Very disappointed here. The techs actually doing the work are great. Usually really fast.This is the closest dealer to me, but it’s still about 45 minutes. As a single mom of 2 it’s hard for me to get out there. I have scheduled an oil change along with addressign recalls 2x now and only the recall was addressed. Someone called me on the second repair and I asked them to reassure me an oil change was going to be done, they said yes. Got home after the second one only to realize they never did.Now I’m trying to get an oil change and can’t even schedule an appointment. Super frustrating dealership to deal with.

I will avoid this dealership for all service in the future. Their service representative, Jennifer, was awful about getting back to me. When I called, she said she would call right back and it would take half an hour to get back with me, and nobody else would talk to me about my car. Additionally, they (she) refuse to accept responsibility for not communicating basic things like that it takes 2 to 3 days to order a part, and insists I was told on both text and via a call -- which I have text records of never receiving. When brought up, it just resulted in defensiveness and anger toward the customer.Jennifer, you should never be angry at a customer bringing you their business. You should be quick to accept responsibility for any mistake, and make amends. It actually builds trust, which is what makes going to a dealership valuableIn summary, I will not be going here to buy or to fix my vehicle. Subaru is a great brand, but Dunning is dun.
