Was 1300 more than the price agreed upon when dropped off. Also sat for a couple weeks in their lot after making an appointment. I think the service advisor was tired of me calling when he said hed know something and found a way to charge me a bunch of money before picking up my vehicle. Lets hope the 3rd motor in under 2 years doesnt fail again.Definitely lack of communication and I wouldnt recommend asking any questions otherwise it will end up costing way more. Not to mention they left the exhaust unhooked on a brand new motor. Had to take it to Iowa muffler and brake after it was at the dealership for over a month and new engine put in. Definitely felt scammed pulling out of this place

I took my van that had 79000miles in to have the engine looked at since it is losing oil but had NO miss fires. They used a bore scope to look in the engine. When they called to say the engine needed replaced I told them to put it back together (I wanted a second opinion but didn’t tell them that). They called shortly after to say it was done. They cracked one spark plug and broke three wires. I took it back for them to fix what they broke (I never got out of the parking lot). They tried to say it wasn’t their fault but I wasn’t budging. Went back to pick it up the second time, it’s still misfiring so now my van is worse off than when I took it in.

They were working with me on buying a jeep. They called back to see what I had decided and I asked to get some more off the price of the jeep and then while we were working on a what I thought was going to be a deal the sold it out from under me. Very shady business practices if you ask me. I highly dont recommend them. I will be going somewhere else to buy my Rubicon and so should you.
