Our 2006 BMW was towed to Stadium Auto in the middle of the night after blowing a head gasket. We had never worked with them before. Stadium Auto was completely professional at diagnosing the problem, discussing options, and getting us the best possible salvage rate. They are excellent about answering their phone and providing timely, honest, and accurate info. They helped us make the best of a really bad car situation. I recommend highly.

I have been taking my various used German cars to Stadium Auto Service for several years. They are trustworthy, caring, professional, reasonably priced, timely and accommodating. Every staff member I’ve encountered is wonderful. Jim, in particular, is outstanding. He has gone the extra mile for me numerous times!

Have brought my 2014 X1 in for a couple of oil changes as well as replacing the fuel injectors and recently replacing an oxygen sensor. Jim and Jon are always up front and do a great job going over why they recommend a repair and whats involved. The mechanics have always done a fantastic job getting my vehicle back on the road.

My Mercedes convertible top was not functioning at all. The mechanic performed the impossible: He didnt repair or replace anything, but by moving the top manually a number of times, made it work again! It has been just fine ever since, going up and down electronically, as designed. Additionally, I truly appreciated him showing me in person what he did to make it work, what (simple) tools were needed, and how I could replicate that in the future, if needed. All this, and they even charged me at a rate that was lower than the diagnostic estimate. Well done!

These guys have done outstanding work on my 00 E320 wagon, an old beast that needed, among other things, an almost entirely new front suspension. Theyve been transparent, courteous, and prompt; they even provide photos of the mechanical area in question. Highly recommended without hesitation.

From regular service to specialty items, most recently a new flex pipe, these guys provide detailed estimates, clear options, excellent service, loaner vehicle, and something extra. One time they cleaned my headlights; most recently they reglued the side mirror (no extra charge). They are always polite, helpful, and do their best to provide top-notch service! These guys know what theyre doing. My car had a recurring problem through multiple mechanics and dealerships. These guys fixed everything on the first try, and at a good price.

I took my 13 BMW to another shop in town that says they specialize in german cars and they were unable to even diagnose an issue and wanted to refer me to the dealership. So I called Jim (should have called him first) and he was able to look at my car the next business day and find the issue in no time. Car was up and running a day or two later. A+ service

I have been taking my car to Stadium Auto for about two years now. The staff is extremely helpful in answering questions and also very honest. Just the other day another shop told my wife she needed new breaks, but Stadium Auto looked at them and confirmed the breaks were actually fine and not in need of any repair. Stadium Auto is also much cheaper than the dealership. I am very glad I made the switch to Stadium Auto.

I tried this place because it is close to my work and I needed a couple things done on my mini. Customer service was excellent and I love that they warranty their work for 2 years. Quality work done for a reasonable price plus they have a rewards program, so you get a little back. 10/10 would recommend and glad to know there is a place I can trust to take care of any maintenance my vehicle needs.

Had my car towed here after it would not start at home. They inspected my car quickly for not having an appointment scheduled and just dropping it off over the weekend. This was my third time taking my car to stadium auto service and sadly my last with this car because the engine was totaled but I would go back if I had car issues again with a different car. Everyone who works there is nice and they explain things well and in an easy to comprehend way for someone not familiar with car engines. Would recommend.

They quoted us $2000 for a repair on two occasions (4k total) within 3 months, when a different, and more honest mechanic fixed our car for under $400 (1 spark plug and something else I didnt understand) and our car is still running strong. They are nice people and friendly, but we wont be coming back.

I hired them to diagnose and repair my Mini Cooper because they claim to be a Cooper shop. They made a major error and diagnosed the car with a broken supercharger...because this was a huge expense almost equaling the value of the car I sold the car to a friend who is a mechanic for a very low amount of money. My friend rediagnosed the problem as a ceased alternator, fixed the car and is now driving it. I will be pursuing an answer as to how this happened in a shop that supposedly knows their stuff. Don’t hire these guys.

A bit of a long story, short version is that these guys rock, and my BMW will have a new caretaker after this story.Was working on a busted up truck. Fixed the brakes, plugs, trans filter, and got it running nice and smooth. Took it to stadium for help on a trans bolt and brake flush. They stopped work after the trans bolt and Scott wouldnt take any more of my money advising that I had another $3000 to go (gas tank wasnt secured anymore, some rusted parts were going to pop the tires, all legit that I missed). So, sold the fireball death trap F150.Bought a 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Stadium inspected it giving me a nice detailed report. I turned the wrenches on a 3 lift myself and brought it to Stadium for an alignment and full maintenance to make sure some qualified experts did the right thing. They knocked it out of the park, for a very reasonable price considering they replaced a bent tie rod and two door locks. In the end they delivered a great value advising me on the vehicle, inspecting it, telling me honestly where I was, and getting it where I wanted it to be.As it stands, I now have a great running Jeep ready for action, and haphazardly dont need two keys anymore! Knowing how wrenches turn on vehicles, and how much stuff costs in general, I probably would have still smiled at the end if they had taken more of my money, because they would deserve it.Thank you Stadium Auto!

1st class service. Im from northern Ont. We were on our way to Florida and had a couple of issues with the Beemer. They looked after us right away. Left my car overnight and they loaned us one until my car was ready. These guys are all courteous and friendly and professional and honest. Dealing with an auto repair shop may in many cases require a leap of faith. Having knowledge about a shop as provided by a customer can be very helpful. My experience with Stadium Auto Service was outstanding. I must say having owned several makes of cars domestic and foreign and having dealt with several auto repair shops, to include automobile dealerships, they proved to be the absolute best in all the categories that I like to measure; diagnostics, repairs, thoroughness, trustworthiness, professionalism and customer service. The folks at Stadium rate Excellent (A+) in all categories. And to top it off, as a customer you come away feeling like they sincerely care about you and your automobile.

Fantastic service. My 2008 BMW 528xi had a big project there. They completed it well with fair price ($1250). If you own a used BMW, just go there. This should be your right choice The guys there are professional and friendly. Please dont go to the BMW dealership, they charge you crazy ($3300 for my case), and they treat you as a fool.

I called to see if I could stop by with my Mini Cooper to have a malfunctioning wiper fluid pump checked out, and not only did they say sure stop by but they were A) able to order the part I needed to be delivered the same day, B) drop me off at my office so I could leave my car there, C) made the fix in only a few hours, D) picked me up from my office, and E) were cool throughout the entire process. I moved to Ann Arbor two years ago and discovered Stadium Auto. They are my go-to for all car repairs. They treat me with respect and in my experience are honest and reasonably priced. I had a bent tire rim which needed to be straightened before I could come in to have a front end alignment done. Roy at Stadium called around, found someone to fix the rim, and arranged for that person to be at the shop on the day I brought my car in. 1st time visit yesterday with my Audi A4.I dealt with Jim who was helpful, honest and informative both on the phone and in person. I never felt rushed or that I was being treated poorly. From a customer service perspective Im very happy.I had an oil change and they also did a full inspection. They provided feedback on the issues they found with no pressure.The oil change was $93 (I used the $20 check-in from Yelp to bring it down to $73 for a first time visit) which is on the higher side but overall Im very happy and you get what you pay for.Thanks guys, will return.

Went here for a oil change and general checkup on my Mazda. Service was fast and friendly, price was reasonable, especially with a Google Offer discount available at the time.Also you can request your appointment online and have the option to confirm everything by text. I needed to have the air conditioning system in my car fixed, so I chose this place due to its high Google rating, and they certainly earned it. When I brought the car in, they explained to me in great detail exactly what they would do, which is not something Ive experienced at other automotive repair shops; usually they just take it in, do the work, and give my vehicle back to me later. It took them longer than they estimated to get the car done, but that was because took more time testing it to make sure everything was in order, which is definitely a good thing. When I got my car back, they again explained to me in great detail everything they did, almost to the point of being annoying (to be clear, that is in no way a complaint, I very much appreciated it). The cost was much lower than I had anticipated, and they even fixed my rear brake light at no additional cost. Excellent service and polite employees make this place special. I will certainly be back when I need future repairs.

Great service, honest service, good deal on front brakes. Eric and Scott were super helpful, they made a minor error in the estimate and went out of their way to make it right. I was able to get in the next day, WiFi in the waiting room, and they offered to drop me off if I needed to be somewhere. Would definitely recommend.

I thought i needed new brakes but they said i just needed brake fluid - couldve easily sold me the whole deal, but did what was needed-thank you!! (They also work well with Dads over the phone lol) Would not go ANYWHERE else in Ann Arbor, but oh wait Ive tried and I could never get an appointment anywhere else. Theyre awesome.

Stopped in today to have the maintenance service indicator reset on my SL500 and they took care of the reset without an appointment. They had me in and out in 60 seconds and no charge. I have all my Mercedes service performed here as these guys are great !

These guys did a tremendous job. Had taken our car to another shop before bringing it to Stadium and the estimated price from the other shop was ridiculous. Not only that but the other shop said they wouldnt have the car fixed for at least a week. Needless to say we called Stadium Auto the next morning and had our car towed from the other shop. Stadium not only fixed the car the same day, they did it for a fraction of the price of the other shop. It was totally worth the added expense of having to tow the car to them. Even all said and done with the added towing expenses we still came out ahead compared to our initial estimate. Wish we had taken it to Stadium in the first place. Definitely a very satisfied customer and will be back if our cars need service in the future!

I brought my Audi a6 to Stadium Auto with a broken front coil spring. While it is never fun to have an Audi serviced - due to high maintenence costs - I have nothing but great things to say about the guys at Stadium Auto. They were quick to communicate with me about the problems with the car, and always deferred to my preferences before recommending repairs. The labor costs were worth every penny for the quality of service that I recieved.

Just recently I went to Stadium Auto Service after noticing that my front brakes were grinding on my 1990 Buick LeSabre.I schedule a morning appointment online (~8AM), dropped my car off, received the information about the work needed, okayd the fixes and pick my car up by the end of the day (~5PM).I specifically worked with Eric. He was very helpful and courteous. He also brought to my attention other things to look out for future repairs on my vehicle in a very respectful manner and did not try to push additional costs onto the original reason for bringing in my car which was the brakes.I was very pleased with my visit and greatly satisfied by the work complete by the team at Stadium Auto Service. As much as I dislike bills for car repairs, the guys at Stadium Auto Service made it a bit easier to fork up the cash to keep my car in good working order. Some may say their prices are high, but the quality of work and customer service greatly exceeds many other repair shops I have been to in the past.

73$ for wheel alignment which is good, but they charge 55$ to inspect it, not so good. Seems like pretty good work so far.

Excellent service every time. These professionals give honest diagnosis and fair prices. They also get it done right the first time. I have had ok experience with other mechanics in the area, but Stadium Auto always provides the best. Everyone I work with there is friendly, knowledgable, and scrupulous. There is no where else I would take any of my cars, and I often recommend them to friends. Keurig coffee, pop, snacks, and candy are not a reason to pick an auto service provider, but it doesnt hurt!

Horrible. Were having the same problem with our car as the folks with the other bad experiences. Our car is running worse than before we brought it in, and the problems started as soon as we drove away from the place. We brought our car back in and theyre saying that it had problems that they failed to mention to us after they explained our cars faults concluding an over $200 inspection. Mike the expert was rude and incompetent along with his other staff. He kept repeating himself and did not understand or acknowledge the issues. Instead he slammed the car door in my face and told me to shut up while I was communicating with him. Ive had experience with other mechanics including specialty diesel and VW auto services.....stadium is unprofessional, rude, and runs a corrupt unjust establishment in which they take advantage of people. We were hesitant to come here and should have gone with our gut feeling. DO NOT take your car here.

For the first time in a decade I locked myself out of my car, luckily I was in a parking lot close by to Stadium Auto and one of their employees saw me shoving a coat hanger in the window in a futile attempt to unlock the car myself. The employee stopped and said that he could send someone over to help in 5 minutes. Three minutes later someone was there helping and ten minutes later my car keys were back in my hands! They charged nothing but asked if I would write this review which I said Id be happy to do! (:
