This was unacceptable on multiple levels. I originally went on the website to order some stemless wine glasses. to add to a gift i was giving. The store had plenty in stock so I dropped in on 9/4/21 and of course, that inventory was wrong and they only had 2. The associate ordered 4 more from the warehouse and that took him forever to do (apparently he was new to this process). I was assured they will be shipped to my house with 3-4 business days. That was over a week ago and no glasses. Now I find out they are being shipped and I will have to make another trip to the store now to return them! This is horrible customer service! I called the store and all I got was a sorry it happened but we cant do anything for you.Christmas is coming so it looks like I will be buying at other stores. You have failed.

My visit was great. I walked in and told my wife, if she needs me, let me know. I sat down on the couch and enjoyed myself.Before we left, we met a nice lady named Kate who works there. She was so helpful, and we had a great time talking, and we will consider the things she mentioned to us.

Wonderful energy. I was shopping for some self care bathroom items and I met Amy that was been working there for 20 years. Awesome person. I love the colors and all the spring and summer stuff especially the display with blue and coral together. Organized and everything you need and want in this store. Love!!

First visit ever to a c&b. Nice ideas for the home. Helps you learn correct glasses for appropriate drinks. Nice planters. Will visit again. Visit was cut short

Service was very good. Selection ok. Not so much for counter height tables. We needed a counter height table. We found one which was listed online, it was on the showroom floor, but it wasnt available. We were ringing up the purchase only to find it was discontinued and we couldnt purchase the one in the store! Very disappointing! Inventory updates need to improve.

Normally a good place to find kitchen and entertaining options but the past few times weve been in there hasnt been many new items. Its just the same inventory over and over again. Their holiday displays and options are getting smaller too.

Very quality furniture. Unfortunately, the lead time on our new couch is 6 months!!!

I placed an order May 16. About half of the items have been received. The others have been listed as processing since May 17. The company however has seen fit to charge my credit card for the entire order, even for the items I have not received, but they cant be bothered to respond to any inquiries regarding the order status. If it werent a major company, that I assume has some business standards,I would call it theft.

I purchased the best couch from crate & barrell. The staff was helpful in making the purchase and getting the delivery set up for me. The staff also talked through what colors and other decorations would look good to decorate my apartment, without being overly pushy or sales-y. The furniture is not cheap, but the quality is amazing and worth the cost, in my opinion. Definitely recommend looking here for home furnishings.

The people here are kind and are willing to help, they have a variety of items and tools for anyone working the kitchen and ideas to spruce up other rooms as well. Dont be afraid to ask them, theyre warm and pleasant and theyre willing to assist you however they can!

If you go to this location, make sure you see designer Tim Perkins! He has an AMAZING eye and helped me and my mom pull a look together for her family room. She walked away with a sectional, rug, entertainment console, and even custom pillows because Tim went the extra mile and took his time showing each product. He thoroughly explained the multifunctionality and practicality of each piece, and he knew his way around the store and website! We can’t wait to go back and pick out more items thanks to Tim!!!
