Careful inspection and professional advice, this store is not the one that repairs just for money, they really want to offer good service and keep good relationships with customers. I would recommend my friends to it.

They helped me fix my phone very quickly and I can tell they are the cheapest, When I got to the store, the guy was very friendly. The phone was fixed within 20 minutes. Very rapid service and they care about the customers. I would come here again for broken phone again.

Took my phone in dropped it off for a couple of hours to have the screen replaced. They did such a great job with replacing the screen. The only thing I did not like is that my SIM card was removed. Dont understand why a SIM card has to be removed to install a screen on my phone. SIM cards carry a lot of information that we have on our phones. So I recommend if you do drop your phone off to have it repaired. Remove it. Hopefully nothing starts to happen to any of my information on my SIM card. SIM card was put back into my phone. Dont understand why it had to be removed and what was their purpose. I will not take away the great job they did.

I came in yesterday needing a screen repair and it took one day to get the part because of the model and how new it was. The next day, it took less than an hour to get the screen replaced and everything is looking great again. Will definitely be coming here for all of my screen repair needs.

IPhone screen was shattered. Replaced with a new one in less than 30 minutes.Works fine now. I also had a battery replaced on the same phone a while back. Works fine as well.

I wouldnt recommend this place.I have an iphone SE with a cracked LCD screen. After I went into the shop for a repair, I realize that my new replacement screen(or the LCD screen) is not only less sensitive compared to before, my replacement screen is massed up against simple typing. For example, when I type the word Apple, my phone will have the word Appkle, with the extra p and k jump out simultaneously when I type the letter l. The pattern is that when I try to type a few letters, an arbitrary letter or the space is simultaneously activated and entered when I am not touching that part of the keyboard at all. It is a bit annoying. I think I need to purchase a new LCD myself and replace it. I think they did not purchase LCD replacement screen with good quality.EDIT: I realize some guy below also mentioned this issue but with batteries, so yeah.... read negative reviews.

Very friendly, and helpes fix my problem whith my phone right away, highly recommend, do things very fast, price is not that very expensive but with a good quality. I went they to change a new battery and they just took 10min for me new iPhone12

In about 30min, my iPhone 11 were replaced with a brand new screen. Price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend to any one who want to repair cell phone. Fast and very good service.

He also helped me understand the difference between parts and the possibility of what the other issues might be. He was really helpful all they way until my phone was delivered back to me.OLD PLACE:I was loyal to another cellphone repair shop before, but it was further out in Pasadena, getting a time scheduled was a little out of the way, and the parking is nearly nonexistent at the other place.THIS PLACEI found this one through an easy search, and my goodness, its a very short drive (or a quick walk) to get here. Parking is easy and available all around the block, fast repairs, walk-ins welcome, and easy access. This will be my new place for repairs and assessment.The problem I had with my phone wasnt a big issue at all- just the display - a single part and needed to be swapped out. So, i dropped off my phone at about 13:00, went out for lunch, and when i was almost at my door, my phone got a text saying that the phone is ready for pickup. Got back, paid for the repair - had some questions answered, and im off to home.Recommended for folks whos around the area and wanting to get their phone jobs done quickly.

I’m not really a guy to leave bad reviews but I got my battery changed about a year ago here and they actually instal a cheap after market battery. Paid over $100 not knowing all these flaws to it. You can’t just use any charger but a very specific one with a very certain plug because if you put too much amp to you phone it would overload and the battery will go out. I had to go back 3 times and they kept installing the same battery after my phone kept going out.. now my battery went out on me and I was very disappointed with the battery. Hopefully they change that after market one into a better quality battery...

Price was 40 dollars more than advertised. They know the mall is closed so they’re out here charging you way more. Charged me 180 just to fix my Screen... just the front. I’ve never paid more than 130 anywhere else.

I brought my phone in after another place could not get my camera to work. Jay was really helpful in taking care of the issue. I would have been able to have my phone I full functional working mode had I brought my phone here months ago. This will be my first stop from now on.

Truly exceptional service and help from professionals that believe there are no issues that can’t be fixed quickly and affordably. My phone flew out of my pocket and skipped across the road at 60 miles an hour and then was run over by multiple cars. I called trying to see if they had used phones for sale but instead they completely repaired my decimated phone with new parts in the matter of hours and saved me hundreds of dollars. Was blown away I decided to write my first google review.

I took my iPhone 6 in today with a broken but functioning screen. I picked it up and the new screen was installed to not be flush with the cell phone casing. I asked the worker about this after paying $70.00 for what I was assured was an original apple and not after market screen. The worker at the desk assured me it was from Apple. I kept asking him why the screen was not flush and he said it was fine and I should just pay. I shouldn’t have because I took it home and the corner was clearly moving up and down as well as the home button clicking loudly because it does not fit correctly. I will be bringing it back, speaking to the manager tomorrow and continue to bring it back until my phone is working properly. I will update this review when it does. However so far, I feel like I was lied to and that I was pressured into signing away $70 for someone to work on my phone who and no business working on it. Please use another service. It is not worth the money.

Best place I been to without getting ripped off. Needed my note 5 charging port fixed and every other repair placed said that by changing it they werent responsible for breaking my LCD by trying to change the port, what kind of business is that?. Kevin told me right off the bat, we break something on your phone then were responsible for that. Took my phone in and less than an hour it was fixed. These Guys are Great. I hit them up on yelp they answered right way. I went in on for my LG G2 I needed a new display they had (one). They replaced it within a hour and my cell is back and working well. And that was three two months ago.

Gets the job done. Professional service. I would recommend. Service for screen cracked is about 2 hours. iPhone 7plus $120-130. One star off because this is my 2nd time using their services and the first guy promised me a discount if I ever go back. But they didn’t honor it. Maybe a miscommunication on their end.

It turns out the battery in my phone was expanding and that was causing my phone to do crazy things. The screen would be jumpy and would freeze occasionally. At the end, I had to replace my battery and they only charged me $15. Now the problems are gone and my phone works like it should.

Don’t waste your time the screen repair will just break again because they are not replaced properly. Same iPad 2 broken screens with them.

Terrible phone quality. I went to get my one plus one screen fixed. The screen wasnt broken physically, but the screen wasnt working. I called and asked them to fix same day. They said they could. I paid $129 and the next day (less than 24hr) the phone screen quality was already broken. I called and they refused to refund my money and they blamed me for the issue! Unbelievable!

Not many repair shops in Arcadia outside the mall. And prices in the mall are outrageous so I was very happy to find Go Gadget. I had the corner of my ipad mini the was cracked so I decided to have it fixed. The entire process took about 45 minutes. When I got the ipad back, it looked like it did when it was new. Could never tell it was ever broken. Glad to have great local business like this near by. Great work and great attitude from the staff.

Go Gadget is a great local business here in Arcadia. They were they only repair shop in the city I could find. To be honest, I was quite desperate after I had cracked my iphone screen. I just wanted to get it repaired fast! Go Gadget did that for me and had me ready to go in less than an hour. Now my iphone 5 looks like it did before. Even newer actually. Thanks. The guys were great here at Go Gadget. Ive had my phone with the screen cracked for about a month now and finally decided to get it fixed. Searched for iphone repair here on yelp and decided to go with these guys after I had called 3 other stores. They were the most informative and helpful. Replaced my iphone 6 screen in about 20 minutes. Ben also cleaned some of my buttons on the side that were sticky from a little milk spilled into them. Free of charge! Do not go here. Went to get my iPhone XS camera repaired. They replaced the lens cover and it was still blurry, but then they also broke the microphone on the back of the phone. Had to then take to Apple for full replacement.

I had the misfortune of dropping my phone early in the morning and having the screen shatter instantaneously. It didnt look horrible, but it made my heart drop into my stomach knowing that just a minute earlier, my phone was sitting comfortably on top of the table. I found Go Gadget, which was offering a check-in deal. I was convinced after reading through just a few of many positive reviews.I walked in around eleven, and there was already a customer there. Ryan took a look at my phone, ran some tests on it, and announced that it was fixable (thank goodness!). He took a few pictures, got some information, and sent it to the team of technicians. I decided to stay at the store and wait for my phone to be fixed. They have an iPad for customers to browse, as well as many phone cases and accessories for sale. Theres comfortable armchairs as well as barstools at the counter. While I was waiting, Ryan kept me occupied with conversation about phones, screens so the 45-50 minute wait flew by in no time! My phone was fixed in no time, and after paying, I was on my way.But, knowing me, misfortunes do not come alone. I made a call and realized that my microphone wasnt working. And when I tried using Siri, she would not pick up my voice. So I went back to the store and explained the situation to Ryan. He asked the technicians if they could see what was wrong with it. Apparently when I had dropped my phone, it was where the charging port/speaker area was. It could detect his voice, but had trouble identifying mine. He quoted me a discounted price and, since I was already there, helped my phone undergo a second surgery. While waiting, he showed me what had happened, what was wrong, etc., which I thought was super nice of him!Its been more than a week since my phone has been fixed. It works well and the screen seems even sleeker than before. Super thankful I found this place through Yelp! Thank you Ryan and the tech team for helping me out. Prices were lower than I had expected and altogether cost about $130 for the screen and the charging port.Go Gadget accepts credit cards and they speak Cantonese!
