DO NOT FIX HERE!! I had my phone fixed here for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Once the phone was fixed they made a test call to make sure the phone was working properly and they make you sign a paper to cover themselves and they have your signature saying it’s good and working. I noticed my phone glitched quite a bit since getting it done but I was just happy to have a working phone. Eventually the phone just went black and wouldn’t turn on! I took it to the Apple store and they told me it was from having a non original screen. Had to pay Apple for the original screen and on top of that I was refused a refund by cellairis! I understand they have a no refunds policy so I just consider the $245 a loss. It’s upsetting how they will sell low quality screens that will mess up your phone and create a policy that will not help you if the same happens to you.

I was recently in town for a wedding and was out NYE when I ended up cracking the screen on my iPhone X pretty badly. Cellairis is the only place I trust with locations all over the country. Their customer service and repairs have always been top notch, and their prices have been fair, competitive, and consistent. This location was no different. They fixed my screen better than new, put on a new glass screen protector so perfectly you couldn’t tell it was on the phone, and it was all within the hour while I shopped the rest of the stores in the mall. The mall has several cell phone repair places, but this one had the best reviews of all. So I purposely went here and had a very good experience. The repair was more than I was planning on spending, but I checked other places in and out of the mall and they all seemed to be in the same range.The technician, Hossein, is extremely friendly and professional.I hope to never go here again.... since you only need him if you have a broken phone.

I called ahead and was told it would be $75 flat for each phone. Not only was my bank account charged $90 per phone, but both of the screens I had fixed broke by the second day; not even from falling, (both from simply being in a pocket as they would normally) and now both are worse than they were when I had them fixed.Dont get scammed. I recently got my phone fixed at the Cellairis kiosk in the Santa Anita mall. My screen was totally destroyed and the girl fixed it quickly and for a great price. The two girls were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, you know its excellent customer service when you walk away feeling you just made a new friend. I also bought a Rapture phone case and a tempered glass screen protector, Ive never had a case this sleek that protected my phone so well! I love getting phone cases and screen protectors from Cellairis! They have a huge variety and Ive never had a bad experience. Whenever I accidentally drop my phone, I never get worried because their cases are so protective as well as their glass screen protectors. Def. not the first time Ive gone to this store, and most def. not the last. Dropped my phone the wrong way and cracked my screen.. went everywhere for prices and this place seemed to be the lowest and their staff are super nice. They actually cared about my experience rather than seeing another sale in their eyes like some of the other kiosks. Left my phone while I shopped.. came back in 30min and it was done. Also got a sick case to go with it, and not to mention some glass screen protector that will prob. help save my screen the next time I drop it the wrong way.DEF recommend this place! The middle eastern guy who works there is only good for sweet talking but can be rude as hell once you pay him the money. I went to this place to get my screen replaced for iPhone 7 and he told me that if you don’t like it, there’ll be a 6 months warranty and all kinds of false promises. However, once I got the screen replaced, it was a very low quality product and forget about the colors on the screen, even the touch pad doesn’t work fine. The guy also took my broken screen and kept it with him saying that he’ll get some money on selling it back to Apple. I have never met such a two faced person ever in my life who changes behavior within an instant. Please be aware of this screen repair shop at Santa Anita Mall. This is the first time I am ever writing this kind of review for anyone.

My son broke my iPad screen and these guys did a great job fixing it. The price was good, service was fast enough to have it fixed in under an hour, and both of the guys working here were super friendly and helpful. Having it fixed at the mall also gave me something to do while I waited, which was nice.

WARNING DONT COME HERE!!!! Trust me these people have no idea what they are doing. The shop keeper told me himself all he did was watch a few youtube videos to learn hows to fix cracked screens and does a hack job on your phone for $45 bucks. Plus they act stupid when you go back and pretend they dont remember you.

Hossein is a lifesaver. My iPhone 7+ suddenly went black and I could not get it to light up again. I hadnt dropped it or damaged it; I just left it plugged in for a few minutes and couldnt turn the screen on again. I called Cellairis in advance about this issue.Hossein was VERY CLEAR over the phone about pricing and told me I would not be charged if nothing could be done.He fixed it in less than 30 minutes! I am so beyond satisfied with his service.

Don’t go there !! Please read my review carefully and then decide whether you want to go there. I had a horrible experience with this kiosk in Santa Anita mall. If I could give negative rating, I will definitely do that. 1. The OLED iPhoneX screen they replaced for me only last 11 days! Yes,Only 11 days! 2. They don’t fulfill their 6 months warranty commitment. 3. after-sell service is extremely terrible . My wife’s iPhoneX original screen was still working but a line appeared on it (due to the problem of inner part of the screen I believe), so I decided to replace it for her. I went to this kiosk for a new screen on 02/02/19 and was told guaranteed six months warranty. However, it broke on 02/13 without any accident like fall from hand and there is no any physical damage on the screen at all. I went back to repair. The young man with short white hair, however, refused for the reason he was not with the phone and don’t know what happened. He said this is apparently a inner part of screen broken by pressure which is considered physical damage. I really doubt this “physical damage” caused by pressure because 1. My wife always put phone in her handbag not pocket. 2. original screen had couple of times of fall but no outside crack and last a year without any problem. I don’t want to have any argument with him，so,although he tried to convince me to replace a new screen with a discounted price, I tell him I decide not to replace any new screen but change the phone to iPhone 8 because the way how apple design iPhoneX make it very fragile. Thus, I need to back up my phone data and buy a new phone.However, with that damaged screen that does not respond at all, I cannot do back up. I thought fortunately I did not throw away and I have original screen with me. In order to back up my phone data, I beg him to place my original screen back instead since he already pulled out that damaged screen out to check. He refused and said he will close the kiosk soon and the process will take 50 minutes. I tell him his coworker who replace the screen for me on 02/02 only take 5 minutes. And then, he literally tell me “I cannot do it for free! “. This really piss me off. What a terrible after-sale service! This is how they do their business! ! I will never go to Cellairis for repair again! It is sad that seems I cannot attach photo evidence on google review.
