They only care about their bottom line. Not their customers. Walked in looking to get two new phones and service for a reasonable price. Instead what we got was a manager that talked poorly of her cheap owner and gouged on what turned out to be damaged merchandise. We called support who instructed us.to take it back to the storefront in the morning only to be insulted by the offer of refunding us ten dollars out of the $227 that we spent 12 hours earlier. If thats customer service then I definitely am in the.wrong line of business. I walked in expecting.to find friendly and helpful agents but.instead I found a succubus that must get paid on commission.

Had a fantastic experience with the manager Kate!My mother got confused when trying to buy a phone with more internal storage and bought the wrong phone. Even though it was NOT the sales associates fault, Kate bent over backwards to exchange the phone for the right one and get it set up. She was kind and patient with my mother for which I am beyond grateful.

Love cricket been here for a few years I went over to T Mobile to see what the offer for the same thing you can get at cricket the rates are double over at T mobile.

We had a wonderful experience here on a Saturday. We transferred 1 account with 3 lines despite jumping through hoops with our old carrier. The store manager was very savvy about getting this done. If Cricket is as good as this experience we will be happy customers.

Had a problem with my phone stopped in and Kate fixed all my issues with my phone. Absolutely great very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location.

My husband and I went to the Stadium store today to buy a new phone. We have been Cricket customers for 7 years. The salesperson (a younger girl) acted put out that we were there. She was very rude and not helpful in the least. I had alot of difficulty trying to figure out my new phone. We stopped at the Cricket store on Carpenter Road hoping someone there would be attentive and helpful, but they were no longer at that location. It was totally closed.I would never recommend the Cricket store on Stadium to anyone based on our experience today!

Neaded too switch phones.the lady said just switch sd cards she does not tuch other peoples phones.i didnt know how.she did it for me but was mad about it

I am a cricket customer I called this store to find out if iphone se was in stock, whoever answered the phone told me me yes, when i asked if it was the 64gb black, she said it was illegal for her to tell me, and then she hung up on me. Why would I drive there if you cant tell me if you have it in your store. Terrible customer service. I called other nearby Cricket Stores and they were way more helpful.

We went to this store on Stadium on 1.20.20. Weve been Cricket customers for 4 years and wanted to upgraded our two cell phones. One phone (Samsung to Samsung) transferred the contacts wrong and they were unusable until we got help at a different franchise. The other phone (Samsung to Motorola) did not transfer contacts at all and it had to be done manually. And neither calendar transferred. So we still have issues.The salesman suggested cellhelmet screen protection for the Motorola. At no time did he tell us that accessories were not returnable. And at no time did he say that he had to put it on before I left the store. Since we had already paid for our phones, he sold it to me for $31.79, told me that it was easy to apply, that the directions were very clear and we left.I decided that I wanted a tempered glass screen protector instead and went back to the store on 1/23/20 to return the unopened, original cellhelmet box. At that time the district manager of that franchise told us that accessories were not returnable and that cellhelmet was supposed to be applied by the salesperson before I left the store. But too bad, since there are no returns, even though it appears the salesman was not trained properly.So I am out $32.00! Sad lesson for me but Im not going back to that franchise.

I was prepared for mediocre service based on previous reviews but decided to make my own decision yesterday. We were impressed by I think his name was Michael who went above and beyond to help activate a replacement phone and offerred to help us with another phone having issues. This guy is awesome!

I switched back to cricket 45.00 mo. (Promotion) Unlimited. $20 zte grand x Max deal.. staff members are knowlegable and kind. Near Arbor farms, papa john. They take time to help each customer. I go whenever the store is empty. If you need help porting your network carriers number to cricket they will help

I cant believe it, I have been to this store three times in the past 10 days I have asked if they had a Iphone SR and they told me to place a order and I came on the day he told me but the phone wasnt there so the person that was working there did not care about my case and said it was not his fault and treated me horribly it really made me a little bit angry that this happened so please treat your customers better.

What a waste of time! They wouldnt sell me a sim card unless I activated it in store for an additional $25. I checked with customer service before to going there and they said that I can buy a sim card in store and activate it over the phone for free, but the guy just wouldnt sell it to me. I went to the Cricket store on Washtenaw and they sold me the sim card and activated it for free!
