Went in to purchase a specific candle. This is one of the larger stores so they had the Spiced Cardamom. By the way, this is heavenly! Also purchased a couple others that I knew I couldnt get in a smaller store. BBW candles are great. I love how intense the scents are!

$9.95 annual 3 day sale on 3 wick candles is no joke!!! Sold out online and went to mall to stand in long lines. However, they did move quickly and thankfully plenty of choices still in the store. Customer service super friendly, helpful, and got people in and out fast.

My first time visiting a mall since the pandemic. It was beautiful. I hope to visit again soon. I shopped at my favorite store, Bath and body works. What a fabulous sale they had!! I was so overwhelmed with the sale prices and the awesome fragrances that I forgot to get the main thing I wanted, shower gel! Yep!! I got all lotion and fragrance and no soap!!! But what girl doesnt like to shop! Dont worry BBW Ill be back!!!

There were plenty of employees, but none of them seemed like they wanted to help at all. I was looking for something specific & was pretty much on my own. When I was able to get someone to help, they had no idea where anything was or how to answer those questions. I just dont think I want to shop at this location.

Love bath & body works . The mens products smell good and I use their body washes. The bourbon cologne is super cheap and worth the price also.Additionally their wallflowers have my apartment smelling on point.

First time going into a B&BW they had tons of stuff on sale I decided to try their wallflower thing I bought to plugs which were 50% off they were seasonal ones and 3 scents, a couple hand soaps and hand sanitizer.. the wallflower scents are absolutely amazing I have 2 in the house.. one at the back door and one in the bathroom they work a lot better then I ever thought and the soap is so soft and smells so good! (Really sensitive skin).. also the employees were veryyy nice and helpful!

I love this place. I love the sales and the smells. The only complaint I have is how long I have to stand at the check out at times. I get they are busy but when they are juat chatting with co workers it is annoying. I go frequently though so it doesnt bother me that much 😉

Very disppaointed I been loyal bathbody works customer.. I went go buy candle thay had sign for 11.95 at briarwood location. So I wanted purchase candle. When i purchaes the candle. The sales women said she could not sell to me for the price and quickly put sign in drawer. I thinking to myself out out all candles they could not give me curiosity price. Bad salemanship wont going back to this location. I called relations and bath body works. .. want thank you and did super job fixing problem. The girl maybe was new but she said if there sign they have give me price of item. . so customer service gave me the price for the candle. Thank you so much!!!

I went in to the store to return an online purchase within a week of receiving the product. The store associate was so kind, but she told me that she wouldnt be able to refund the money back to my card, she would have to give me a visa gift card. What sense does that make? I told her Id rather have it back on my card, and she kindly called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. The customer service woman on the phone was very rude in telling me that it simply isnt possible to get the money back on my card, so my only options were an in store exchange or a visa gift card. Im a huge online shopper, not very smart of BBW to make it so difficult to return something purchases online. Although I love their products, Bath and Body Works just lost my business unless they get this sorted out.
