Today I had the pleasure to have a sales associate by the name of Dan help me out. It all started with a battery tool issue, he resolved it quickly so we went to lawn and garden where he and another associate assisted me, He then took me to flooring then to plumbing. He had a great general knowledge in all the departments and if he didn’t know the answer he knew the associate to ask. Most times when you get help they point you in a direction to fend for yourself, Dan made sure I got the answers to my questions, a real team player. I will look for him in the future and it was good to see the sales associates act like a team.

The associate I believe his name is Jimmy help me and he was beyond helpful… Walked me to each product that I was looking for and assisted me like no other associate I have ever encountered in the past… This Home Depot experience frankly blew me away in a positive manner. I let the manager know of this incredible encounter.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot! We were helped by several associates, getting and loading 12 boxes onto our cart, then Julie helped us find exactly what we needed to make a cabinet around our new dishwasher. She even carried a box and put it onto our cart! After checking out, an associate pushed the very heavy cart and loaded all of our boxes into our van! My husband and I are older, so all of the help was appreciated immensely!!

Great customer service, a lot of stuff for a great price

We went in for quote on multiple doors. Elizabeth was very professional and nice to work with. She was knowledgeable about the products carried and all the customizations that can be done to the doors we were looking at. We are grateful for the time she took with us despite our crazy kids running around.

Well laid-out, friendly staff, snazzy new self-checkout kiosks in addition to the manual ones. Interior of the building itself is newer by the looks of it, and well-maintained. Great prices on numerous items, and no-hassle section signage. Id go here before anywhere else.

This place is a joke for installing!! Dont get your appliance from here! Their installers broke our venting system and they put it through claims and it was denied!! Because its old vent and because I have no proof that the installers did it!!??? I now have a new baby and have to go to the laundromat to do clothes!! Im so angry and dont know what to do!! We cant afford to fix the vent ourselves and ventless dryers are too expensive! If I could give them negative stars I would!!

Wanted to share my recent experience! I had purchased a water heater that had gone bad after a couple years and was covered under the warranty. I could not find the receipt anywhere. I called the store and explained everything, they contacted corporate and were able to recover it for me. I thought it was such a long shot. I very much appreciated the extra effort. Also very easy to return and get a credit!

I bought some patio lights that didnt work out. Had no worrys. No slip. They gladly gave me a in store cash card. Very nice 🙂

Home Depots carpet crews left dozens of dents and scrapes in my walls. When I called them about it, they claimed it was normal wear and tear. I call it sloppy craftsmanship on the part of their crews. I will never again consider using Home Depot for my jobs.

My time there was not good at all.Guy was loading my truck.I was outside 15 feet from him.He asked me to put out my smoke.And I had to tell him how to load my truck.And at the checkout I had a hard time

We had a very awesome experience. We were looking for a rototiller and it was not on the floor. The app said there was 5 in the building. After a few searches we found the SKU # and they were able to locate in the store. Couldnt have asked for better help. THANKS EVERYONE WHO HELPED!!! Now I can start to get the garden growing soon.

The staff is disorganized & improperly trained. Scheduled an appointment to install flooring in sunroom. Measurement appointment was supposed to be in the morning & they made it in the afternoon. We called the store 4 times to reschedule which no one knew how to do. We had to text the original measurement tech before receiving another call who instructed us to call another phone number to reschedule. They came & did the measurement & the following day they called & said they cant do installs in sunrooms. A complete waste of time.

Made small order online, chose curbside pickup, which is an option. Waited forever and then got yelled at by the employee, telling me that this is going away soon. Its not my fault, problem or concern. The option is available on the website to choose curbside pickup. Take it up with your management!

Well, we all have our favorite DIY store. Mine is Menards. Home Depot is fine, but they just dont have what Menards does.

Love the willingness of the employees to help went in there was in and out because of the accurate info the employee gave me. Thanks Home Depot

Quality store certain department heads really like what they do and love the job and are excellent at customer service are there seem like theyre just shuffling their feet to get out of peoples way and not get asked any questions if it was my opinion always go to the pro desk there prompt will make sure someone helps you and get you what you need

I’ve been remodeling our 100yr old house, so have been here a lot over the last few months. I’ve have had excellent customer service from Scott at the pro desk, Steve in electrical and Andy. Helpful people, good stock on items, clean store, smiling faces. Best HD I’ve ever visited.

We recently had an issue with an appliance we ordered. When we ordered it was several weeks out for delivery. When I checked for an update a few days ago I found that the range was discontinued now and we would not be able to get it.We went to the store and talked with Miranda in appliance dept. She was very helpful checking into the situation for us and getting all the info. We then talked with Chad the store manager and were able to find a great solution to our issue with a different range.We received great customer service from Chad and Miranda and I will keep going back to this store because of it. Thanks to them we are very happy customers!!!!

I never have any trouble at this home depot. Customer service is always incredibly helpful. The people on the floor are generally very helpful. Definitely friendly. No one is pushing products in your face or warranties down your throat upon purchase. Store is clean, returns are painless and reasonable if delayed or out of return policy.I will say out of my many visits, I have experienced two encounters where employees have tried to answer a question without knowing the answer to the question I was asking. Id prefer the employee just say You know, I dont know that answer, let me find someone who can or even a truthful I dont know. Its ok to not know everything, just help me out by finding someone who does. But this is rare and Im sure this happens at all the stores. (These were not questions about how to build something, but more about specific tools/options).I would still easily recommend this store over the nearby other two major stores (Lowes and Menards). Cant speak much for the smaller stores (such as Ace). If you cant stand Home Depot for some reason, I would recommend Menards over Lowes in this particular area (and probably in general since my issues with Lowes rest in their policies, not their people)I will also say that their credit card is kind of pointless and useless as of writing this. They give you a one time discount of a flat $ amount based on purchase and they do push it at almost every purchase. If your credit card even had ONE percent off of home depot purchases, Id get it. A flat bonus, one time bonus, feels pointless. I suppose it has no interest payments on some purchases, which could be useful for some folks. Or even 1% cash back or in store credit would go miles for me. But this qualm is more so with policy, not this particular home depot

I called early in the day to ask if they had fence panels in stock as I was looking for 25, they said yes and agreed to hold 25 panels for me. I got there and they only had 14 left, 2 were broken so I took 12 and my 25 4x4x8 posts. Didnt realize that the military discount apparently isnt eligible for the 4x4s but thats my fault. I had to drive from oshkosh to get fence panels then had to drive across town to get 13 more after they agreed to hold 25 for me. I will be returning Monday to return my 4x4s but most likely will not return after that.

My husband and I are doing a very large remodel on our house and have a business. We switched to Home Depot because of the mandates imposed on us and have been thrilled with the service we receive at this particular location. They have been going above and beyond for us. We drive an extra half hour just to get the service we receive here. Thank you to everyone.

Majority of the staff is a unhelpful. Not like other Home Depot locations where people are proactive and customer focused. They see that your lost, make eye contact, and turn around before you can flag them down for help. When you ask for help and they dont know what theyre doing or what you want isnt possible they dont troubleshoot or offer other solutions. Bright side: returns at the customer service counter was a positive experience.

Ordered a shower door online. Received the email that it was ready for pick up. Visited the store (nearly an hour drive each way) to pick it up and the shower door track was NOT there. Sorry, that part is still in transit doesnt cut it when the carpenter is on site to install it. This process is garbage.

Have never been disappointed. Have gotten many veggies and tool from here and they all do amazing. I highly recommend when it comes to veggies. The staff is extremely helpful and if they dont know something they always have someone their that Specializes in specific areas.

Home depot is great, they always know right where to point me and I feel comfortable asking them for help!

As usual no employees were able to help me find a simple light bulb.This store used to be well staffed with knowledgeable people but in the last few years those smart people have moved on and were replaced with mediocre ones. Their idea of helping me is trying to look over the shelves you just looked at instead of going to the store inventory and punching in the part number or description to see if its located elsewhere in the store.

Hit and miss if they will have the item you are looking for in stock and good luck getting assistance if you need it.

Not as cheap as Menards but better products and smtmz service.My biggest kudos for home Depot and Lowes, for that matter, is that there wood is that the front of the store by the door.Im done buying wood at Menards. It was a hassle before but now it is ridiculous!We have to walk into the store, all the way back to the store, pick out wood, and then pay at the cash registers. Then you have to go out to your car drive through the checkpoint and then behind the building to their construction yard.Way too much of a hassle for saving a few cents. Plus there 2x4s are historically garbage. Every time Ive gotten them throughout the years I have to dig through the pallet for quite a while to find a few decent ones.

Buy now get in three to six months appliances... none in stock.

Ordered online and scheduled curbside pickup for one location. Receipt was for this location. Upon arrival husband was told that the order was at the Grand Chute store not here. Upon arrival to the other place he was told half the order was ready and they loaded for him. Then explained the rest of the order was back at this location and ready to pick up.........Even though the store associate handling the curbside pickup told him they had no orders for him. He returned to this store, had to go INSIDE to talk to customer service and eventually they found the order.Since he was already inside he asked an employee in lumber to cut some trim boards in half so he could get it to fit in the vehicle. The guy said no they dont do that and then explained that the saws are self service only.The reason my husband even asked for help is because he has a very bad back. Thats why we chose the curbside pickup. After the first guy walked away, a different associate walked up to my husband and asked him if he could cut them for him.I would have given a 1 🌟 rating if it wasnt for this employee and how he stepped in to offer help when he noticed the first employee was avoiding or refused to do his job duties. This employee is a very good example of great customer service skills and the rest of the associates at this store should be retrained by him.

Horrible customer service at this location. I had an online order for pickup and had to wait for over 20 minutes to be helped. There was no line and 2 associates were helping other customers but there were 3 more behind the counter that would not acknowledge me. Eventually I asked somebody walking by to grab my online order and they were able to help. In store pickup should take under 5 minutes, not what I had to deal with.

We custom ordered blinds from the Appleton East location, the blinds were shipped to our home and arrived with no damage which was great, getting them installed is a whole other story, by far the worst customer service an communication from a company of Home Depot size I was told call us as soon as they arrive an we’ll come put them up so far I have once transferred 4 times and then disconnected, twice now I have called the person we are supposed to talk to never answers left voicemails both times, no calls returned, then I sent an email ... no response there, then my wife called explained everything expressed the huge disappointment we have had with something that is supposed to exciting process getting window treatments for our new home, we have had these blinds for 10 days an wanted an immediate resolution she was told they will call her back shortly there has been no phone call. We ordered a custom shower door from Lowe’s very quick and easy came over and measured it ordered that showed up was installed two days later I would recommend 10 anybody looking for a custom installed items for their home not to go to Home Depot.

I’ve been to the Home Depot on Kensington Dr. a few times in the past couple of months to get garden supplies, and there is a gal there who is a joy to work with. I don’t remember her name, but she’s petit and always wears a hat. She‘s always buzzing around doing something, and has a smile and kind word or joke for everyone she passes. She was so patient with me. Helped me figure out the best soil for my garden, stuff to keep bugs away from my vegetables, and we found a beautiful outdoor plant for my husband who’s in hospice. She lifted all of my soil into my car, and was nice enough to make sure I had help unloading it.I came in again, found her, and she remembered me, then asked how my husband liked his plant! She couldn’t find a tomato plant I wanted, but she took the time to call the store across town and have them hold a few until I got there.They may seem like small things, but she made my day a little brighter with her smile, kindness and help.
