Mattress Firm came to the rescue when the new bed arrived and I realized the “bunky” board had the mattress laying too low. I called them and they delivered a box spring that day! Amazing customer service and Angel was just terrific on the phone. Highly recommend.

The entire staff at Mattress Firm understands this and it is clear they prioritize making your satisfaction their top objective. Angel was our primary salesperson and she was friendly, efficient and knowledgable and dedicated a great deal of time to helping us select the right bed for us. When we decided an exchange was desired, they accommodated us at every turn and everything went smoothly, from selecting a replacement bed to pick up and delivery. My salesperson Clark was very nice and informative. He listened to what I was interested in purchasing and did not try to upsell me like the other mattress store I visited and walked out of. My only complaint is that the bed was out of stock and therefore not available for immediate delivery.

Today, I decided to look for a mattress to gift myself on my birthday this year. When I entered the store, I was greeted promptly by the salesman, who was very patient with me. I told him I just wanted to look at the features on the Itellibed mattresses. He suggested that I take my time and lay on the mattress to see what it’s really like. WOW! I’m was immediately sold on the Intellibed! Laying there and enjoying all the features, made my day!

Was a good experience. The pressure was low. Delivery will be quick. Only problem I encountered was with delivery. Wanted to charge me $150 for delivery. Mattress was free but charge for the base? We fixed that and all is well. Just be ready if you buy a base.

My husband and I just left Mattress Firm with 3 new pillows and a new mattress set! We have been shopping for a new set for almost 6 months, but never could find what we wanted...either in quality or price. We stopped by this store on our way out-of-town because we saw their sale ad on TV. This company is honest and does not switch and bait like the other stores that we had shopped.Michele walked us through everything and helped us get exactly what we were looking for that covered all of our sleep needs.

My husband and I went into Mattress Firm Annapolis store and were greeted by Claire, a very pleasant young woman.Claire explained the coloured code system of the mattresses to us. She allowed us to walk around the store and try out the comfort of different mattresses. She in no way tried to sway us towards the most expensive mattresses. In fact when we showed an interest in the floor model, Claire extolled the value of said mattress.After hemming and hawing over purchasing any mattress, with no pressure from Claire we decided and purchased the one that suited us both, the floor model. Claire treated us with respect and kindness even though her commission will be considerably less than if we had purchased a more costly mattress.I dislike shopping of any sort; clothes, shoes, household goods, etc. but because of Claire this was an enjoyable experience.We look forward to our first nights sleep on our new mattress.Thank you,Annemarie Harper

If there were negative stars that is what I would have given this store. The sales rep scammed me into thinking I was purchasing one thing, and when it showed up at my house, it was completely different. When I called to ask what happened they tried to sell me on another $2,000. The sales rep failed to understand my needs (which is hard to do at a mattress store considering I was sitting on the bed I wanted), failed to fully explain my options during the check out phase, and then was extremely rude when I called after the wrong product was delivered to my house. This was the most poor sales process I have ever encountered and I can promise I will never go back nor do I recommend anyone go here.

Dave is the ONLY reason I decided to finalize my purchase after going to 3 different other mattress stores. He is the definition of what excellent customer service does. He greeted us so politely and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He didnt make us feel pressured to purchase and catered to our needs rather then worrying about closing the sale like most other employees would. So much for customer service.Bought a Blue Max 1000 mattress for $1740 including box spring at this store. Tried it for a week and it wasnt working for my wife and I. Called the store to return and was told their would only be a 10% restocking fee ($174) and that we had to have them pick it up in order to verify the mattress was not damaged by us in any way. Pickup went fine as the mattress was perfect and one week later found out the actual restocking fee does not include the fee for pickup. Total cost to put a perfectly brand new mattress back in their warehouse to sell to someone else... $300! Sounds fair right? Talked to the area manager Marcus and he essentailly said, sorry but we are keeping your money because we can. I tend to not write negative reviews, but these guys do not deserve your hard earned money. Shop elsewhere....

Buying mattress was fine, but when I went to pick up my mattress at the warehouse in Odenton at 3:50PM, I was told all of the warehouse people were in a meeting and that Id have to wait until they were out around 4:30PM. I didnt leave with it until nearly 50 minutes later during rush hour and with it raining. Youd think maybe they could take 5 minutes to hop out and get it, but I guess planning a meeting right around when people are leaving work was more important. A call to the store just lead to a lot of sorries with no offer to help correct the situation. Absolutely insane.
