I love this store! Good prices and lots of neat kitchen gadgets. Lines were moving a little slow but my cashier was really nice.

When this place first opened I was overjoyed.. friendly staff and beyond quality items .. over time and with covid I guess the quality no longer matters .. they have some interesting managers now .. BECKY is one to look out for .. NICE .. NASTY.. her professionalism is less than zero .. she must own stock.. or it’s her merchandise.. do yourself a favor and go to any other home sence but this one .. the other staff are friendly but under her management the store will not do well .. a handful of other manager as well .Happy shopping

Love their lights at the front. I have enjoyed everything in this store. They have great Christmas selections as well as for any other time. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. Look forward to a bell and a loud applause once you donate money to some charity hahaha

Went to another furniture store where we spent hours and were given a >6k estimate for good furnishings for a LR but not earth shaking ones and would have had to wait 4-6 months for the furniture to arrive. The same day decided to just visit Home Sense to see what they had. At first we were uncertain about what they had. By mere luck we came across Christopher Stout who works there. He saw us seating in a couch and we started a conversation. Told him what we were looking for. In a matter of an hour Christopher pulled out furnishings in the store, arranged them and we went WOW! We bought a couch, an ottoman, a carpet, two tables, lamps and 2 chairs for about 2.5k. Amelia, another client assistant arranged for the furniture to be delivered the following day. We now have a great LR we love and enjoy.

Homesense is the one stop shop for all your home decorating needs. They have sections for the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and even the spa. Lots of unique items here and there is something for every decorating style. Prices are very reasonable and allows you to to make your home beautiful and a small budget. If you see something you really like you had better grab it because I wont be there if you decide to come back later. Inventory turns over very rapidly and lots of hidden treasures.

Make sure to thoroughly check the items you buy from this store for damage. I purchased a side table from this store and on the way to the car was cut by metal brackets that had been broken off, when I went inside to return I was accused of breaking it by a cashier. The table was returned in the end, just make sure there is no damage before checking out.

Huge variety of items available, well organized and laid out. I found everything I needed and more. However, the woman ringing me up took a phone call to plan a night with her acquaintance just as she started ringing me up. She turned her back on me and took the whole call before starting the transaction.

I was in Homesense today and one of the workers was profusely coughing. She sounded very sick. I do not think she should have been working her shift while putting others at risk of contracting COVID.

Love this place. They carry such varied merchandise for inside and outside the home. Seasonal items are for every homestyle. Prices are not bad either.

Bought several lamps and pans for the kitchen. Large and varied inventory of home goods.

Sometimes they have a good stuff sometimes they don’t it depends on what they have in stock

The staff did not have full face cover, not Covid-safe.

Loved it! Home Goods on steroids! Far larger selection. We are talking about 2.5 times bigger. This is a must go and will be my 1st stop before homegoods now. Even though it is out of my way and a farther drive to it than my local homegoods.

I enjoy browsing Home Sense. I think their prices are a bit high on some things but they have a nice inventory of home goods

The Annapolis Homesense is not only incredibly well stocked but it is very well organized and neat. Even on a Saturday when frenzied customers tear through the aisles, it manages to maintain a sense of order.Impressive selection of lighting.Rows and rows of decorative pillows all sorted by color.My only criticism would be that many items of furniture show damage that possibly occurs during transport or unloading. It is disappointing to find that perfect nightstand only to find that a drawer does not work or a leg is wobbly etc.Overall a great shopping experience!

Okay home goods store...

Great store with some great items at reasonable prices. Very busy but worth the trip there. Lots of ideas whenever we visit this store. My friend is a designer and I love going here with her. Check out lines are quick moving also

Home sense is a home furnishing and decorations store much like home goods, which is convenient considering the two stores are located right next to one another in the shopping center by the mall where Trader Joe’s is. The only difference is that the store itself is much larger and feels more open than home goods does. The prices are reasonable and there is a wide selection if you can’t find what you are looking for at home goods.

Beware! I would like to inform customer of the Annapolis Homesense that I was a victim of fraud from a delivery company called Select Express & Logistics who was recommend to me by Home Sense Annapolis. On Monday February 11th 2019, an employee of Select Express used my credit card information to make several unauthorized purchases. I called to speak to the manage (Steven) of the Homesense to notify him of the case and he has not found it important enough to call me back. Beware and check your Credit Card statement to make sure no one has made purchases on your account. The store is nice enough, but the fact that the manager did not call me back to express concerns or empathy is disappointing to me, and makes me believe that his bottom line may be more important than the customers safety.

I guess the store is ok. If you want to slend hours watching your wife pick up every little thing to look at and then put back

Horrible customer service by Ann the manager. Just acquired a merchandise card at Marshall’s (literally 50 steps across parking lot from Homesense) and was told I could not use as it didn’t have my name printed on it. When I offered to produce the receipt I was told that I needed to go back to Marshall’s (it’s noon on Christmas Eve???). This was happening as she was literally waiting on another customer and saying to them “....I’m making an exception for you”. When I eventually went back to Marshall’s they shook their heads in astonishment and printed my name on card. Something I could have done in Homesense with my receipt and ID. I’m hoping I wasn’t a victim of PREJUDICE or prejudging.

Love this store. The one in Annapolis is bigger per another customer shopping there. She said she would got so excited when she ran into the store at the Annapolis location she didnt know about it.

As I was walking into the store, I originally wanted to look for some nice new paintings. The selection they had was very poor, so I remembered that I needed something else - a rack that I could place on the wall above my sink in order to hang my kitchen utensils. I went up to an older gentlemen who worked there and I asked for help. As I was walking toward him he raised his finger at me and said Give me one second. as if he didnt want me to even come near him. He had to answer the phone, which I understand is important. No big deal. Ill just talk to him after hes done. Im standing there, in front of him, as he finishes his phone call and he immediately runs and hides from me in order to help someone else. I thought to myself, Screw him, Ill find someone else to help me. I went up to a woman who looks me right in the eye and she literally walks away from me as I say, Excuse me! at least three times, until she ends up in the back of the store. I saw at least two other people on the floor, assisting every customer in sight that wasnt me, and they all looked at me, clearly not able to find what I was looking for, and they just did NOT care at all.I finally realized, they didnt want to help me. No one would have, because they all had terrible attitudes and believed I was just a teenage boy, that would give them a hard time. I was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt at the time, and the only explanation I can think of, is that I wasnt worth helping because I wasnt an older woman with a purse.This has happened to me before, and Im sick of people discriminating me for being a young man wearing comfortable clothing.I hope those employees see this review, because I know you might not think my business is important to you, but I will make sure everyone I know avoids giving this store any business.Just pretend I gave this place a 0 star review, because I definitely would if it were an option.

As an avid Homegoods and TJ shopper, this store is just OK. It’s redeeming quality is that they will have more large furniture than Homegoods, but walk down the sidewalk 4 stores to Homegoods for the small stuff. They have the same things and are CONSISTENTLY priced lower than Homesense. I don’t understand why they don’t price match their own sister stores, but I’ve tried and had a really snarky manager tell me they don’t do that. I’ve also found that while they do have larger furniture, it is really a challenge to find it undamaged or find a “matching set” of something ie: end tables, night stands, etc. Check it out, but take 5 minutes to run through Homegoods next door to make sure you can’t find it cheaper.
