I mean its a professional shop. I appreciate being able to pick up anything last minute if need be. Always clean and safe. Personal has always been wonderful here also.

I am a hairdresser of 37 years and frequent many Cosmoprof stores all over Michigan and Ohio. ( Also Armstrong McCall in Florida and Alabama ) Yesterday, about an hour before closing, I entered the Carpenter road Ypsilanti, Michigan store and had the best service I can remember. Granted, I have rarely had anything BUT exceptional service at BSG stores throughout the years, but CONNIE ~ apparently a newer employee ~ hit the mark big time. Informative, passionate, and very patient for this being the final hour of the business day on a Friday. ( Or any other time!) I cannot say enough. It was the highlight of my week to talk to a fellow stylist and a kind, smart, and engaging one at that. Listening in public service is a rarity, but this lovely woman has it down. What an absolute treat. I would love to have contact information for her district manager or otherwise. I hope they know what a treasure of an employee they have.Thank you.~ Doug Stewart

I went in wanting to buy purple hair dye and bleach and the lady that was helping me was so nice! She was funny and just all around friendly. She told me what I needed and what I had to do. She also said that they are hiring and if I was looking for something I should fill out an application. So I thought that was pretty sweet too. All around very nice friendly workers and great products. Everything you need is in that store.
