Positive - The employees are quick to get you in and out and equipment is usually available.Negative- rented the Genie TZ-50 lift. I rented this a year ago and had some issues with the hydraulics at that time. The lower beam was slow to move up but resolved once it was warm. This time, the first day the hydraulics hardly worked. Called them and they said report it when return it. Left me stranded on a tree job. Absolutely not acceptable. When I picked it up, the trailer lights didnt work. The kid that checked me out shrugged me off. The lift as you see in the pictures, is Absolutely not maintained at all. I lost a days work costing me hundreds of dollars. We finally found lose connections and were able to make it work the second day. I would not recommend renting from here if they dont fix their equipment. This equipment is a huge liability for this place and the customers.****UPDATE- Gary called this morning. We went through the issues above. He was super understanding and helped out. He will be reviewing with staff and fixing the problems. Great response. Changed stars to a 4 from 2 since they were very responsive after the fact.

I rented a floor sander and it didnt work well at all on my floors. Seemed to need maintenance, but hard to tell for sure. Took it back and they were very fair with billing and exchanged it for a different model that did a great job. Fast customer service, fair pricing, and friendly, polite staff was my experience.

5 star experience for us. First time using Grand Rental. Employee explained the machine we rented. Worked very well. Easy return process. Gladly use them again for our Rental needs.

Got what I needed and one of the guys was extra helpful getting the dehumidifier in the back of my truck.

They have reasonable prices for rental equipment. Weekend hrs. are not great, but the staff is helpful.

As usual in todays world, the employees that I met were not very enthusiastic.

Rened new piece o equipment in spring used for few hours lightly an batteries went dead they normally last 6to8 hours on what I was doing. When after few hours just before I was going to next job I noticed wheel was almost off I lock it up for them so no one could steal it being on weekend rented again 4 week later found no parking break they were cut almost took out my leg I told them then again I rented it batteries lasted 2 hours they blame customer for their lack of maintenance for new equipment and charge too much sad they were nice until things broke I lost thousands of dollars and almost got seriously injured theyre greedy and rude watch out they ask if ya want insurance ya say yah they wont give it to ya old man must not know much English or hard of hearing go figure

Equipment is great and staff are amazing!I just put in a paver patio and rented many pieces of equipment from them. No issues with any of the equipment. Staff helped you load the equipment. Priced were better than other places in the area.

I had booked a Uhaul for my move this weekend. I picked it up using their 24/7 lock box, and have had no issues with the moving truck.

The gentlemen in there were very easy to work with and was in and outta there in about ten minutes. Thank you gentlemen.

I have rented from Grand Rental on several occasions and have been pleased with both the equipment and the service.

Wanted to rent a Uhaul for 2 days, they said we could only get one for 1 day. If we wanted a 2nd day we would have to go online and do it ourselves. Three employees 1 being the owner I believe were NOT the least bit helpful. We will NEVER go there again ! 👎

Really disappointed. We had an event planned for our neighborhood for months. The biggest attraction for the kiddos was the bounce house. The weekend of the event I got a voicemail that I couldnt pick it up because it was going to be windy saturday (it is not) and it wasnt being used until sunday. Thankfully another place who was rented out actually went out of thier way to accommodate us. We are disappointed to just be cancelled on and left hanging. I would rent most things from grand rental but dont count on it with 100% certainty if it is a bounce house. Im not sure if there are other items that they cancel as well

Grand rental station had great customer service and heres why. First of all, we had a weird schedule for our availability to rent from them and they made arrangements for us so that we didnt have to pay the full day but half day only. Thank you! Also, we got our chipped to the house and we couldnt get it to work. Unfortunately, grand rental was closed as we picked it up just before closing. But I called and left a message hoping they would get it. Well, then we got it started, got to work and never heard my phone ring. Grand rental couldnt get ahold of us and so one of the workers cams to the house after they were done working! It was totally unexpected and we felt bad that they werent needed anymore. So, just another rental store will be my first rental store because they went beyond what is expected of them as retailers. Thx again!

Rented uhual on website for reservation. Went in store and they said not to start the pick up process on the uhual website because they could do it faster on there end. We were in and outta there in less than 10 mintues!

The Gentleman at Grand Rental Station in Appleton WS (1350 w wisconsin ave) was extremely helpful and helped me locate a taxi service to take me to the airport after I dropped off the truck. I was running short on time and he was extremely helpful in getting me in and out. I greatly appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Went on a friday at 11am to rent a log splitter. They had two of them there but i was informed they were both rented out for saturday so id have to have it back by 5pm. So instead of letting me have it til 5pm (6 hrs) at the 4 hr rental price they wanted to charge me for the 24 hr price for those extra 2 hrs. Wouldnt work with me one bit and i didnt care for the attitude i got. So i walked out, went and bought me a wood splitter and wont have to deal with them anymore. Poor way to run a business. Instead of making money they let that splitter sit all day instead of working with me and letting me have that extra 2 hrs.Whatever, they lost a customer for good.
