I go to salon centric with my hairdresser so I can pick the colors with my own eyes to know what Im getting. This location is always helpful and very accommodating. They give good alternatives if a certain color is out of stock for a brand. And they have no problem calling another store to hold product if they are out. Ive seen some 1 stars here complaining about how small the store is. They cant help that. Its in a strip mall and they do the best with the space they have. The least you could do is give 3 stars if thats your only complaint. The staff is helpful and ready to answer questions.

I’m trying to reach their customer service about some of my orders. I was waiting there for 20 min still on hold and ended up hanging up. I highly doubt there was a lot of people. They probably just choose not to answer because they rather keep your money rather than solve an issue. Never again.

I would prefer to not shop at this Salon Centric. It’s a very small store and they do not carry everything like the store in Livonia. I live in Howell so I would prefer to go to Ann Arbor because that’s only 22 miles away, but it looks like I’ll be taking a drive to Livonia. When I worked in Plymouth, going to the Livonia store was easy, it was on my way to work. Now that I only work in Brighton, Ann Arbor is the closest. But, I need the A2 store to, enlarge and carry more products before I return.Staff was friendly, no problems for me. When I did go, (1 time). In November 2017.

Staff is friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy stopping in and grabbing my must haves!!

TERRIBLE!!! Ive been doing hair since the 80s. going to the beauty supply store is always something I look forward to.....like going to the candy store.Out of all beauty supply stores I shop at, this is the worse by far that Ive ever shopped at.They take forever to ring you up. They take waaayyy to long with their FAVORITE customers at check out and never consider telling the others in line that are waiting forever, that theyll be right with them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..Another thing I learned today while standing in line for 23 minutes and only two ppl in front of me who were actually together, was that you ONLY get a certain spending limit in here. The woman in front of me did had that problem so she began to return items only Madison the cashier, didnt know how to do this process. So she proceeded to call her manager for help.😡🔥😳
