Im 81 years old with a leg injury, as soon as I pulled into the lot Mario came to the door and escorted me to the work station. He then paid $11 of his own money to remedy my sim card situation. Finally he walked me to my car hand and hand to make sure I was safe. Mario thank you for your above and beyond customer service and I will spread the word that Cricket takes care of their people!

Not a great experience. Ive been back and forth between the store and customer service multiple times, and still have gotten no where in trying to reset my pin so I can get into my account. Its been a few weeks and I still dont have a working phone.

This was a scam. Legitimately. They took me for $95. Spld me a Data plan as a phone plan. Didnt check phone connectivity beforehand, so tried getting another $200 out of me for a new phone. Id avoid these guys.

Here its 1030 and the store says it opens at 10 and nobody here.
