FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!I am SO thankful for Julia in Pharmacy and the pharmacist (sorry I didnt catch her name) for all of their help today (11/22/19 just before noon). My cousin from the other side of the State was in the hospital and her wife was there supporting her and needed her medications to allow her to function at a level that she could support my cousin. The pharmacy worked with equal portions of diligence, efficiency, integrity and compassion. So thankful that this store is here to support in this way! --- Also, the store had a huge selection, was well laid out and exceptionally organized.

Expensive, rude staff. I guess it’s a pharmacy at least?Feels like this store exists just to rip off umich students for basic conveniences

Poor communication. I was told I would have a prescription ready on Saturday morning, and spent almost an hour traveling to get that, only to be told I’d have to come back Monday.

Very well stocked store. With lots of stuff from the University of Michigan as well as Michigan state. In the center of State Street near the University of Michigan. Great store

My elderly parents went in here to get a prescribed vaccine for my mother. Not only did it take them a very long time, the staff wes not helpful at all.Two people ahead of them and it took almost an hour. Then they were told they couldnt administer the shot for another 45 minutes. My Dad had some words for them and was finally told that theyd have to take the shot, in a small cooler, to their Dr. because they couldnt give it to anyone over 25.Very distressful for my mother. Never again.You dont even deserve the one star that I gave you.

Good place to get milk in times of desperation.

Prices are sometimes twice what walgreens.com advertises and what they sell items for at other stores. Items listed in stock online are often not in stock in store. The store is almost always short staffed or only one person as a cashier. If your black be prepared to be followed if they are fully staffed

Very convenient location for a University of Michigan student being on the corner of State and North University Avenue. The store offers a decent selection of goods and beverages at convenience. Also the staff is friendly and willing to take care of your needs.

As a graduate student Inhabiting campus nearby for the last four years I can say I have come here most days for energy drinks. I started for the convenience but met a really good friend and in Rob who I always love to see. His upbeat personality and positive energy kept me going thru some hard days in school. Thanks rob!

I frequent this store more than any other one in the downtown area simply because of how convenient its location is. The staff is friendly, especially at the pharmacy. Its clean and well maintained. My only issue is that the prices are definitely higher at this location compared to other ones because of how close it is to campus.

Would not sell me nicotine gum despite having bought it at this location before, on numerous occasions. Guess Ill go smoke my cigarettes! Thanks for looking out for me.

The pharmacy here is top notch. Mikah is the best pharmacist I have met! Super fast, efficient, and friendly. She runs a great pharmacy and everything is always available very quickly--even transfers. I have been to a lot of bad pharmacies in my life and I have been to quite a few good ones. This one makes the good ones look bad.

Big store. 2 floors. Need to lower prices. Cash back. Restroom, escalator. Good location

I fervently wish I could save every older, disabled person from the agony I endured at the hands of the pharmacy staff.I will never ever come back here. Those working in the pharmacy are automatons. They created days of agony for me. Totally lazy, inhumane and perfectly comfortable that way. If you are an older, disabled person, STAY AWAY.

The store is fine. Conveniently located. I use it often.The pharmacy, however, is pretty bad. They have terrible attitude, as if they got zero training. Not going to use it again.

Awesome customer service. We go out of our way to come here because the Walgreens closer to us has absolutely horrible customer service.
