Had a 9:15am appointment for an oil change, it was scheduled 2 days ago. Showed up and waited for 3 hours. Asked what was happening and was told they couldn’t find a filter. They said they put new oil in the truck. Just checked it and it has the old oil, and is ½ quart low. Sad.

Matt is probably the best service tech I’ve ever dealt with. He is honest and fair.10/10 would recommend going to these guys for any service!

I took our truck in for an oil change, not only was the service quick but our original salesman Roy, came over and took our truck to be washed. On the way home I realized that I had forgotten to ask a question for my husband, I went back and Jon was nice enough to not only answer my question, but he walked out to the truck to show me as he explained! Awesome experience!!!!

Super disappointed with the customer service we received at the service center. We normally have such GREAT customer service from Matt and make a point to get our Chevy Traverse serviced at the dealership. This past week we needed to get some MAJOR work in our car done. When I received the estimate for the work the mechanic didnt even address the primary complaint of why I had brought the vehicle in. After all the work was done my husband and mom went to pick up the car. My husband was then told that the way he was paying was inconvenient and the two associates began to bicker back and forth about who would process it. This all the while my husband sees that the dealership didnt even vacuum or wash our car. It is an older car, but Ken Garff used to always give us our car back with a quick wash and vacuum job. Just a little thing that went a long way in my book. It is disheartening to see that those little things have gone by the wayside. I am hoping my car will drive well after the significant work we had done. To be honest I am not even sure they read their google reviews.

Very nice people here, but the tech did not do anything to resolve the problem with my car. He simply added some oil and cleared the code. No actual diagnostic was performed. Check engine light came back on a mile later. Lame. Fact is, the chevy 3.6L engine has some known issues with timing chain/cam sensor/ cam gear on my car. But these guys clearly just didnt want to deal with it. Very disappointing. I came to the Chevy dealership thinking that as actual chevy techs, they would be able to find and fix my cars problem better than some other independent mechanic. Wrong.

OMG, where do I even start? These guys sure live up to the stereotype of a mechanic that is happy to take advantage of their customers.They quoted me $4,600 for a series of repairs to my wifes Chevy Traverse. I got a second opinion from another mechanic who labelled half of those repairs as totally unnecessary and quoted me 50% cost for those repairs that do need to be done.The worst part? Ken Garff charged me $140 just for diagnostics. Yes, I paid them to create their jumped up price quote :(

JJ Zufelt does awesome work. They are always nice to me when I need work done on my car or truck.
