Poor shopping experience. I was looking for Food Saver freezer bags and asked two different employees if they carried them. Each one simply said that they werent sure. One said if we do carry them theyll be by the water bottles. That was it, neither one actually went out of their way to look. Never did find them. Might as well just order on Amazon. I try to support brick and mortar stores but they have to at least act like they want my business. Sure didnt get that feeling here.

Called this morning and dealt with an employee named Kyle. He was attentive, resourceful and even more pleasant in person than on the phone. Thank you Kyle!

Every single time i come here they never have what im looking for and when i purchase clearance items they never ring up right i always put them back because people shouldnt have to wait longer cause they have to go check the price so now what i do is take a picture but when they dont have the item im looking for i have to order it at customer service and the line is always a super LONG. The people who work there are super nice but are always out of many things.

Bed Bath and Beyond makes me happy. They literally have anything and everything you need for a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and more. The coupons are the sh!t, I highly recommend that you bring one with you to get extra loot off the already moderately priced items. This store is is clean and the se t.f vice is super friendly.

Great Selection, but no matter what day/time I shop there, there are at most 2 cashiers working AND at least 3 other employees seemingly just hanging around the Front, not doing SQUAT! That means loooooong wait times for check-out.

Store was not well stocked - I understand Covid has limited supplies to an extent, this was way more than just that. Also only had one checkout lane open on a busy Saturday afternoon and the line was very long. Unimpressed.

Went for another my pillow and they stopped carrying this product unhappy to hear I love them. Guess I wont sleep well tonight

Very good customer service. I was looking around for help and happen to see a young man working off the floor in stockroom. I asked him about an item, he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to help me. We couldnt find what I was looking for so he said he would take me to the manager for help. It was two Associates that he brought me to, I showed them what I was looking for and got walked right to it and got personal reviews on the item I was buying. I was told my sister brought this and said it works pretty good! Which made me confident in my purchase. Checkout was friendly and fast.

It was ok. I purchased one item and the cashier just gave it to me without a bag. I had to ask him to put it in a bag...he should have known to put it in a bag...that was weird.

Once I learned to go to parking level 3 to easily access this store it was a delight to shop here. There were numerous items that were on sale and somewhere clearance at 90% off. This is a great place to browse even if you dont think you have a need for anything else for your home

Horrible customer services - management doesnt know their own store policies.I bought two car seats from Bed Bath and Beyond online, and opened one to test it in my truck. The car seat did not fit. I packaged it back up, went to my local store to return it. They took one car seat back because it was un-opened, and refused to take the other car seat back.Bed Bath and Beyond policy states that if it is Un-used, and with original packaging they will return it. There are other items, such as Air mattresses, that bed bath and beyond explicitly states must be Un-opened.The car seat was literally out of hte box for 20 minutes, and after realizing it wouldnt fit in my truck(which was the goal in me trying these seats) - I packaged it back up. Horrible customer service.

No price on the item.. And no one to ask... Turned out price was good. And with the coupon of $10 off $30, that was nice.... Had to wait for a cashier because only one was open until there were 10 people waiting.

Considering its the holiday season the store was well-staffed all the employees were very pleasant every register was open and my shopping experience was significantly easy. There were people staff members who gave me a 25% off everything discount code and it was really a good experience!

They have a good variety. Seems like things can be pricey but if you sign up for their coupons they are great. If they come on the mail they never expire, no matter the date on the coupon. You can also use several coupons or purchase.

The merchant carries a wide array of great home products. Im a cooking enthusiast and they have a great selection of items for the amateur chef. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wish I remembered the name of our cashier. She was mellow and cool and just had this great positive attitude depsite a few problems with a visa gift card that we had which held up the line for quite some time.

Youre never waiting very long at this Bed Bath & Beyond and it is generally very well-stocked. I enjoy going to this BB&B due to its toiletry and facility supplies section, which has a number of things all in one place in an easily layed out section near the registers.

Like every other Bed Bath and Beyond I have been in, this one is super cluttered with way more then I could ever need! However, the ability to get everything I needed for a new apartment in one stop was wonderful. I had ordered bedding online due to lack of correct size in the store and it had a hole in the corner when it arrived. Took it into the store and they swapped it out for a new set no questions asked which was easy and fantastic.
