Brian at Verizon did an exceptional job in assisting us in transferring our phone service to Verizon. He was thorough in his explanations and answered all of our questions. He made the process quick and easy and we appreciated his clear commitment to customer service.
I am quite frustrated with the service at this Verizon store. I’ve always respected Verizon until now. I took my phone in to this location since I was in town as my charging port on my phone had burnt out. I asked about getting it replaced or if it could be replaced. I asked about other options of repair stores and I was told it would be several hundred dollars if I took it somewhere else, which is not the case. I was basically told that it was not worth repairing and I needed to replace it if I wanted a working phone. I spent almost 1.5 hr sitting while my new phone was updating and suppose to be transferring my info from my old phone, which was about to die since it couldn’t be charged. It held the charge for again, almost 1.5 until it died and I was told my new phone should have transferred most of my contacts and pictures, which was all I wanted. I found out, nothing got transferred. I called a phone repair shop later to find out it would have taken me less time to get it repaired for even less price I paid to get a new phone. I always do business with Verizon, but if you don’t be up front and honest about my options and the fact nothing got transferred, that’s bad service on your part as employees and a business. I did a trade in and apparently I was told at that day, end of the day my phone would have been shipped to be wiped clean so I wouldn’t even be able to return my new phone for my old one the next day if I did the return policy on my new phone which was not stated I couldn’t get my old phone back if I decided I didn’t like the new one. Ridiculous Verizon, and shame on you who works at this location.
I had been having a really difficult time with the MyVerizon app and reaching customer service by phone. I thought Id give TCC a shot, and Im really glad I did. Libby was really helpful in answering questions and making sure my plan was what I needed. Id highly recommend this store!
Terrible service. Will never try going here again, very rude and unwilling to help. Go to the Verizon store at North Grand Mall. Excellent service and will bend over backwards to help a customer. This store you are an inconvenience to them. Terrible service
I got a new phone, Brett was the employee helping me. He provided such great service by being both very knowledgeable and super friendly. The best part is that he left all biases out and just gave me the information and opinions on what would fit me best after understanding what I wanted.

Erik was awesome to work with! He converted us from a dinosaur family plan with dinosaur phones to a new unlimited business plan with the newest phones. He stayed late TWICE to get the account setup and the ordered phones setup, since my family was in Ames from out of town. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the new plan and phones, without pressuring us to make the changes until we felt completely comfortable. I highly recommend Erik and his team at TCC!

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the customer service at this store! Especially thankful for Nick! I was having issues with my tablet (not entirely sure what was going on) but I was getting pop ups and ultimately not being able to access my stuff. I went into a different Verizon location at first and they werent helpful at all! Between two employees, they were unable to help and told me I needed to find somewhere else to go. I came here with hopes they could help and I was not disappointed! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Nick and within 15 minutes he fixed my tablet! He knew exactly what to do! I am so thankful. He answered my questions and took the time to show me what the issue was, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it. Will definitely go back to this store.

I needed a new phone because my old phone just stopped working on me. I spoke with Nick at this location and he was EXTRAORDINARY. He was so polite, kind, and very knowledgeable. He treated me with such respect and never pressured me to buy more. He knew my budget and respected that. I definitely recommend going to see Nick if you are in the market for a new phone.
Was a bit anxious when I couldnt log into my phone this morning. Was at TCC at 9 am and the young man helped me and had me up and going in a matter of a couple minutes!! AWESOME service!! Glad to find a store open at 9 am with a competent and very customer friendly employee awaiting to assist!!

So my phone ended up having having so bizarre issues where the screen was completely unresponsive to my touch and would hit apps and such without myself touching it. I went down here to get it fixed or replaced. I was helped by a gentleman named Nick he was extremely good at helping me walking me through getting a warranty replacement which to no fault of his took about an hour he was patient through the entire ordeal on top of that 2-3 other customers walked in too while he was helping me. When we were on hold with the warranty company he made every effort to help the other customers by himself. If the store does read this nick is very good employee and deserves recognition for it. After all that I did get my replacement and issue resolved

Absolutely amazing customer service! My sister needed a new phone because hers was outdated and stopped working. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick. He was so very polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. He knew the answers to our questions and treated us with so much respect. He never once treated us like we were a burden. We were in the Verizon TCC store on Sunday, December 1. We are an older couple looking to update our phone. We worked with an awesome young man, Nick. We had an older phone and couldn’t remember our password so he could change over to our new phone. He worked for about an hour trying to figure it out. He called tech support asking for help. He was on the phone with them for about an hour... truthfully, I don’t think the lady at tech support knew what she was doing. Nick kept working with us and we FINALLY figured out the password We were able to set up the new phone!! Through all this Nick remained calm and courteous. He was so helpful after he got the phone set up. He went through everything and made sure we understood. He told us if we had questions/problems to be sure and come back and he would help us. We highly recommend this store and their helpful employees!!❤️

Dont think twice.I was unattended for 10-15 minutes and later held on a 1 hr wait, at the other Verizon store down the street, since they were very busy, of course!You may not be knowing that if you could drive a couple of more yards, you can get what you actually in this cool store! (Location is not perfect in a business point of view, thats why!).The customer service is very professional, compassionate and sincere.He is very patient and will help you in every ways to address your wireless needs.Very much impressed!

Gunnar was the associate who had helped me with my phone and transferring my stuff over to my new one. I couldn’t have been more happier to have gone there then going to the other Verizon on Duff by Walmart. Thank you so much for the best service I have ever had swapping phones. I had a great time at this shop. I just recently switched over to Verizon and I started at the location down the street. With in my first month, I already got screwed over with overage costs that could have been avoided if I had been informed about safety mode. I got treated like an idiot by the other location so I left there and thought about leaving Verizon as a whole. I stopped in at this location and Erik took great care of me. He educated me on my plan and how to avoid those fees. He was welcoming and honest with me. It is because of him that I am staying with Verizon.
The guy was very nice and seemed happy to help this old lady with paying my bill. Some young people seem to get irritated when us old folks cant figure out stuff online, but the guy here was super nice and didnt seem to mind that I needed help figuring stuff out. Witnessed the owner/manager help a woman settle her promise to pay to verizon after there were clearly some issues prior. He was very helpful, friendly, professional, and caring. The owner answered all my questions throughly, and even went above and beyond to help me with billing issues (even though this was on Verizon, not TCC). 10/10 would recommend!
Called because I need to get a new SIM card and change my plan since I am currently updating from a flip phone to an iPhone SE. I know my Apple ID and password and just need a SIM card and changes to my plan. Was told by Dalton that I would need to call Verizon support. I cannot get a SIM card over the phone. Dalton was very rude and snippy. Afterwards I called the other authorized dealer at the Mall. They were very helpful!

I lost my phone and didnt think anything could be found of my contacts or photos. They told me I would be surprised what was backed up to the Verizon cloud and my Gmail. EVERYTHING was restored. I will be back. Great work! Thank you Rick and Shannon!
Dalton and Shannon were amazing at helping me restore as many photos as they could from old phones and issues that I was having with Verizon Cloud and a missing SD card. It was 3 days of trying to get it sorted out, but they were patient and understanding when I was upset about losing Christmas morning memories (She to a missing SD card which was no fault of them). I will ALWAYS come back to this store.

Horrible customer service. Went in to ask what happens if you forget your phone code. The guy, who I assume was the manager, told me loudly with a major eye roll: Ill never understand why YOU PEOPLE, who are not computer savvy, dont just get a Droid!Hey, Im 68...not dead.....or stupid. I left and shortly thereafter I remembered the code.Couldnt believe it. If that had happened at my business, I would have fired him on the spot. Fortunately, none of my employees are that crass.Ill stick with the Verizon-only store from now on.
Man, Ive got mixed feelings on this place. Midway through my visit today, drawing from the three years worth of interactions Ive had here, I wanted to post a very different review than I will. These guys suck, they really do. They cannot be a better combination of rude, indifferent, cheating, and swindling. Ive been forced to keep coming back to give them service for too long. I honestly think that even a one star is FAR too generous. I plan to go to Des Moines for my phone problems Im so sick of this store. Except that the last employee I was serviced by was concerned enough to make sure she finished the screen protector right for me and we even started to talk about documentaries. She was kind, interested, and nice. I cant write them off entirely, but I really dont suggest giving them business...

This store allowed a family member that had no authority on the account to not only re-sign a contract under my name (the account holder) but also use my upgrade on my phone without permission what so ever. this family member even advised the store that he was not eligible for an upgrade until march. the store insisted he was.. and manually over rode the system to use my upgrade.. resign my contract but still have the phone on his number. I. am. livid.
Warning! Warning!They will tell you of specials and discounts but you never get them from Verizon. Was promised $100 off each iPhone and still haven’t received it even 4 plus months later and multiple calls. Never again!
