Jeremy made it extremely easy to get our new phones. Because of the chip shortage, he had to order them, but he kept us in the loop of any changes and updated us on status...and they beat estimates. When we went in to pick up our phones, he was ready for us and the transfer was seamless. Very customer service oriented.

I had lost my phone, had looked for it for four days but couldn’t find it and by the time I came in to the store I was fairly desperate. I had called Apple first and they had no iPhone 12s available within a 150 mile radius. They had stopped making them because they were producing the iPhone 13. I called this Verizon store and they had one left and held it for me.Craig was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the differences between the iPhone 12 and the older phone that I had had, showed me how to access what I needed. He applied the screen saver and then helped me to choose a case that would work best for me.He also answered questions about the plan I have. There are 4 of us on the plan (I and my 3 kids). He explained a number of options that could be helpful.Throughout all of the work and time that took, Craig was extraordinarily patient and kind. He is an exceptional staff member, and I am very grateful that I was able to work with him. One of my children has an iPhone and two of them have android phones. When they need new phones we will certainly purchase them here, and will ask Craig to work with us.I would recommend this Verizon store to everyone. We have been to a number of other Verizon stores and this one has been the best of all of them.
I’m sure the whole staff is incredible, but Craig helped me switch to Verizon and was super helpful and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for you with no ulterior motives.Also, shout out to Tim who helped me over the phone when I was trying to navigate the Verizon website.While I don’t want to have a reason to return- I would come back 10/10

I came in on 8/23 at about 745pm for a otter box case for my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and Jeremy P was the guy taking cake of everyone. He was very good at multi tasking even while he was dealing with lady who kept putting words into his mouth and twisting his words. You could tell he was getting annoyed yet Jeremy remained calm and got through it like it was nothing.I work in retail and I get how it can be sometimes. He could not have handled the situation any better.Great Job Jeremy P!
Had to replace my iPhone and it was complicated, involving multiple issues. Worked with Tim, who was terrific. Patient, helpful and not at all pushy. Actually saved me money because of some hidden charges in bill that had been there for years. Recommend!

He helped me buy a new phone about ten days ago and he’s so good at transferring all the data and making the transfer easy, so when I walked in to get my daughter a new phone, it was a pleasure to see his face again! Update: It has been a full month, and multiple calls to corporate, and Kristen still will not remove the *returned* device from our bill.I would leave a 0 star rating if physically possible. Actually; I would probably leave a negative rating. We got lied to multiple times, straight to our face, and we’re still fighting with it.We got a phone to replace a dead phone. When the phone came in, Kirsten added an insurance plan (which we explicitly stated we did not want and she said she did not add). I was able to get the original phone fixed, so we went to return the new one. We were told by another service rep that we had to return the phone through Kirsten. She took the phone back and gave us a return receipt, but told us she couldn’t cancel the payment plan because it was too late in the day. She told us we could cancel it ourselves by calling the customer service line, and proceeded to play the hold music from the line (literally) until we left. We called the next day, and were told that she needs to cancel it (or at least the franchise location did).Since then we’ve called in three times, and we still haven’t been able to get through to her or the manager of the franchise. Start out at the corporate location on Ann Arbor-Saline, because this is absolute madness.
Craig did a great job with my transfer of service to Verizon! After speaking to multiple people on the phone and getting no where, Visiting the Verizon store made a big difference. He really did an excellent job contacting all the departments and getting to the bottom of the problem and having me on my way!
Great service. Friendly. They really work with you to get you the phone and plan that you want. They have always been very transparent about deals and what’s available regarding phones and plans.
Had a great experience at this place. A bit long of a wait but to no ones fault. Staff was helpful and kind. Shared a few laughs. Would go back here for sure.

I’ve been a customer of Verizon for about 25 years. I pay for 7 lines every month.I stopped in for help activating my father’s new phone. I asked Jake, the “manager”, and he said it was $40 to transfer data. And if he didn’t charge, it would be taken from his personal paycheck. When I questioned and disagreed with him, he accused me of calling him a “liar”. Jake said it didn’t matter how long I’ve been a customer or how manyLines I have…He pushed the phones back to me across the counter and was all done with me. I left the store and will never go back. I’ll tell everyone about the horrible customer experience I had at the Washtenaw location! I asked for the regional manager or corporate number and Jake said there was no number for me. So I will give him an honest Google Review. He doesn’t even deserve one star.I then went to the Verizon location on Carpenter Rd and was given the best service by Isaac and Nicholas. They were professional and helped me without charging anything!My suggestion to anyone reading this before looking for a phone or customer service, drive the extra 1.5 miles across town to the Ypsilanti location on Carpenter Rd. You will be glad you did!

Jeff Swiger was the most toxic, dishonest person I have ever dealt with. He mocked me for my deceased wife, sold me a bricked phone and then contaminated the store with the comments he made towards me. He continued on to tell me he can not help with my phone support. As I walked out he made some slurs at me which I believe are not appropriate to write here. Please fire this child-like behavior from your company. This is absolutely sickening.

The best and most helpful experience I ever had in a Verizon store. Tim and Nathan are very knowledgeable. Easy to see by the way they treated me and the other customers while I was in there they actually care about the work they do.Highly recommend. They are a 3 hour drive for me but would be worth the drive if I needed something.

Kristen Ford was my Wireless Consultant. Im a senior citizen, I dont see well, my bill is confusing to me, and technology can be overwhelming. Ms Ford was excellent--professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and cordial, and kind. I am embarrassed because I do not understand my bill. She answered all my questions. I never felt hurried and she was patient. She intuited I needed to see the numbers and she wrote them down. She gave me advice about new phones and how it would affect my bills. I asked if there was a manual. She said no and then explained that info is online now. I actually did not know that. She said she would show me how to find it. Please let her know how much I appreciated her.

I was frustrated with my old phone and had very little money for a new phone. Nate delighted me by showing me the Samsung A51. He explained the great deal Samsung had going that enabled me to get out the door with it for under $215... and my monthly Verizon payments stayed the same... and he showed me a nice selection of protective covers... and put on a screen saver... and transferred my contacts... phone and all that and taxes and great service for under $215!
The service specialists at this location are always helpful and friendly. I have been a loyal customer since the store opened, and it will continue to be my go to communications center.

Verizon is one of those businesses where I never seem to have good luck in terms of customer service. Most stores are full of associates who seem to be a theoretically impossible mix of someone who struggles to find the motivation to have to deal with you (only managing a disinterested patronization) and high pressure salesmen/women.However, this store feels completely different. The associates were generally friendly human beings who I actually felt a connection with and went out of their way to save me money and address my needs. They even watched my new and old phones for hours while data transferred between them while I went to the bookstore. Customer service here was so good that I have driven over half an hour each direction out of my way just to visit this store, passing countless other Verizon stores along the way. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for at least 20 years. While the service hasn’t always been stellar (we live in a rural area in a veritable “black hole” for cell service) the customer service has ALWAYS been great. Yesterday’s experience was no exception. Trevor took very good care of us. We arrived at 7pm and we didn’t leave until he made sure we were completely satisfied and everything was in working order! He never acted rushed or like he was in a hurry to get us out of there. Accommodating, knowledgeable and engaging. Thanks, Trevor, for being so great at what you do!

Though I had a very bad experience dealing with Verizon sales people on the phone and online, my experience at this store, with Jake, was outstanding. He helped me sort out various issues with a phone that I had purchased online for my son that weren’t even connected to his store!! In addition, he spent a lot of time transferring my info to my new phone. The problems were not Verizon related but Apple related. I received great service at Cellular and More as usual. My family has been going there for all of our cell phone business for years. Trevor was great - he answered all my questions, ordered our phones, and called me when they arrived in the store in a couple days. I went to pick up my new phone and we ran into a few problems while trying to transfer my information. The staff worked very hard to get it all worked out. Biggest problem was that I couldn’t remember my ICloud password. In the end we accomplished it and I love my new phone.
