Store hours are confusing with the combination of online / other business. Weve tried contacting multiple times I over different days through the website and listed phone number with no success. Ill update at some point if were successful.

I ordered a Silhouette 4 from Mimic through there Facebook store on 09/21. Based on the listing they had them in stock and I would receive it by 09/28. I received no further communication from the company. The authorization on my Card expired so i assumed they were going to cancel the order. The authorization was then processed again to continue to hold funds. I sent an email requesting an date and got no response. I then received an email from them on 10/7 asking if i still wanted the product as they now had them in stock ready to ship. I promptly responded that I did indeed still want the machine. It’s now almost 10 days later, I have sent another email to them with no response and the item has not shipped. I am absolutely appalled at the poor customer service. I have been beyond patient and am now just frustrated.

Very nice place, but you wouldnt know it was for vinyl. Its inside a clothing store called Salt. I think they are new and said they are working on a sign. We drove around the building for a good 15 minutes before we physically walked in and saw it was inside the clothing store. Nice and friendly. Had all the vinyl we needed.

Received my Silhouette Cameo 3 & the vinyl package. As expected - and I am so excited to begin all my projects!!! Thank you - I will be buying more!
