Whole Foods carries so many vegan goodies! Plus their produce is top notch - they carry many organic fruits & veg that cant be found elsewhere. They have freshly made vegan croissants, cookies, cakes, doughnuts. There are environmentally friendly household cleaners, make up, & hygiene products. Plus great shelling artisanal soaps & cruelty free perfumes. The employees are friendly & knowledgeable. Its a great place to shop.

We dont come here to do our complete grocery shopping. But, we are definitely satisfied coming here for some of the things we like such as nuts, teas, honey, and some produce. If we need help finding something, there is always a friendly associate available.

I always go whole food this time I un satisfied with customer service on the food counter, the employee ROI she was rude, not professional at all she put a different portion from her college, I always order this plate and I know exactly that its two full spoon she put two times half a spoon, to be extra clever I asked her do you think that this plate is not full portion she said no it is, then I answered her that even the two plates are not even portion.She was like no that it, I was like okay thx.On the second hand the Asian pasta was spoiled, taste and smells old, it looks like it was cooked at least three days ago and no body is monitoring the freshness of the food items.Whole food was my best but my recent visits I can feel that the follow or the managers is not on top of there work.Thx Sam

What is more to say, this is probably one of the nicest grocery stores to shop. If you are looking for vegan items there are endless items to browse through. Gluten free they also have that covered! My favorite is the organic produce section. Employees are very helpful if you are looking for a certain item. They have a great bakery and a large selection of prepared foods to choose from. You also get a discount with prime! Parking is easy. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Love this store at this location. It is very clean and tidy, and stocked with fresh produce and delicacies, you cant find it in ordinary local supermarkets. And the service staff are very patient and friendly. If you are a gourmet, a gourmet chef, and a person who likes to eat organic or healthy food. This is definitely where you want to shop. Its a bit expensive, so I only go when I need special products or super fresh produce, but its worth a visit.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Its clean, organized, and the staff is exceptional.Tonight, I came in late after dinner plans fell through and they happily helped me get some food to eat even though they were closing soon. Big thank you to the staff tonight!

I love Whole Foods. So many organic products! Yes. I think I pay a bit more, but the quality has always been good. They also have been helpful selecting products and with returns as well.

Whole foods in Altamonte springs brings back great memories as the one of the first stores I visited as a customer when I had moved into Florida, two years ago. Great customer service and incredible, fresh products creates a home away from home feeling. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stopped by Whole Foods looking for a top roast. 2020 being what it is, we were hoping to make a nice meal for the two of us for Christmas. Unfortunately, there were no top roasts available. But super fortunately, an employee named Mark went above and beyond and truly helped brighten our day. He noticed us looking at the case, and when we told him what we were looking for, he went over some substitute options, namely bottom roast. He explained it was what his mom made every year. He asked for 15 minutes to prepare the cut, then for us to circle back and grab it. Instead, once he finished he came and found us in the store, and not only gave us the roast, but gave us the best technique to cook it! He also included a pretty Christmas bow! So thank you Mark for helping bring some cheer and kindness!

I love this location. I eat dairy free foods, and they have lots of options to choose from. They also carry my deodorant and supplements I use. The people who work here are very friendly and its not always super busy, which is great if you are looking to social distance.

Love this store, we are here several times a week, thus the 3 stars. But very disappointed with tonight. Ordered a Detroit Vegan pizza. Asked for all the veggies it came with. Our weird request was no cheese on half of the pizza. My daughter gets the pizza and its literally 6 slices of pizza with cheese on 3 pieces, 3 plain. No veggies at all. Who would order 3 pieces of plain cooked dough????

I just paid $30 for 3 lbs of hot bar food. Zero chance this was 3 lbs. finished the whole thing in one sitting. Delicious but the register scale is way off. Probably do that on purpose to make more money.

My go to for fresh fruit and veggies. They have a nice variety of products that you may not find in other stores. They also have Amazon lockers which is a huge convienence for me.

Okay. We need to admit, right out of the gate, that we were visiting Orlando and, in act of foolish indulgence, went into Whole Foods looking for a sweet desert. We may or may not have been suffering from a severe case of munchies, that is neither here nor there. What IS important is we happened to enter into the bakery section where we spied and purchased a Tre Leche Cake, our absolute favorite since tasting Cuban perfection from our wedding cake so many years ago.Let me put it this way to explain the 5 Stars: The next morning we went BACK to that same Whole Foods for the single purpose of buying two more Tre Leche cakes. Yes, we actually did that.

Very Very Clean, All employees were very professional and very friendly. All the food looked amazing and fresh what more could you ask. Well how but if all the food was for free. Lol

Purchased seafood early November and advised my seafood was rotten. Got a response from customer care and since Nov 3rd, Ive followed up 4 times on a refund. Ive gotten no response on this.... I would advise you buy your seafood and meats from other providers in the area. If you run into an issue like us, be prepared to lose your money.Very disappointed.

Well, I miss Wegmans ( Im from Buffalo NY) and they have a wonderful produce selection. I never thought Ill see that again.Well I walked into this store and exhale. I found what I needed with great excitement.

Theres a guy named Dowdy working there who really should be fired. Rudest employee ever! He followed me around the store, harassing me, and made me so uncomfortable I will never shop there again. Why doesnt he work in a prison instead? Corrections officer would be a more suitable career path for this guy.

I happened to stop in here during my drive up from Coral Springs. Very impersonal experience due to the seemingly woke employees. Sorry to have to say that, but thats the vibe I was left with.

If you’re thinking of ordering your groceries for delivery from here, there are a few things to know beforehand:1. The shoppers neither receive and/or read the notes on your orders. So if you order bakery bread, just know, it will never come sliced. Nor will any special requests be entertained.2. You cannot rate the actual shoppers. So when they pick up visibly rotten produce for you and it’s delivered to your home, there is nothing you can do to bring it to managements attention.3. If they’re out of something your options for replacement are only what the shoppers recommend to you. Because again they do not read notes.Do yourself the favor of going to whole foods yourself and don’t trust their third-rate shoppers.

He was genuinely trying to help me with my fibromyalgia. Its so painful. I try not to take too many meds, so Im looking for something extra. I am excited to try his suggestions. He was easy to talk to and not pushy. Super sweet. In fact, I will make sure to go on the weekends because thats when he works. I suggest you go meet him, too.

Recently visited this grocery store. Ive never been assisted with such enthusiasm And kindness like I received from TINA in the body products area (Im not sure what they call that section, forgive my ignorance). I was looking for a new lotion specifically and she was delightful, helpful, and absolutely amazing. She even suggested another product to mix with lotion that has the benefit of being a bug repellant after my explanation of my hiking and biking. My only complaint is not being able to see her smile (am I the only one who misses this about meeting other humans???) and read her lips because of the mask nonsense. I have hearing problems. This certainly isnt her fault. She was a stellar human being. Give this woman a wage increase!

Visited while dropping off an Amazon order and I ended up eating pizza! Since then, I go there to find hard to get items for friends that are either vegan or gluten free. And I buy things for myself too, like PIZZA! :)Its a great store to find all kinds of treasures, healthy and yummy!

Today was my first time at Whole Foods, and I really liked what they had to offer. Of course prices are a little higher than a traditional grocery store, but not by that much. The soup and salad bar looked good, as did the otber prepared foods. The seafood looked heavenly and the displays are quite attractive. Im looking forward to my next trip!

Only slightly better than the Winter Park store. All whole foods are pretty much the same in terms of grocery so you kind of know what to expect there. But the food bar, which is pretty much why I go there is terrible. Slightly more options than WP (they give you olive oil for your salads!) but its the same problem they never change it, its always full of stuff that no one eats (Im lookin at you pomegranate walnut stew and beef picadillo) and it just sits their coagulating over the course of the day but they keep making it instead of other things? Why? Because the goal is not to provide high quality options for people who dont want to eat fast food. Its to get rid of their expiring food while doing the bare minimum to maintain the facade of being green and healthy. No receptacle for recycling glass. Just throw it in the trashcan. Ive never been to another whole foods that doesnt have its own separate glass recycling. Theyll probably say it gets sorted after which means they hand it off to the cheapest company who says they sort but the fact is they only care about the appearance of being green and healthy.

Went to pick up a couple items. Prices are so high! Staff is very friendly & helpful, plenty of room for social distancing, plus sanitized carts & baskets. Very happy they are still doing that.

Purchased a preseasoned cut of salmon and when I went home to cook it, it was bad. You couldn’t see it from the packaging, with the seasoning on top, but it was completely bad. Upsetting to spend so much on something bad

Pretty much a standard Whole Foods. The seating area outside is their best feature.

Did a 21 day water only fast stopped in while on the road to keep up on my fast. Was encouraging having a selection of clean waters to choose from.

The Altamonte Springs and Winter Park stores have the same problems. Workers seem indifferent and not focused on customer service. The salad bar has gone downhill in the past few years, includes mostly cheap filling foods, and is often not fully setup at lunchtime. And the overall shopping experience seems pretty sterile. On the bright side the Philips Crossing store is much better managed and and shopping experience is more enjoyable at that location.

Ingredients are fresh, well displayed and affordable. Employees are very helpful and courteous, making you feel welcomed.

Went to whole foods while on vacation; the place was clean and the employees were friendly. The cashier named Frances was very nice and courteous.

I love shopping here, but its really strange how they take your temperature and ask you if you have diarrhea when you enter the store. Like thats anyones business! I hope they bring Third Thursdays back, that was such a great event! Employees are friendly and helpful, seafood and specialty department guys especially.

I’ve been ordering pizza from Whole Foods for a while now and have decided to leave this review because of the inconsistency with the quality.Sometimes the pizza is paper thin, sometimes it doesn’t have enough cheese, and other times the slices aren’t cut evenly as it was today.I get that you’re not a pizza company and I don’t expect gourmet pizza but man can we at least get better quality? Am I missing something here or are these slices equally cut? This is literally from tonight.

I stopped in today to pick up some MCT oil and wasn’t sure exactly where it was located at the Altamonte location. A wonderful associate by the name of Martha led me straight to what I needed and also passed in information about an upcoming sale that would safe me 35 percent in this product. Martha went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it.

Produce was low in stock. The overall department was not as appealing as it used to be. Some leafy greens were really past their freshest peak. Store was clean but busy as always.Salesfloor staff never acknowledges the shoppers: No eye contact and certainly no greeting and would not speak to you if threatened with death. So much for customer service. Cashiers at least made a painful attempt to be warm and inviting. Such a cold and impersonal place.

Meh. Used to be a huge WF fan. Not so much at all anymore. Previously I reluctantly accepted the extraordinarily high prices because the quality and selection almost justified it. Not even closely true in the last few years. And this store was utterly unimpressive and unremarkable. I was disappointed and wished I had gone elsewhere. Even a good Albertsons or Fresh Market tops WF nowadays. Sad.

Had most of what I needed. The cashier was friendly enough, but I had to move around other employees who were blocking areas as they stocked without checking to see if they were in the way. Wasnt deliberate, they just werent paying attention to the customers around them.

We never have bad experiences her but this time the associates we worked with went above and beyond. I visited with my husband and we were struggling to figure out the best option for dried fruit. An associate Bonson noticed and took the initiative to give us suggestions. We didn’t have to request his help.We also had a nice cashier by the name of Tiffany. We don’t shop there often but when we left we both agreed that was one of the best grocery shopping experiences we’ve had in a very long time. With everything employees have to deal with right now, it’s nice to run into associates that don’t mind going the extra mile. Will definitely be back more often.

I had regrettably stopped by there the other day and was met with terrible service. The customer service at this location has always been terrible. Other than the meat and seafood dept, where Ive experienced excellent service, it seems like none of their employees want to work or even smile. I drive out of my way to shop at the Winter Park Whole Foods, even though it is a significantly smaller location, the culture and atmosphere are worth the extra gas.
