The drivers of this company must be drunk or on drugs. I was almost run off a highway by one of their drivers. I actually crossed the rumble strips on the side of the road to avoid a collision. No one should have to decide between certain death and potential death. If you see one of their trucks avoid it at all costs, it may just save your life.

My husband just called to say we were pretty much out of fuel on a Monday morning and wow did he basically get an a$$ reaming! He called on friday and whoever he spoke with said that it would possibly get filled on the weekend which it didnt and now this! I dont care how busy you are or how frustrated your getting from phone calls, you better be kind and considerate if you want peoples business!! Ive been hearing other complaints too!!!

If you run out of gas and need a refill they apparently dont want to talk to you or call you back. Their are better propane dealers keep looking

Ive never left a bad review before, but Im in disbelief of the phone call I just got off of with the owner Abby. She told me that the per-gallon price I was told when I called their office was 30 cents lower than the *actual* price because thats how they train their phone staff because theyre trying to get new customers.Her rationale to me was business is tough, were just trying to survive followed by thats how everyone does it.Let me assure you Abby, lying to customers is NOT how everyone does it, and its not remotely okay.

Have been a customer for Garrow Oil for over a year now. Never any issues with this company. Can’t tell you if there prices are competitive with other companies around the Fox Valley. They have always been quick to fill the tank when I goof up and don’t keep an eye on what’s left.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Take our advice and look elsewhere! Called on Tuesday and was told wed be filled by Thursday, when calling on Thursday was told itd be somewhere in the next seven days. Also important to note that the order was paid in full on Tuesday as requested. All mind you during the coldest stretch of the winter with children in the home. Garrow Propane is a perfect example of a small business that doesnt deserve loyalty

Purchased a propane tank from Garrow today. Actually called them yesterday and they installed today. Great customer service, very fast and competitively priced. I would highly recommend talking to Garrow. Currently they have the best price on propane locally too, but not always the case. If they ever dont have the best price in the future, I will be sure to give them the opportunity to match it. Always prefer to support a local company!

Great supplier of fuel.

This is my first year with Garrow and I am very pleased. The route/fill person is very friendly and knowledgeable. The price is great and the service is great, they will be my supplier in the future.

I would rate less then 1. Driver spilles oil in my basement and when we complained we were told we were lying. Jon (a supervisor) came to check out the situation. When i was proving my case he then body checked me while fleeing my residence. I called the police. The officer called Jon with me right there where Jon told the officer something is wrong with her and that im crazy. So i was assaulted and then he committed defamation of my character. All because we wanted them to clean their mess

Very friendly very helpful

This is the 4th Propane company weve had and finally found one we like. They even take credit card payments, allowing me to rack up all those points with no fees. No other gas company does that!

Besides taking home trophies for the worst and rudest customer service, they really go over the top by stealing from you.. Pretty much every year their numbers dont match mine, and coincidentally it always seems to work in their favor and they never want to fix it. How odd, so If you want to support thieves, buy from these jokers..

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, far surpasses other local dealers like Mid County and United Cooperative.

Called for propane price per gallon delivered was $2.69 per gallon. I called one other place for a price check and it was $1.66 per gallon delivered. $1.03 per gallon difference. Priced way higher than others.
