I dont get repair work done often, nor should anyone ever want to. Its always pricy and scary in the fact that youll never know if your vehicle will be the same again.That being said, this has been my first experience with Chesapeake Auto Body.I dropped my vehicle off earlier this month after being rear-ended, and from the get-go, they were very up front and clear with what I should be expecting in my timeline for these repairs.They gave me updates often and did not delay in the overall timeline.I got my car back today, and it looks like Ive never been hit before - the rear end of my vehicle looks absolutely brand new.Should I ever need additional repairs on my vehicle, I would probably go out of my way to come back here knowing that my vehicle will come out in the best shape it can be. Have been taking my cars here for about 10 years after bad experiences with an other major shop in Annapolis. Getting in a fender bender or wreck is no fun, but at least you can get the car fixed properly and with consideration, courtesy, and honesty. Their work is flawless, their customer service beyond any other I have experienced. Cannot recommend more highly, except that they, out of their kindness, restored our antique tyke fire truck at their own expense. So I guess they are restoration experts as well. They are a real asset to the community.

After a semi-minor collision, I took our car to Chesapeake Auto Body for an initial estimate. Ended up going with them for the work because they were professional, thorough, honest, and informative. The work took the expected two weeks and they (especially Ben and Patty) kept us in the loop by providing necessary updates and worked out everything with our insurance company directly. Hopefully will not have to return to them but would if needed. Highly recommended.

Truly excellent service and the team made everything so easy for me. Replaced and painted spoiler and coordinated with my insurance to get it done while only having my car for 4 hours or less. Highly recommend. Their team also has a positive attitude, good communication and good energy.

I had the opportunity to speak with Patty and work with Ben. Patty was very friendly and informative on the phone. Ben, super informative and friendly, is also highly professional and responsive. It is important for me to note, everyone was respectful of the social distancing guidance during the COVID 19 pandemic. Everyone has masks and respects the 6 foot distance. I was able to call from the parking lot upon arrival and Ben came out to greet me and take care of my car. I cant say enough positive about my interaction and the exemplary customer service I received.

Chesapeake has been very reliable for us. Courteous, transparent and communicative.I have now had the opportunity to use Chesapeakes services again, and they really knocked it out of the park. Great customer service and they take all the hassle out of having your car worked on.

They fixed my bumper and it looks better than new! You would never know it had ever been damaged. I am extremely happy and appreciative. They also found something that needed a quick repair in my trunk and they just fixed as a little bonus. They were on time and their price was extremely fair. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Im very happy with the work this shop completed for me. I had a lot of front end damage due to a rear end collision and you really cant even tell anything ever happened to my car.

When my new to me car was damaged by a ginormous falling tree limb, my insurance company provided me with a list of acceptable auto body shops. After reading a handful of reviews, I was persuaded to take my car into Chesapeake Auto Body. I was able to easily book my car drop off online late at night, drop the vehicle off the next day, and pick the car up when it was ready. They impressed me during the repair process by sending progress updates via text message. They delivered my car to me on time, beautifully repaired, and cleaner than I left it when I dropped it off. Their staff was courteous and friendly and made every interaction pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Quick repair and good service. USAA didnt steer me wrong with this place! I left the lot and and a turn signal issue (not their fault) they determined the problem and fixed it no charge.

Had a fantastic experience. Staff is professional and friendly. On the first visit I received an estimate within 10 minutes. CAB and another shop estimated 2 weeks to complete repairs. CABs cost estimate was also lower than the other shop. Brought my car in on a Monday morning and they were ready for me - out in 5 minutes. The repair was done by Friday afternoon, a week ahead of schedule. When I came to pick it up, the car was ready to drive away within 5 minutes. Not only was I satisfied with the repair, but my car had been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be recommending their service.

I have dealt with Severn Auto Body and Jeffs Auto Body on previous occasions. While all three did great work matching the paint, I had to take my car back to Severn to have them remove all of the overspray from the wheel wells and I had to take my car back to Jeffs THREE TIMES for shoddy body work, misaligned body panels and additional damage they did to my car while trying to repair it.Chesapeake Auto Body did it right the first time.

Ive been procrastinating on giving a review here, so finally here it is. Took my 2006 BMW 330CI in to have some left bumper frontal damage fixed. First of all I must say that I maintain the vehicle very well. Got it back and got it home and I immediately had engine problems, like it was running on 2 cylinders instead of 4. Called the shop and asked if they messed around with the motor and they said absolutely not. I took it to my mechanic and they couldnt figure it out. Eventually, the car fixed itself. Then, within a week of getting the car back I find out that my trunk release wouldnt work. What a coincidence! What really pissed me off was that all of my spare change (about $15) was stolen. I asked about it and they said Oh, it must have been vacuumed up by accident. The guy threw me a few dollars to compensate. How did the vacuum cleaner suck up all of the change that I had in the BMW secret coin storage hiding place? Will never go back to this place.

We had our car repaired there and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Our car was ready before they estinated. Worked well with our insurance company, so we didnt have to play phone tag. The car looked like it did before the accident. We have reffered our friends and family there as well.
