Immediate attention to my service issue. After tech took a look, service writer took me back in service area so tech could explain. Bergstrom makes it as convenient as possible to get service in Appleton from my home in Oshkosh. They take me back to work after dropping car off, and then either pick me up or drive the car back to me. And...great cookies while you wait!

Making the initial sale, these guys were fine, not very well educated about their Maserati line, but, I was able to fine answers to my questions on the internet.The service department is disappointing. I made an appointment with Charlie, who was not present at the time we agreed to meet to drop off the car. Then everything I discussed with Charlie over the phone evidently vanished.., so I had to go over the issues again with the Service Manager. It ended up taking over an hour to drop off the car and take a test drive with the tech.On the drive the tech could hear all of the rattles/squeaks on my list. Now that the car has been there 4 days, I am dealing with yet another service rep Mark, who says the issues are not there, or are so small that they are not an issue. Something in the under carriage is making noise when going over bumps and the rear end whines pretty bad when you get it warm. Both problems have been there for months, on the test drive the Tech agreed...and now they somehow fixed themselves? Ive made it clear that the car is not ready until the problems are fixed, and Bergstrom is insisting there are no problems.Awesome. Good thing they have a premier division.

Poor customer service and horrible first time experience with service department. Will be staying far and clear from this place.

We come here on vacation to see family, so I thought I’d stop by just to ck the dealership out, I’ve been by on two different occasions when I was here, both time NOT ONE person came out to talk to me, I also went into the show room and NOBODY asked if I needed any help with anything. There were 3 salesman sitting in the showroom and didn’t even turn heads around, maybe because I drove in with my in-laws Toyota Prius, I’ve owned 10 Porsche’s and currently own a 991 Carrera S cab and a Cayenne GTS, so I guess you can’t judge a book by its cover, or should I say the car they drive in with. At least greeting would’ve been nice

I was pretty happy with my experience but have some concerns. The first one is my Porsche needed it’s oil change. My appointment was at 11:20 and should have taken about an hour to an hour and a half. I was notified for no reason that my car would take about 4 hours. I was pretty dissapointed. The dealer ship did a beautiful job on cleaning the outside of the car but they didn’t clean the inside. If I bought a very expensive car I would like the inside to be cleaned by them. But otherwise very good.

Total brakes done- Im good for another 85,000 miles!!! Kirsten and Mike plus new tech (sorry cant remember his name) always give my 2012 Porsche the best service! Jean Ross
