Great service....so helpful and friendly!

I was highly impressed by Niki Ayers and the service she provided. She was also very knowledgeable and professional.I am not easily impressed, but after I bought the watch I told Niki I wanted to tell US Cellular how great Niki was.You need more as Niki is.Jon

After several phone calls to 611 and getting the run around I called this store and Jordan and Mitch was so helpful and kind and never lied to me! Mitch has gone above and beyond to help rectify this situation that he did not cause. He made this bad situation way more manageable. I will always go back to this location for all my future needs its Definitely worth the hour drive to get this kind of customer service!

This is a real good place to buy a phone. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Niki Ayers did a great job teaching me how to operate my new smart phone. I had never operated one before. She made it easy to understand. About 2 weeks later she texted me to make sure everything was ok and I didnt have any problems. I have been a happy U.S. Cellular customer for well over 10 years and this is the best store I have ever gone to.

Been a us cellular member for 22 yrs at this location. Loved the experience here till recently. Being treated horribly by one employee. Ready to switch . We used to have 7 phones on our bill now down to 4 . Customer service is lost at this location.

Friendly employees, clean store, decent inventory, and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

The staff was very helpful, but it was a bit frustrating that the store did not have the phone I wanted on hand. Fortunately, the phone is being shipped overnight to my home and I will be able to activate it without returning to the store. (I try to limit my time out and about because of Covid-19; I have a couple of health issues that put me at risk.) Once I decided on the phone I wanted, the rest of the process was quick.

This was my first experience going in alone to U.S. Cellular. I was relieved to have Jordan O’Tool help me with my first phone purchase. He walked me through the process of getting my own account set up and made sure I got exactly that I wanted. I’m really happy with the deal I got and look forward to doing more business with them!

Demond and Andrew were greatI came in on black Friday to get the promotion. I came in around 7pm and put in my name and told they would call me back tomorrow and when i came back the next day i got my phone and everything very quickly and professionally. The 2 clerks working had been there all weekend and were doing amazing at handling the crowd.

Absolutely trash service. I would give 0/5 stars if it was the option. Came in on Friday for a $200 off promotion. They didnt have the phone in stock that I wanted so they ordered it and said the promotion would be upheld on Tuesday when my phone came in. Tuesday rolls around and they wouldnt honor the $200 off after I waited in line for 30 minutes. Complete garbage!!!!

Rachels professionalism and problem-solving was a breath of fresh air. Ive grown tired of cell phone companies shoddy customer service in general, but my experience here was a welcome change.

Went into the store in December. They had several promotions going on. Miranda helped us upgrade two phones stating we should get about $450 back in rebates in about 6-8 weeks. I have yet to get anything. I called US Cellular to check on the status (over 45 mins). I find out that since we werent told we need to have device protection on these two phones we dont qualify for the $450 in rebates. I was only told we needed to turn in the Samsung for the additional rebate. Apparently Miranda didnt understand the rebates enough to fully explain all the details to the customers. Another reason not to go to a retail store. The corporate stores are worth the wait! Trevor with corporate customer service went out of their way to clean up the messes you created.

Terrible customer service. This is the worst company ever. They never can assist you through their stores. They will just ask you to call customer service.
