Appreciate the halal options. Very many good international selections that you can’t find in other stores like juices and sweets.

I had a delightful experience at this store/bakery today and had to post because everyone should check it out. The staff was super friendly and helpful and gave me mini vegan spinach pies to try for free! They were incredibly delicious. The pita bread is also amazing and they have a great variety of foods, spices and other goods which are very reasonably priced- if not one of the best deals you can find. If you need ingredients from other regions, such as dal or masala/spices from Indian, this place has it too. Now that I know how lovely it is, I’ll definitely be coming regularly!

Great local grocery store. I love their specialty options in the butcher shop as well as the prepared food sold in-store (like sfihas, baba ghanoush, and yogurt-based sauces). They also have non-perishables in large packaging like rice and olive oil, so the price is quite cheap.In addition, there’s a great variety of coffee and sweets from brands that are not available in most supermarkets. Would definitely recommend for regular grocery shopping or for more specific needs.

Great selection of food if you are into Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The also have others such as Italian, Irish and others. Good prices too. The Baclava is really good too - why I originally went there. All the other positive feedback on it was spot on. Will be back.

Delicious food. Ive been going here for years. However they have very little loyalty. Even though I am a regular, they refused to remake some hummus they made incorrectly. They also do not wear their masks, which has made me go a lot less often these days. Do better guys.

Staff who work there are unprofessional and unfriendly! They really made us feel unwelcome! Also very expensive compared to other markets in the area! Next time I’ll spent my money in Dearborn, it’s worth the drive!

This is a small grocery with lots to offer. They have premade sandwiches, hummus and fresh pita bread. I get my greek coffee here and love the baklava.

We love the products, but they dont use/wear masks properly, so we shop at Aladdins Market instead.

I can find whatever i am looking for, reasonable prices. My only negative comment is i have never seen anybody working in this shop wearing mask during pandemic.

You better check your receipt they always make mistakes and charge more than the advertised price

Great fresh pita and hummus. They have a halal meat counter, fresh produce as well as canned goods and frozen. Selection seems limited and stock doesnt have a lot of turnover. Space is not very clean, well lit or organized, but they do have good food! If they put a bit of work into cleaning and sprucing up, could be an amazing market!

Wife always unsure whether shes being charged the correct price. No receipt.

I love the selection of foods. Pricey on some items, but worth it because other stores that sell similar items are usually out or dont carry them at all.

What they lack in customer service they make up for with good prices and a great bakery. Their spinach pies, cream cheese pastries, and meat pies are so good. They heat them up for you if you ask. I work nearby and often stop by for an inexpensive and delicious lunch. Dont forget to select a few nougats before you go.

Love this place for fresh meat & chicken

This is where I buy my olive oil, tahini, dry chickpeas and lentils, and feta, which Is quality for a reasonable price. Plus, we always pick out a few items from the bakery, which are delicious; and their baba ganoush here is the best! The staff has always been friendly.

Come over if you want olive oil (the Nablus or Sultan ones) that burns your throat. I love the Austrian processed cheese Happy Cow, which is found nowhere else. Lots of products apparently from Southern Mediterranean, could be worth trying. The Bulgarian Kashkavall doesnt seems as good as the Albanian one, judging from the texture. Ill give it a try next time.

There Arabic pies/pizzas are amazing! I recommend them. You should also try the meat pies!

I was expecting more selection, I couldnt even buy all the ingredients for spanakopita. However the fresh feta at the register was out of this world amazing! And the best baklava Ive had since my mom stopped making it.

Prices good, can never get help. Usually only one person working and she stays pretty much at register with customers. Have purchased some items that were expired or when opened is covered in mold.

Great market for traditional Middle Eastern food.

Great store to get meat and freshly baked zaatar/cheese manaeesh(pies). However, I rated this place lower..don’t be surprised to walk up to the meat counter and be told the butcher isn’t there to help you. Whatever is in the display case is what’s available. This happens more often than not, and shouldn’t.. especially on a weekend!!!

There $1.75 Spinach pie are best, home baked whole wheat pita bread are great too. Great bakery and grocery store.

Everytime I visit I find something I havent tried before. The halal butcher has great variety. In the deli the feta is not to be missed.

I love this place because I can get food from both culinarys I like and know to cook and eat. Theres also middle eastern foods (excellent pita bread) and south American foods and drink like tapas for empanadas and yerba mate!

Things at this place at either expired or about to. Not to mention its very expensive.

Small shop where all sorts of Middle Eastern food products are available. They have pita bread & sweets bakery. Our primary reason we shop there is Matis Kashkawan cheese made in Greece.

At first we loved the market. Later at home we looked at a bulk bag of beans that we had bought and realized it was full of maggots. Ugh.

I love their bakery items! The prices seem very reasonable and Ive enjoyed everything Ive eaten: naan, chicken shawarma, and pastries. This is my go to place for ingredients for hummus (bulk chickpeas, large jars of tahini, and fresh lemons), olives, and couscous.
