The staff lady is beyond rude. I wish they sold a product that could fix her ugly personality.

For a small store it has a wide range of products! There was a very sweet young person working when I went in. They were checking out another customer and it was just me and one other customer in the store. The employee asked both of us if we needed anything on their way to the back room to grab a drink of water. The other customer in the store called the employee up to check her out and then proceeded to rip into the employee for charging her for a bag (store policy) and for not asking her specifically if she needed help. No excuse for being a bully! If the employee sees this, I hope you had a great rest of your day!

Woman working was extremely helpful! I almost bought a dye that would not work on my hair and she helped me get something that would work. Very friendly service, a little low on dye colors but life’s weird right now not their fault.

Felt really uncomfortable. Staff dont seem to care about commmunicating respect to customers in how they present themselves. Beware wives of sending your husband in there to pick something up for you. ☹️

They have lots of great products for hair dye, but they didn’t have anything to lighten my eyebrows.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My wife and I went to this store today only to find the employee locking up in the middle of the day. When we asked if they were open we got a non chalant Ill be back in like 20 minutes. Not great.

Called looking for a specific color and they were very helpful in finding it for me and had amazing customer service when I went to go pick it up. I might have seemed very excited while on the phone,but this is my favorite color and I can never find it anywhere. Thank you for your help!

I visited Sally Beauty Supply the morning of 1/24/18. I didnt get the girls name that helped me but she was incredibly sweet & helpful. I will definitely be back in hopes of seeing her again :)

My favorite place...the staff is always super nice and helpful...if they dont have what im looking for they are always willing to order it or help me find a subsitute..my favorite sallys 😄

I’ve been to a bunch of different Sally’s and it’s pretty much the same everywhere you go but this was the first one I didn’t feel surrounded by pretentious workers. They greeted me when I came in, they weren’t overbearing when the one with the blonde ish space buns checked on me she got the point I didn’t really wanna talk to anyone and politely walked away and I cannot tell you how obnoxious it is, as I’m sure most people know, to be followed and constantly “checked on” by employees so I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed the atmosphere was. The lady at the check out stand was the nicest person I’ve ever met at a Sally’s and I’ve been a customer for a little over a decade now and she was really knowledgeable and came off very genuine in her demeanor. Not insulting the other Sally’s, yknow if you need salon stuff it’s still a solid place to go but this Sally’s in particular was definitely the best experience I’ve had around fellow hair people. Patrice (super sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was who checked me out, just wanted to call her out in particular. She didn’t have to be as nice as she was but she still did it and I really appreciate it.If other people had bad experiences here they were more than likely just in a bad mood because I have nothing negative to say. Not only did they hardly have any items in stock....they are now charging $ 0.15 for a bag!! After spending money in your store, you have the nerve to charge customers for a bag. Ridiculous!!

When I went in there what is very busy staff wasnt able to help me. And they did not carry the product that I was looking for. had to go to another Sally Beauty Supply store in another city to find what I was looking for
