My wife and I were in the area for a late lunch yesterday and walked into MOSA Verizon Wireless afterwards to learn more about Verizon’s current buy one get one at up to $750 off promotion. We were greeted warmly by Benny and Mars both came across as very tech savvy, extremely patient, and welcoming for any questions (believe me, we asked a lot of basic and probably stupid questions). We finally decided to upgrade our aging iPhone 6s to 128GB XRs. The process took much longer than we anticipated only because both our old phones have not been backed up on the iCloud since 2016!!! (my bad) and iOS updates weren’t kept up either🙄. I’m 100% sure if we have gone to any local Verizon store near my home (Irvine) or Apple store (good luck if you don’t have an appointment), we would have been told to go home and backup all our files and update iOS before coming back to the store. Undeterred, Mars and Benny not only did ALL that and also helped transfer my wife’s LINE messages and contacts to her new iPhone. What really impressed us most about the whole thing were the fact they stayed 2 hours past closing time to FINISH the work! Now that’s some impressive customer service right there. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to recommend or do business again with Benny and Mars at MOSA Verizon Wireless. It’s a good place to buy your next cellphone if great and honest customer service are what you are looking for.👍👍
