They have literally the best service ever! The product I wanted was out, so I asked a store associate if and when they might have it in stock again. She said she wasnt sure and offered to look in the stores system to see what they have and when itll be available.Awesome, awesome job! Ive had only good things here everything from sticks to their Cowboy decorations I love everything they have here they have balsa wood planes my kids decorations for my wife and well things for me to make I like making a lot of things and enjoy this place a lot I wish I could come here all the time because of how much good it is and its pretty cheap for there options definitely recommend this place

This Hobby Lobby is HUGE and always has everything I need, plus the employees are crazy friendly and the parking lot is massive. I will say the lines can get long with their weird policy of not putting barcodes on anything and just punching in the price of everything individually, but its never more than a few minutes wait. :)

The framing staff is wonderful. I took two art pieces in and had fantastic help with figuring out the best frames and matting. Im not great matching colors so their skills were definitely appreciated.

I chose to go inside.LOCATION - 5It is actually a pretty good location that is easily seen from State Street as you come around the bend there in American Fork.PRICE - 3It may be because Im not into crafts, but everything seemed to be 20% overpriced. Something like a small pin or even a small bottle was crazy expensive in my opinion.PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4Far as I know the products are durable. Honestly my wife bought one of the little crafts for a friend, so I will never know its fate.POINTERS/PERKS - N/AHonestly, no clue on this one.EMPLOYEES - 3Honestly I wasnt too impressed with the employees. It was obvious that we were looking for something, and were challenged in trying to find it. I honestly dont recall seeing an employee walking around looking for opportunities to help. I do recall however, someone, probably a manager, asking where a specific employee was because her shift ended in an hour and that she needed her to complete a task before she ended her shift. Lines at the register were also a little out of control, as I witnessed an employee (once again I assume management), standing at the end of the registers watching the lines. In all fairness, they did eventually open up another register, but shouldnt let the lines get the length they were.

I visited Hobby Lobby in hopes of finding supplies for my macreme project, I did indeed, find the supplies but it was the price that was the problem.Hobby Lobbys prices were already dangerously high for my low priced budget, so I searched for only the discounted objects. Which, luckily for me, was half of the store.When checking out, I paid no attention to the price but later on when I examined the receipt, I was surprised to see that none of the items that I had purchased were half-off, like I had supposed.Unwilling to pay the outrageous amount, I went back to argue my case. Before I did, I traveled back to the isle where I had originally bought the iteams. Proving that my eyesight was not as terrible as I thought, both items were directly by/under their 50% off signs.When I went to talk to the cashier, she did admit that one of the items was half off but the other one, was not.I knew that the statement was not true but like the introvert I am, took my things and went on my way.In all, a fine experience but I wish that Hobby Lobby would stay true to their prices.

Ive become a fan of Hobby Lobby. They have decor, do-dads, knick-knacks, but they also have craft and art supplies. They stock a lot of different items, which gives you good choices. They have a good seasonal section. Prices are reasonable, and I like what the company stands for.

I have been a loyal Hobby Lobby shopper for years, even though I think its 8 p.m. closing hour is unfair to 9-5 breadwinners like me. My creativity time is precious and scarce. Yesterday, I entered this location at 7:55 p.m., armed with a short list of things to get and walking fast, knowing I had little time. One of the store workers looked pointedly at me, then at his watch, and sighed loudly, which I noted but continued on my way, since I knew Id be out of there before 8. Then the manager stopped me and said, We close at 8. I said, I know, quickly got the items I needed since I knew exactly where they were in the store, and was, indeed, out of there by 8. Heaven forbid my shopping should inconvenience them five minutes before closing! If my shopping is such a burden to them, I can easily take it to any of the other stores and sites that offer better service and better prices.

I brought my son who has autism in once. One of the managers accused him of stealing. My son does NOT steal. If he walked out with something it would have been completely innocent and we would have paid for whatever item it may have been. In this case he had NOTHING. I will not take my family in there ever again.

No longer sells Halloween decorations because it is a Pagan Holiday and they are a Christian company and they cant support a Pagan Holiday.... Good thing their are other companies that believe in equality! I went to Joann in American Fork and they have great Halloween decorations!!! Joann will be my new decorations shopping place!! I cant support a company that doesnt believe in equality. I guess they wont be selling Christmas decorations either since Christmas is a Pagan Holiday too?

Great Christmas decor and they’re always on sale! A downside, is while we were there the other day we saw a couple items get knocked over and broken by customers on accident. I think that there is so much stuff in the isles that it makes it very likely to knock something over.

Great store, friendly staff, and although its not always the easiest to find something specific until you are quite familiar with the store, the staff arent too difficult to find and are happy to help. My only current concern is that some of their employees dont seem to care to wear masks while working, which Im fairly sure they should be doing to add safety to their customers, but otherwise this is a good store.

For someone like me who does not do a lot of what Hobby Lobby caters to, I found the store impressive with all that it has to offer. Next time I have a arts and crafts project I will definitely go here first.

They have not and dont enforce their stores mask policies, which will be a plus for some. However, they also called 6 different employees to the front of the store to help cashier, calling multiple times, and after about ten minutes, ONE of them came up. Dont go here if youre in any kind of hurry.
