Things went well as far as my car. I was surprised that i had to do a rental contract with Enterprise. The last time i got a loaner, it came from dealership so i was a little surprised to have to sign and give my credit card with the car rental. Would have been nice to get heads up.

Couldn’t give Sesi a five star this time for two reasons-1. No one available to answer phone when I called to schedule service( which was during normal business hours). Had to leave a message and go about my day while waiting for a call back. 2. No one could help me redeem my Lincoln Access Rewards. What good are they if you can’t use them? Seems to me someone working at a Lincoln dealership/ service department should know how the various programs work and how to use them?

The worst dealership I have ever walked into. The salesman that I worked with was unprofessional, rude,and degrading. He over priced me on a quote for a lease that I received a significantly lower price on the same car from a competitor dealership. The other dealership gave me $200 better less in my quoted lease price. The other associate in the competitor dealership was very professional explained all the different options and respectful. This is unlike the treatment I received at Lincoln of Ann Arbor. Also this has been a common treatment since after talking to many this is the common image they have of the dealership and the associates there.

Fast and great service up until I got there and had to wait 15 minutes outside waiting for my car to be washed when it was done a hours ago. On top of it they didn’t remove all the dirt before drying it and left hairlines everywhere from rocks. I brought my car in for service not a wash. Yes I’m one of “ those guys”.

I had Sesi check my new 2020 Corsair for wind noise from panoramic roof and clunking sound from front end when going over bumps. Picked up my car the next day and was told they didn’t hear either. Luxury car? Hmmmm

I live in Minneapolis, MN but have relatives in Detro metro. The supply of available 2018 Lincoln Navigators in my area was very limited, so i searched inventory in Detroit metro. Amazingly, i found a black label Navigator at Sesi Motors. Called dealership on a Tuesday, flew to MI on Friday to get vehicle. The total experience was first class and the professionalism and attention to details by Darin was outstanding. Thanks to Joe and the Sesi team for their efforts. I will forever be grateful......

Honest and straight forward service department. I brought my mkz in for a slipping transmission. They could have told me it would have been thousands to fix and I would believed it. At the end of the day I only paid $125 to have the software updated. Car drives good as new with 135k miles on it.

I went here to get my oil changed. The experience itself was just okay. Nobody was overly friendly or wanted to have conversation, nor did they direct me to the waiting room when my car went back. When it was finished, my service advisor (Chris from Volvo) informed me that my tire light was still on because I had to drive the car to clear it. As this is not necessarily uncommon, I drove away. 3 days later, the light is still on, so I decide to check the tire pressure. Not only was every single tire pressure different from the next, but they were all at least 4psi off from what is required. I would hope that for $100 and an hour of my time, the tech or service advisor would be aware of proper tire pressure. Or at least where to find it. Unfortunately, I can get my oil changed elsewhere for half of the price and they will fill my tires up properly. Disappointed.

Had an awesome experience with Genell in 2017 when buying our first car. She was super patient and spent a bunch of time with us while we went back and forth between two cars and were full of questions. She came in after hours to make sure we could pick up the car and plates the same day as well, which we appreciated so much.
