeared to be Latino. I didn’t catch his name because I left right away due to his lack of respect and professionalism. I was going to add 2 lines and maybe even buy up to 4 phones . But his answers to my inquiries were sarcastic and he was just being plain rude. I will not be coming back to this store again. Unfortunately one bad service experience is all it takes sometimes to lose a valued costumer.

I highly recommend this location and staff . I had trouble at other T-mobile stores and drove to this one in hopes for a more competent person and found it. Joshua went above and beyond to get my number/plan transferred from a Sprint to a T-mobile account. With the recent merger it was a little tricky, but he was able to get corporate on the line to help push things through whereas other locations did not even try to help. Great customer service!!

Ive been coming to this store for years and never had a problem until now. Ive been a T-mobile customer from the beginning and although Ive had issues with their phone service over the years, this store especially has always been very helpful.This time however, an employee named Ralph, was just downright belligerent and confrontational.I would give four stars for past performance, and ZERO stars for Ralph, so that averages out to 2. Ralph needs either better training or a different job.To the owner of this store - I see you thank and compliment people who give good reviews, but what do you do about the bad ones??
