Drew at AT+T Huron Village was outstanding. He was patient, explaining in sufficient - and not too much - detail what the options were for a new I-Phone purchase. He was extremely knowledgable and responsive to my many questions. When I returned the next day to learn more about the phone I had purchased, Drew was off the clock and heading out. He stayed and assisted me with the remaining tasks I had to do to complete the transfer to the new phone. I could not have been more pleased with his excellent service.

Staff were helpful, but after going through the process of buying a sim card they informed me my phone was incompatible with their service because it was bought in Europe. I went to T-Mobile instead, who had no problem providing service for my phone. I suggest all international customers avoid ATT and instead try providers without arbitrary restrictions.

The guy we talked to as soon as we walked in the door was super rude to us right off the bat seemed like we were hassling him. We went to the one off carpenter Had the phones we needed we were in-and-out in 45 minutes. The reason I gave 2 stars and not one is because I have shopped here in the past a lot and had good experiences in the pasthis is in the past but the new employees dont seem to care about customer service.

The store is constantly understaffed, the employees are unhelpful, Unknowledgeable and untrained. Really it’s a complete mess and they just care about their commissions. I saw an old lady come in desperate for help with her AT&T equipment and they turned her away. I overheard the conversation and all of the information they were giving her was completely incorrect. All they care about is selling at the store, support is poor.

Customer service representatives are not fully informed of plans and services offered by ATT. I recommend calling ahead to get verbal confirmation they can actually assist you, or simply go to another store with more knowledgeable staff.

Went to this store a few days ago was pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated. The store was really clean and organized and I really liked how things were sections were clearly marked so I was able to easily pick the correct case with my new phone.Also I just want to add that the employees there were incredibly helpful. It’s been a while since I’ve had an updated phone so I had a TON of questions. They were super helpful and really left me feeling like I was making the right choice by switching over from my last carrier. Really appreciate these guys. I’ll be telling my friends about it too!

Today we had a wonderful experience with an AT&T Ann Arbor, MI representative Salem!! He was so kind, patient, explain and answer our questions. Very helpful customer service. Everyone was so willing to assist with my cell phone issue. I was instantly greeted and helped right away. I visited 2 other att stores in the area and nobody could figure out how to help me with my cell phone nor did they really seem to care. This store they figured it out and made sure I understand how to use it.

Ive been in the store 2 different times and had great experiences both times. The manager, Louis, is a pleasure to work with. The 1st visit was Sept. 2019, I went in with no expectation to switch services (from Sprint) however ported over on the spot. At/T has been the best carrier Ive ever had, and at this point Ive had them all. My 2nd visit was 5 days ago. My Android device stopped working properly without my dropping or damaging. The staff (Louis included) attempted to correct the problem unsuccessfully. They also were unable to offer me an upgrade even though Louis tried extensively. However, Louis sent me home with specific instructions to do a Factory reset followed by several other options if this doesnt work. Most would have left disgruntled, I however went home & did exactly as he instructed and my phone works perfectly smooth now. Louis is very honest, informative and I appreciate the store employees and his customer service. Ive referred others there and will easily return for all cell phone carrier needs/wants

I want to say thank you to Salem! From the moment we decided to make the switch to AT&T Salem was fantastic. We had been checking around with other cell phone providers and when we walked in and Salem started working with us we had no plans that day to switch our cell phone carrier. But after we asked all of our questions and the way he treated us we stopped looking and asked him to sign us up. We moved 9 lines over to AT&T. Even after the sale we had a small snag and he took care of it so quickly. One of the BEST customer services experience I have had. Salem I will be bringing other family members to see you . I recently went to the store for a phone upgrade and to see about getting a plan for myself and a family member. Tim Holly was the employee who helped us. I dropped my phone at work and it broke. All I had at the time was an expired ID. I needed a phone replacement. The man told me he couldnt do anything for me, go to best buy or T Mobile store. I ended up buying a 275$ phone replacement at best buy. Best Buy told me 60% of the people that come in have expired IDs, it was no problem. T Mobile even told me they couldnt help me, but the ATT store should be the ones to fix my problem. I had phone insurance, I had the password to the account, but my expired ID meant that I got 0 help from MY SERVICE PROVIDER. There were no overdue bills, I owed nothing on my old phone. He said he could get in but policy kept him from doing anything. I said OK can I pay cash for a different phone? He said they dont sell phones. I am strongly reconsidering using ATT for anything. Whether its terrible corporate policy during a pandemic or its just a terrible company in general, I strongly feel like as a paying customer I deserve more than sorry we cant help you, try one of our competitors. I was waiting for a call about my mothers biopsy results, so I was already distraught. 0/10 for customer service. Id give it a negative number if possible. Then the ATT robot told me to share my experience online. This was my experience. Hope it helps steer some folks clear of this establishment and company. They did absolutely nothing to help me

We had a great experience at the Washtenaw Drive store yesterday. Brent & Lewis were awesome. They both had outstanding customer service skills and amazing patience. They were very knowledgeable about phones & related equipment. There was a technical problem while trying to transfer one of our lines over and they had to call some department to get something approved, as with most call center places, it took a while to connect to someone. While waiting we were told about some of our phone features. We both switched to iPhones. Thanks Brent (great sense of humor) and Lewis. You made our shopping & switch over experience enjoyable!

My family has been with ATT forever. I hate getting new phones. But mine was starting to seriously lag. The GPS was broken, the battery lasted 6 hours, and many other bad things.It was suggested I get a certain basic needs, as Im a pretty basic person: call, text, email, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram. Thats a phone for me.After talking with Drew Cruse about things for a while I was still undecided, but he had turned me onto a certain phone that I didnt even know about (I just told him Not apple).I had to run and I came back about an hour later and met the store manager, Tim Holley.Tim was incredibly nice, and even remembered me from my trip earlier. We talked what I wanted in a phone and I felt pulled towards a certain Samsung phone.My biggest concern was protection with an Otterbox because Im an active individual. He explained why they dont make active series anymore and that made sense and let me explore the phone.I decided that I wanted to buy the Samsung S20+5G.He helped me transfer everything over to this new phone. He helped and explained how to keep everything in a smooth transition to the new phone, and helped me log back into my apps and made sure my data, memory, and everything was all set. It took 40 minutes and he answered all my questions and kept the conversation going to the entire time!He suggested that I play around with this phone and see the ins-and-outs of it...that I did have 14 days to return it if I wanted to.A month and a half later, Im OBSESSED with this phone! Im still learning things about it everyday and Im still bragging that I have something so cool to everyone who will listen. Ive never felt more comfortable with a phone and I want to thank Drew and Tim for their guidance and help in setting me up for success with this awesome piece of tech.While I was in the store Drew and Tim were fantastic people who showed care and concern for what I wanted in a phone and the kind that would make me the happiest. They answered all my questions with patients, and as someone who doesnt technology I asked WAAAY too many questions...but there was never a hint of impatience or annoyance or like I was taking up their time. They made me feel great and welcome in the store and into a world I very rarely enter in.Thank you to Drew and Tim for such a fantastic and fun experience and for helping me find this phone. I love it!

I had a disappointing experience here when attempting to close an account of a deceased brother. I do not recommend this store for anyone attempting to do so. The team is not well trained or experience in this matter (as of summer 2020) and it maybe become a much larger issue than necessary (taking weeks to resolve) if the appropriate actions are not taken upfront.

This is our second time visiting this store and both experiences were excellent. The store clerks were professional, courteous, wearing masks (and properly, too!). I have used the same cellphone provider for 12 years and decided to make the switch to AT&T. It is probably the worst customer service nightmare I have ever experienced. Ive visited three stores in the past 4 days. My experience at this store was the last straw. So far, Ive dealt with everything from no service after setting up my account, not adding my husband as an authorized user as requested, and now at this location rude and unprofessional service reps. Ive spoken to corporate regarding the disrespectful interaction I had with this store and I hope a manager reaches out to me. I was denied the store managers name and was not allowed to leave my name and number for a call back. As I was told by corporate, I am a customer and should be able to access my account information at anytime.

I was sold a faulty Arena2. When I tried to return it, because it worked in store I was told it would cost me 55$ to replace it. I told him I went up north for ten days after buying it and I couldn’t unlock it to answer calls or other functions because swiping was useless. Also the UI failure closed apps I was using. When i told him it happens all the time but intermittently he said since he didn’t see the problem it couldn’t be verified so he couldn’t give me a refund. Since I didn’t have the charger he dismissed me with “there’s nothing he could do so I left very distressed. I loose 129$ for buying a faulty phone but I just signed up with PCS Metro instead. I’ll try and take my useless Arena back to the store and see what happens

I had the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. Brent and I encountered several problems, yet he took it all in stride and patiently worked through them until a solution was achieved! I also asked about 100 questions ( no exaggeration) and Brent was able to answer them all. The manager, Louis, was also very accommodating. Even the little guy was pretty cool (inside joke.) I was there for several hours but it really just felt like I was “hanging out.” They made sure that I was completely satisfied and up and running prior to my leaving the store.

We are somewhat wary of purchasing and transferring data to a new phone because it takes so long. But this purchase and transfer was downright enjoyable. The store rep (Noel) was alone when we entered and he greeted us right away. He gave us the information we needed to decide which of the three models of IPhone 11 we wanted without trying to upsell us. When we chose one, he went and got it and proceeded to lead us in the long data transfer process. It went quite well, with no snags. We had a continuing conversation with Noel during the process, in which he continued to answer our questions. He did make us aware of other AT&T offerings that fit us, with very little upselling. Our time in store was less than 2 hours. This is what we want to experience when we decide to buy a new phone.

One staff member shouted at an elderly woman to stop yelling at him because he was busy, when she clearly was not yelling. Other staff rushed in to solve the situation. Embarrassing service from that one individual.He didnt seem knowledgeable when i had questions, and constantly tried to sell me things i already declined and did not need. I made my purchases elsewhere.

Tim Holley is fantastic for small business setup and support. He helped me establish a new account and port old numbers over. When a billing mistake happened on the corporate side he was easy to reach and immediately solved the problem. It’s nice to have local and direct access to people that care from such a huge company. When we went there to activate our phone line they didnt inform us of the activation fee which showed up on our next bill. We went to get help from another associate in billing in general, and they said that they normally dont advise their customers of fees like this because everything has an activation fee, while in the same breath explaining how this in unlike xfinity which charges you a ton of hidden fees.This second trip was to address billing. My grandfather had originally gone to At&t 2 years ago to get his plan adjusted, because it was getting too hard for him to handle. He was convinced to add cable to his plan because with promotional pricing it would lower his monthly payment of $230 to $180. He ended up paying even more ($280) and when his promotional pricing ran out he ended up paying as much as $380 per month.We wen to try to get this sorted out and they went on and on about how the only way we could work at reducing the price of our bill to something we could manage. And the only option that we found that would allow this to happen was a plan with less cable channels, which would reduce the plan by $20 in total, but would also incur a $90 installation fee, while it was sold to us as a service the whole time. Not to mention that the overall bill price was set to increase to $40 more than what we were currently paying in two years.It seems like this isnt a problem due to the associates (in fact the associate that we talked to tried to help us tried the best with the resources they had), but more of how they are trained, and the values AT&T as for customers in general. This isnt the first time I have experienced service like this... Im disappointed. Xfinity here we come.

I tried to return an unopened box with an unused wireless device but they insisted that I pay a $35.00 restocking fee. The product was NEVER used and NEVER opened. It was obviously an unused product. The store employee never told me when I received the product that there was a restocking fee. In my frustration I told them, OK, Ill pay the $35.00 fee BUT I would cancel my land land service that Ive had for 22 years. The sales guy said, OK. I thought, this is nuts. ATT is willing to lose a long term customer over $35.00. When you go to the store make sure you ask all the details. Be specific. Better yet. dont go to this store. It is obvious that the management has a rigid policy and have little interest in working with a customer.

My family has been using att for several years now and we always use this store for any services that we need. Theyre a corporate store, not one of the licensed dealers or whatever so they can do anything you need and its never a hassle. Staff is always super friendly and helpful and while it can get really busy in there, they do their best to get you in and out.
