Good variety of fabrics. The people were nice and helpful. I was a little disappointed with their elastics selection, but overall they have good stuff. If you download their app you can get some good coupons.

Its not THE biggest joanns but there are a lot of fabrics to choose from. I love the employees working on the floor. Theyre very resourceful and willing to help.

I have been so impressed with the framing department of this store! I have had two things framed here (the pictures on either end in the attached photo) and both times were easy. The staff has always been kind and prompt, they work hard to give you the biggest discount with whatever deal they have going on at the moment, the work is top notch, and it is done fast. Next time I need something framed, I will be going back here.

I love the wide selection of the store and I can always find what I’m looking for! This time I was specifically looking for multi colored rhinestones. I got a ginormous bag of hundreds of rhinestones for an amazing price! The staff is really friendly and they are always trying to get you the best price! If you download the app or get the regular emails I swear they always have deals going on! I love that about the store because I love a good discount! I would recommend the store to anyone! Especially if you’re crafty, this is the place to be!

My wife loves Joannes. They didnt have what we were looking for today but they have an awful lot and its like watching a kid in a candy store when my wife is there. And I watched the dollars roll right out of my wallet. :-)

They have tons of crafts supplies, and this is definitely the place to go for a good selection of fabric. Staff is generally helpful, and the people in the fabric department definitely know what theyre doing. However, be prepared to wait in line at least 10 minutes to check-out, even if theres one person in front of you....and an additional 5-10 minutes once you finally GET to the sales clerk. Their check-out process is EXTREMELY slow.

I wasn’t a fan of this store. It’s kind of small from what I’m used too. The employees I spoke to on the phone from the cashier made me feel unwanted. Of course my toddler son was having a moment and then I felt horrible about it. I couldn’t wait to leave. I loved what I got and glad I went to get it. I did a pick up. I just didn’t noticed it wasn’t a curbside. I hated having to go inside with the kids if it’s not important. I canceled an ordered after waiting 3 hours. I had to come to the area after I purchased the item so I drove around, picked up lunch and ate lunch in the car. The employees told me it was typically 2 hours. It was one item. I went in and still the same amount of items it stated online and what the employee said on the phone was on the shelf. I didn’t get a cart because they weren’t the best for two kids and didn’t think it was gonna be hard. Then my kid darts outside, scares me. Joans. Offer curbside ❤️ as a mom I’d shop more if I could pick up. The stress of going inside places is hard

My wife and I are reupholstering a chair, so we went in to get several swatches of fabric to see what colors would work best in our home. We were lucky enough to get helped by Diane at the cutting counter. She was so kind to help us grab all the large rolls we needed and cut them all for us. Plus, shes just the nicest lady! Even though we were taking up a lot of her time, she made us feel like a million bucks! If you are ever having a bad day, just find some excuse to go in and see her :) Thanks, Diane!

As we entered beloved Joanns (or as I like to call it, Jo-jos), we were enveloped by the sweet smell of gently scented candles and a warm, cozy atmosphere. We were greeted with enthusiastic hellos from customers and employees alike. It was a quick, easy, and delightful to find the kneaded eraser I was looking for, which was reasonably priced. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Joanns (Jo-jos).

I’d originally gone to a different location looking to buy a machine, I can say right away my impression is that the people who work at this one were all very kind and happy to be working here vs. the other location. Riah assisted me, she was very sweet and helpful.I’d definitely return to this one vs. my nearest one in the future.

The store in Pleasant Grove Utah is our favorite because their store is well stocked. If we cannot find it at other stores, this store has it. All stores have an array of fabrics and crafts to do your favorite crafts. My favorite things to get there are crossstitch, knitting, sewing and seasonal items that they carry throughout the year, as well as frabricTheir parking is great, and their staff are knowledgeable and kind. They also have ever present awareness of keeping the store safe from covid.

Be patient if you go here. The prices are pretty close to internet rates so if you need an item now this can work out.The customer service on the other hand. The check out will take substantially longer than expected. Everyone is nice just really slow.

Filled shelves and a moderately long check out line. It was rather busy. There is a row of sanitized carts at the front of the store as well as those sanitizing wipes from a dispenser. The workers were polite and had face coverings. However, the coverings that drape down the chin and arent attached to an elastic or a cord are not very good at catching molecules coming from the mouth!!!

I came here looking for a very specific fabric and although they were out, the lady was very helpful in giving me options to look in their remnant pile, or order it in from another store. I ended up getting a different fabric that I think I liked more, but everyone was kind and helpful. Great selection of fabrics!

I absolutely love going to JoAnns for fabric, though it can be a bit pricey.I recommend looking for a good coupon before heading in, they typically have great deals going on if you can be patient and look for them!They have a very wide selection of fabric, buttons, and crafts and are almost always super helpful. Amazing selection of high quality fabrics and crafts. They even have seasonal decor which I didnt even know! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have great coupons as well. The wait to have fabric cut and to check out can sometimes be quite lengthy, however, but its well organized and people are patient.

Its a store for fabrics and mostly fabric-based crafts.They seem to have a large selection, with a good amount of variety. Lots and lots of sewing stuff, lots of homemade jewelry stuff, a nigh-excessive amount of fabric, and so on.Mostly my wife goes there for fabrics, and I go there to keep the kids under control while my wife shops.

So many great fabrics and a great assortment of other random crafting supplies! I only give 4 stars BC its hard to find specific items if theyre not in a big genre category like floral or art. For example, I struggled to find hot glue gun sticks one time, happened to be the very last aisle in the back corner! Forces you to wander, but then again, its not like thats a bad thing in a store like JoAnns :)... Just dangerous for your wallet!

They ALWAYS have what I need, even when I think it might be obsolete! I bought a bobbin winder today so I wouldnt have to wind them by hand anymore. I have an extremely old machine that I love but there is no bobbin winder on it. Now my arthritis wont flare as much and I can get more sewing done!

I made a pair of thong panties from the great supplies and fabric at this location for my fiance... The staff was so knowledgeable I couldnt resist just making a pair.... they knew what I needed and exactly what she wanted... I recommend this store to any man willing to go in and do the most for his girlfriend on Valentines day... boy did I get spanked so much that night! On the downside it smelled like any old retail store. China and plastic

Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful, with the exception of one of the full time employees. I love the coupons I can use. Download the app as that gives you more coupons. And you can use multiple coupons in one transaction. Always a sale on something or rather. I only wish they had more cashiers at the registers. Which during my last few visits they have been working on.

Its a great location not very many people. Not a lot of options. I only went to get something quick. Liked the place but i love the one on Redwood more options, bigger aisle to walk. But only downside was less options at the American fork store

I am genuinely appalled and disgusted with how my mother and i were treated in this store today. The customer service was completely awful from MULTIPLE employees.we don’t know much about sewing but are trying to make a quilt so we asked for some advice on the amount of fabric to get, what pins to get, etc. Not only was the woman who helped us extremely unhelpful, she was condescending and rude. any recommendation we asked for, we were told “it’s up to you” or “whatever is your preference” and she repeatedly rolled her eyes at us as if we were completely stupid for even asking. we know very little about crafting, so her saying this was completely useless. we were looking for help from people who know what they’re doing and she refused to give it.the other employee we had a bad experience with was at the fabric cutting counter. we had to use two different rolls of the same fabric because there was not enough on either roll for the amount we needed and she snapped at me when i didn’t know exactly how i wanted her to divvy up the fabric immediately right then.then, when we went to check out, the woman who was condescending originally was our cashier (of course). while “helping” us, she was very rude and sarcastic. any simple questions we asked set her off. when asking about how a coupon worked, she proceeded to roll her eyes and explain it to us as if we were children. she then scolded us for buying the wrong type of needles, (when we asked for her help with them before, she wouldn’t tell us what we needed, she just told us to get what we preferred) and begrudgingly took us back to the sewing section to find what we actually needed.while finishing our checkout, my mom told her that she was making a quilt for her own mother that used to be an avid quilter but couldn’t anymore because she couldn’t remember how to, due to her dementia. the woman dismissed this, and kept throwing rude remarks our way about how little we knew about quilting.all we wanted was help with a project but instead we were dismissed, treated poorly and left feeling terrible. my mother is already distraught about her mom’s dementia but now she feels even more defeated because of these terrible interactions with people who are supposed to be there to help. we were looking for kindness and help in a time of heartache and sadness in our lives but were treated horribly and got almost no help with what we were trying to do. we will NOT be returning to Joann’s, and i only write this in hopes that someone reads it and decides to go to Michael’s instead. this place is not for you unless you’re already a pro sewer, in which case they MIGHT treat you as an equal. do not waste your time here.

Its a little smaller than the other location(s), specifically the Orem store, but you can still find pretty much everything. Its just a little more picked over. The folks there are super nice though.

Usually quick for cutting and checking out. It will be more crowded and longer wait times during holiday season. It is smaller so the selection isnt huge, and some popular items could easily be out of stock. Courteous employees.

I suppose if you need fabric, then this is your place. There is a ton of selection. I imagine you can find something for just about anybodys taste. The prices seem wildly variable from fabric to fabric. Employees are competent enough but not the friendliest ever. There is a good amount of parking in this strip mall. Egress is affected by a busy main street, but traffic lights help.

The American Fork Joanns is my favorite one in Utah County! The customer service and selection are far superior to the Orem and Spanish Fork stores.

My experience was with the online ordering for pickup in store. I only shop at JOANN once in a blue moon. Im a complete novice when it comes to fabric and things. It was really a great experience to order the fabric I needed for my project and have it be exactly what I needed, cut at the exact dimensions I needed it cut, and to be able to walk right in to the checkout area and pick it up. I spent a grand total of about 3 minutes in the store. Excellent, efficient, and exactly what Id ordered.

We were looking at a lot of fabrics for a project. The big desk for picture frames was empty, so we spread out there. No one got after us.Once we settled on a blue/green sequin fabric, we saw there wasnt enough there. The employee at the cut table was able to look up the other stores and see who had it in stock. She then provided a phone number (the number was wrong, but Google had it right).

Loved it. We got creepy cat fabric and it was cut quick and easy. Kind staff. Good store, good experience.
