Absolutely livid walking out the store. I been to plenty of stores to trade in my old phones. Immediately their attitude is that it would take too long for two phones. More than 30 minutes a phone. oh its an iPhone 8 or xsmax? dont know it we could do it.Literally just a bunch of dumb reasons that dont make sense.FYI I called Alhambra and another store in Pasadena. It takes 5-10 minutes. Why would it take them that longI usually do them at Alhambra but I happen to come in to help a friend. Both were just being rude and so I cant help you attitude from the get go. we can only do it one per guest absolute joke. That is a stupid rule for sure. As a company, how are you going to ask someone pay for annual service and change the terms after it was paid. Come back each day per item? Not a good customer experience.

Am trying to get most switch games on physical and this is a great place for that. Came in with a years old gift card and left with bravely default ll and minimal upsell.

Their heavy upselling is usually enough to keep me out of there. If I wasnt impatient for a particular $10 Wii accessory, I probably wouldve avoided going there. Theyre not short on funky smells and weird vibes. Todays visit was strictly in and out. Just had to get passed the hurdle of them wanting my phone number, me declining the membership/reason for the number, and the employees small talk. I saw something that caught my eye in the checkout process. I looked it up online to realize it was $10 cheaper elsewhere, so once again, I have little reason to ever come back.

I just cant really buy here. I do not like paying mall premium. But they have a great selection of used game and nerd merch. Defiantly a place for used buying and selling.

Why is Sims 4 for Xbox One is STILL $49.99 for a that came out September 2, 2014?!

I go to game stop to check out the non game merchandise. Shirts, plush ect. Honestly, they seem a little pricey and I only find a few things Im interested in. For example I was going to pick up a jigglypuff plush and it was $14 on sale down from $16. Thats not much of a discount. I found a cool clearance Star Wars cap but it was still $29. I ended up buying a Kirby plush from Best Buy for $12.

Same review as Yelp:Not surprised this store is so lowly ranked. I called and asked how much i would get for my ps3, thought i said i had two...apparently when i got to the store i was told that i didnt state that. (if you have more than one and two are the same model, only one can be traded for credit) I said ok...maybe i didnt state that. Then they asked where are the cords? is that the power cord? i didnt have any...they told me i couldnt trade it in without the cord. told the guy that had said i didnt say i had two, he said you didnt ask? I said, you should have told me i needed to bring that in. he went on to state that next time i call, i should ask all these questions before i come in. im a consumer, youre supposed to let me know. on top of their horrible policy, that wasnt stated by an employee, (which was the manager, i asked his name is Devaun)

Some people on line will hate gamestop for whatever the reason. I never had issues with this particular store. Female manager was very helpful and staff are not pushy and friendly overall.

I like this gamestop. Employees are pretty friendly and always willing to help. They are pretty good on informing their customers when new games or programs are comings out.

There is always at least one employee that will give me decent customer service, and this store is good about keeping the line moving (as opposed to the Hastings Ranch location). Plus, the employees are honest about games that arent great and accessories that arent in good condition. I wish they werent so judgmental every time I mention that I have a Wii U, though.

Went above and beyond, to help me. Excellent service, our favorite go to place to buy games. To the Guy who help us out with my store credit problem, I just wanted to say thanks again :) 🙋🙋🙋

A pretty good GameStop to go to. The service was friendly when I visited there last time. I only came here to buy some Pokémon Celestial Storm booster packs. The booster packs arent weighed since I got pretty lucky from the booster pack I got. They are really protective with their trading cards though I dont mind. There are a lot of good games on sale that are in good quality. Too bad that there arent any pc games. Older gaming consoles like the Xbox 360 are being sold at a lower price. This is currently my favorite GameStop store to go to.

Horrible customer service

Im just not happy with the retail sales here. I realize that they are trying to make profit, but if Im going to sell a nintendo 3Ds, then at least buy it from me at like half the price. Instead, its only 40 dollars in store credit.
