I went to the Annapolis store, back and forth for 3 weeks to make sure I make the right choice for me. Bruce has been amazing throughout the whole process and very patient, explained the benefits of each bed I was Interested in and let me tried them. 5 star customer service. Rene was very thorough, not pushy, patient, polite, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. Towards the end Mike supplemented the transaction with additional information and insight on accessories, such as pillows and sheets. They both made what could have been a stressful experience very enjoyable. Overall very pleased with the experience and can’t wait to receive our mattress.

I had an awesome experience of trying out mattresses and movable bases at Annapolis Tempurpedic. Mike provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable about the different beds. He was able to quickly identify which beds were a good fit for me and those that did not match my needs. He provided sufficient information about warranties and the current specials. Importantly, he gave me enough space to digest each bed and there was no pressure to purchase. I left with the pricing for each bed and a true smile of satisfaction. I also appreciated the stores appointment feature and their sanitization and clear awareness of COVID.

Really outstanding purchase experience! Got to try out all the bed variations safely (they took Covid VERY seriously, laying down protective gear and using disinfectant spray at every turn). Tiffany in particular was really helpful and kind. Great financing options, and Mike the manager really took a genuine interest in my interests, which made all the difference in the process. This is an expensive and very long-term decision — but they understood this and handled the transaction very professionally.

I can’t even begin to adequately express how well I was treated at the Annapolis, MD store! Bruce Angier was my sales person and he was extremely helpful and patient. I didn’t once have the impression that he was doing all that he did for the sale. I felt he was being completely sincere. In fact, I went to the store simply to get more information about the product line after having already decided I was going to purchase a Tempur-pedic. I had already gotten 2 quotes that turned out to be superior to the quote I ultimately received from the Tempur-pedic store. One store I went to was going out of business as a result of the pandemic and was willing to sacrifice some of his profit to give me a superior price as we had gotten along so well. The other was a large mattress chain store and I although they did everything they could to get my business, I never completely felt comfortable with them. The Tempur-pedic delivery was excellent and during that experience I found a very slight stain on the mattress cover (it turns out that a stain voids the warranty so, I was very careful to scrutinize the mattress for any kind of stain). I pointed it out to the delivery guy and called the support line and the store. Mike, at the store, got on top of it immediately and ordered a new replacement mattress. In addition, he ordered a couple of pillows for “my trouble”! In addition, he had already provided the older, metal, feet to the base that he got from the beds in the store to replace the newer hard plastic feet currently shipping with all the new bases. There’s more I could say but, this review is already a bit long so, I’ll end here. Again, these guys were amazing and I’m so happy I decided to go with them despite the slightly higher price ($344 price difference) !!!

I have been very pleased with the branch manager, Tiffany in this location. She absolutely rendered excellent service and kept me updated on the same day to resolve issues on the delivery of our Luxe soft mattress and Ergo base. She constantly followed up and ensured that everything will be taken cared of. She also assured me about the credit for the difference in the cost. I appreciate also Yusuf for helping me out during the initial purchase. The delivery guys also left us a temporary mattress while we are waiting for the actual mattress that we ordered and paid for. I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for A+ service and great quality mattress and base with massage options. KUDOS TO THIS TEAM!!!

Bruce AngierBruce is the best sales man at tempur-pedic and I was lucky enough that he transferred to my local store. His knowledge of products helped me with my pain, I have chronic back pain and I never felt to relieved when I got the correct pillow fitting, I have been through probably 20-30 different type of pillows trying to fit my 30 degree angle in my neck, cervical-thoracic junction, is not an easy task. I haven’t had a anti gravity no pressure in my neck sleep in… I don’t know how long… I didn’t realize that I could have less pressure in my neck and I could actually breathe in my sleep… Bruces communication is excellent, my specific needs where understood and met. What a lovely and life changing experience.Mike AddonizioMike is the GOAT, he is informative and organized. I had a difficult situation that came up due to corona virus, I have been trying to relocate to the other side of the country, lots of plan changes and mike was super understanding and clear with communication and helped me manage my account. Things are coming together and ill be able to get my bed delivered without and stress and worry thanks to mike.Mike also took the time out of his busy day managing the whole entire flagship branch to test a couple different beds with me and to make sure that all my needs where met, I have severe scoliosis, 30 degree angle in my neck, cervical-thoracic junction. Every day is unique in the way my neck feels, getting a good nights sleep that is pressure free will make the difference in the world. I am so grateful that this flag ship store is in my neighborhood of the woods, excellent team, they kill it and know their stuff.

The customer service here is fantastic. The stores is extremely clean and they put a ton of effort into making sure you stay safe while testing the mattresses. Which, by the way, are so much better than any of the bed in a box memory foam ones sold online. Youll pay a lot more, but in my opinion it is worth it.

My husband and I visited the Annapolis tempur-pedic, based off a recommendation from our chiropractor, and so far I’m happy we did. We have not yet received our mattress, but the customer service of the team there was excellent. Rene introduced us to the mistresses, and was very patient. I fell in love with LuxeAdapt mattress and smart adjustable base. We didn’t purchase on our initial visit because I wanted to try a few other options first, but ultimately I decided to go with the tempur-pedic. When we revisited the store Mike assisted me, he even stayed a little later past closing time to answer some additional questions I had and to finalize the transaction. The customer service alone was well worth the visit!

Tiffaney did a wonderful job showing us the latest and greatest from tempur-pedic. Think we will love the new luxebreeze and ergo extend base! Activebreeze was interesting but we cant find any information online other than one post from tempur-pedic Australia.

I went to the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store In Annapolis MD on Sunday, January 24th and Tiffany and Renee provided me with excellent customer service. I was greeted with a friendly hello by Tiffany as I walked in the door and asked if she could help me with anything. I wasn’t sure what I was looking to purchase so she asked what type of aches and pains was I having and then she directed me to the beddings based on my needs. I had to opportunity to try the comfort of each bed using protective gear that set upon the store safety guidelines and procedures. While Tiffany assisting me my paperwork Renee was sharing with the packet of information regarding the bedding, warranty, etc. They both have great personalities and I would recommend Tiffany and Renee to anyone who’s looking to purchase a tempur-pedic.

Visited the store today to figure out which of the many Tempur-pedic mattresses works for me. With the help of Yusef, I was able to narrow it down to two. Yusef answered all of my questions and was very patient during the process. I didn’t place my order today (I’m slow when it comes to big purchases). But when I do, it’ll be because of Yusef.

My spouse and I stopped in for a topper and the salesperson really took their time explaining the differences between the two different toppers and was very friendly. I recommend this store.

This five star review is for the outstanding customer service we received from Ms. Tiffaney Chase, even before setting foot in the store. After doing a ton of research on the current TEMPUR mattress offerings and possible alternatives, we decided to go to the Annapolis store to try out. The navigation system told us we had arrived but there was no TEMPUR-pedic store in sight, we called the store and Ms. Tiffaney Chase politely gave us directions and remained on the phone till we parked. At the store she provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable about the products and patiently answered all of our questions. Her demeanor definitely helped close the sale. Our last mattress lasted 12 years, hopefully it’s the same with this one.

I called the Tempur-Pedic Store in Annapolis, Maryland this morning in search of the Tempur-Pedic Supreme Mattress Topper. As luck would have it, I was connected to Mike. While he did not have a regular King size in stock, he did have the cooling topper in stock. He did inform me that if I wanted the regular topper that I could check the Columbia or Tysons Corner stores to see if they had them in stock. Mike offered to call me when the topper came in the event I was unable to locate the item. He also informed me that Amazon and other retailers that carried Tempur-Pedic would honor the sale price.While he did not have a King size in stock, he did suggest that I come to the store to try out the cooling version to see how it felt. Upon looking at some reviews, I called him again to ask if I needed to purchase holsters. Mike explained that holsters were not necessary, as the topper did not have a smooth bottom. He even sent me via email a photo of the bottom of the topper for reassurance. He was extremely helpful. Per his instructions, I checked Amazon and was able to purchase my topper, at the sale price, with next day delivery.Mike was awesome! While we were not able to consummated the sale, Mike can ad me to his already loyal customer base.
