Went in today at 6:30pm to inquire about a new phone and subscribe with Verizon, I understand that it was 30 mins until closing time and it would’ve been okay if I did not activate a new line but at least get some information about they phones and plans but anyways, I got there stood in front of woman working (didn’t get her name but she was an Asian woman) and she didn’t acknowledge me. Finally she looked up at me then continued doing what she was doing as if I was not there at all, until I get her attention and ask her “are you guys closed already?” She just says “yeah we are closed already” and looks away in a rude manner. As a potential new customer to Verizon I can say that it was very unprofessional and definitely never going back there again. As a current T-Mobile customer I can say that T-Mobile workers at their store acknowledge and greet you the moment you walk into their stores.

Ivan helped us out, he is great. We stopped by for a totally unrelated issue. He looked up our account while we waited. For just a little more each month I was able to upgrade all 3 of my lines to unlimited data. I had no idea it was so affordable. When we arrived another lady was going on about how helpful he was with her as well. He seems to be really good at his job and motivated. You dont see a lot of young people with that kind of initiative nowadays. If the owners are listening, promote this guy quick. Ivan is a keeper!!!

Caesar was so incredibly helpful. He really tried to actually fix the phone I brought in versus trying to sell me a new one right away. He then looked at my plan to make sure that I was get the best deal on my current plan. He was very honest and not pushy at all with regard to selling me a phone. I had been to 3 Verizon stores before I came to this store. The other stores had no interest in helping me fix my phone. They didn’t do anything extra to try to fix it like Caesar did. I was actually looking to upgrade soon, and Caesar did not know that. Because he was so helpful, I decided to upgrade that day. He had a genuine desire to really help. I’m older so I’ve seen a lot of sales people not be in my best interest. If you want the best phone for you and you want a salesman who really wants to help you, Caesar is your guy! He also really knew what he was talking about. He really did treat me like i was a customer at his own business. That’s a rare thing to see in an employee.

I came in to get my phone upgraded and couldnt be happier with my experience. I was met with wonderful customer service by Keith and Christian. Keith answered all of our (many, many) questions, and Christian made the whole process a breeze, getting us the best deal possible. Will definitely be returning for all of my phone needs!

I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was extremely pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls. This is a clean and inviting store, with very professional associates. I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everything. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill might be slightly higher, but its nice to be able to actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.

My advise is not to come to this location. Staff are not kept to standards. Employee wanted to rip me off by 500 dollars. This is a 3rd party store that could probably steal your information. Dont do business here and go to an actual Verizon store.

Bad customer service. Staff was slow to take care customer. No professionalism. Staff play loud music during work time. No respect toward to customer. I want the Samsung S10, but the staff keep selling me the LG phone. Worst store in the area. I will not come back. I will spread bad words about the store.

I recently broke my glass screen protector on my new iPhone. The Verizon near me told me I would get the new one in the mail, and I would have to put it on myself because otherwise they would charge a service fee. I was at the Santa Anita mall shopping and stopped by the kiosk to just try and ask if they’ll install the new screen protectors for me. The associate, (Joe I believe?) greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any questions. I told him my situation, and he thought it was strange to charge a service fee for their products. He gladly installed my new tempered glass and with no bubbles. I’ll gladly go the extra distance to these guys instead of local stores. They rock!

This location was amazing. At first I was frustrated with my phone, but the consultant Christian and the store manager Keith were so extremely helpful and they presented me with the perfect solution. I highly recommend checking out this Verizon for all your wireless needs, these guys are top notch!

I went to another branch of this retailer where they made no effort to resolve my issue until finally I found anothrt employee who was kind enough to help and wound up sending me to another branch which had my product. Emilio, César and one other employee whose name I didnt catch were all excellent.

Visited the store about a plan change. The representative Joseph was very courteous and informative and helped me out. Showed me my outdated plan and revamped it to the most current plan. I was stuck on 2 gigs for the longest time! Now I get more for the same price! hurray!

We had issues with our overages and payment over charges, he was very patient and guided us along with calling customer service for us and got the whole matter taken care of.
