The people at this wawa are so sweet and do such an amazing job! My job always orders from Wawa since it’s the only thing really open for overnight shifts and we always have a good experience. There’s always cute little jokes on our cups and they write which drink is which on the cups as well which helps a lot because we always have big orders. I went tonight and had 2 bags of food and 2 drink carriers and one of the workers literally took some of my stuff to my car with me so I wouldn’t have to make more trips. I really appreciate their kindness and love how fast they are!

I love Wawa but Ive ordered 3 strawberry cheesecake shakes over the last 2 weeks all 3 were wrong reg cheesecake but today also didnt have gram crackers or whip cream almost $20 thrown in the trash these are expensive please inform customers that they cant get what they ordered beforehand Thanks

So this is probably the last time ever going to go to a Wawa anymore. This is like the fifth time Ive been accosted going there about wearing a mask. Theres people inside the store walking right on top of each other and not wearing masks and frankly theres plenty of other gas stations and sandwich shops that I can get a better quality food and gas from. I mean if a 7-Eleven can tell a bum to leave why cant Wawa.

Nice, clean gas station. They have a lot of food choices. The chip reader takes longer than at other gas stations when paying for gas, not sure why.

This wawa closes everything down at a certain random times every night-kiosks for food or drink station. Be mindful. They apparently dont have enough staff. Hard to understand. It is literally every night. Closest to me so I try to come afted work.The women in food area had an attitude when I mentioned I have come multiple times and they were shut down. But there were about 5 employees

The Breakfast is always fresh. I really like that you can customize your choices.. from a breakfast burrito to a fruit smoothie. The employees are very friendly as well.

I usually would give 5 but this day I got my quesadilla and it was way over cooked and I was late so I couldn’t go back!

This location is plagued with people trying to sell you stuff out side the store. Store managers need to stop allowing the solicitation on this property. I’ve been going to Wawa all week and this particular location is fine with the exception of the solicitation that occurs. I walked in someone asked if I had a cigarette, walking out someone else was asking me for money. Very disappointing that the manager doesn’t do stuff about the begging in front of the store. It’s in a nice neighborhood so I dunno where these folks are coming from.

The claim to have a requirement for masks but they allow all these people in the morning at 6 am to not wear masks. There were more people not wearing masks in their store then wearing them. This is putting their workers at risk and anyone shopping there at risk. When I told the people there they should make people wear masks or not serve them, they said, no we can’t enforce anything. Well, I won’t be back. I will not support a company who shows no compassion for the people working in their store.

It’s disappointing how a chicken strip bowl could be served without any chicken strips. Money isn’t just raining from the sky. Sad to realize when I got home that one of your staff members decided to make a 3 piece chicken strip bowl with NO chicken, only mashed potatoes and bacon. The receipt literally begins with “ChknStrip(3) Bowl” Wow... it was a simple order guys...

Best coffee in town the breakfast is pretty decent too. restroom facilities are always spotless clean and their modern hands-free. best of all there the cheapest gas in town as well. I would definitely recommend Wawa for food gas or any other convenience items you need.

This the 3rd time I waste money on a sub from here and I just wanted turkey and cheese simple and I got tomatoes endless mayo to where my bread was soggy and lettuce I don’t understand how u mess up a plain sandwich

Just came here right after the hideous seven eleven under the bridge from down the street to find a working gas pump. Superb service with a smile and the place is always clean. Love them A1 service all the time.

Please explain to the folks preparing the food that dashers or Uber eat drivers are not here to bog you. We are here to do a service as well.

Staff is almost always friendly and helpful. They have taken great steps to ensure social distancing which is appreciated but the touch screens for food ordering are an issue. In the ten minutes I was there earlier I didnt once see them wiped down. Maybe they have a system in place but I didnt see any evidence of it.

This place is amazing! The gas prices are very affordable. They keep up with the maintenance, and customer service is great. Ive also won over 1,000 dollars here at this specific gas station... its a secret though so dont tell anyone 🤫lol

I frequent this Wawa on my way through this part of town fairly often. I just found last week that they serve hot brisket sandwiches in the deli now. I love that I can get a fruit smoothie, and its excellently made with fresh ingredients. the staff are punctual, and gas pumps are abundant at this location, so I dont often find myself waiting in line. The air compressor being free is huge when your tires are low and you need to fill them :)

I’ve never gotten my ID checked for him buying beer, so thanks Karen 👍🏻 Other than that they’re great just don’t forget your ID Bc if you’re with someone buying alcohol Bc you’ll both be required to have them (never happened before but, yanno)

Judith is amazing! She is always happy and energetic. She is a great way to start my day. Not to mention the crew behind the food is very accommodating. I know they get asked special requests all the time, especially during busy hours. However, they never say no to anyone. They are quick and awesome. You can never go wrong with this location.

I’ve been going to wawa my whole since it was a local brand in south jersey. This store keeps up the quality and overall good experience. Get the meatball sandwich with onions, bacon and extra sauce. You will thank me later. Yum.

Hesley makes the absolute best drinks! I have had mostly the sweet cream Cold brew at all different Wawa locations and his is consistently the BEST. I hope he gets some kudos from his boss!👍Also the staff here is always nice and the It was late and I was in a hurry to get home so I didnt turn around and go back. Very disappointed.bathrooms are clean. My favorite Wawa location!On 03.08.21 I bought 1 shake, 1 flurricane and a sweet cream coffee for me. It was terrible. It tasted like slightly mint flavored coffee water! Not sure what has happened to that drink, but I think it will be a while before I spend money there again.

So I visited this store to clean my windows and I wanted to grab some napkins, but once I went to grab a couple the women in the food prepare area had to voice her opinion to tell me why I took a few grabbed that I grabbed. I felt serious attacked about a couple of napkins that could have be ruined anyway or there wasn’t very many people in there. She was speaking to me as though she was talking down to me. She told me if I would have grabbed them again she would charge me it was the most disrespectful way to treat a customer like I was a criminal for taking them. I would this place a lowest rate then one star just because of this experience I had with this women. I would complain to corporate but they won’t do anything about it. She is a caucasian and she wears glasses.

Very good food for the price. I love how easy it is to order with the app and then pick up your food. The strange thing is the Italian sub is currently not an option with the app, but it is in the store.

Just stop here for gas and food. Every person on shift made me feel welcome and said hello. clean and nice employee over here.

This is a good place to stop if you need gas and want food but dont necessarily want fast food. They do have some grilled sandwiches, but they also have a good selection of healthy food for the road such as containers of cheese, fruit, meat, healthy sandwiches, wraps, hard-boiled eggs, and some other tasty low calorie options. Also, their Blended drinks are somewhat Limited in customisation but very tasty and good priced.

This is my goto gas station. Ive been a regular at this Wawa for nearly four years and the crew are always friendly and quick at the point of sale. It also helps that this Wawa typically has the lowest gas prices in the region.

Most of the staff there are very nice. But some of them are very careless making peoples food. Wawa has the best breakfast ever. I go there every money for two burritos and orange juice. Seems like it is my last day their since some of the cook their do not care about others food. Two weeks ago, Ive noticed this young lady making my burrito with the dough laying on her skin. I had someone else made my burrito. Next morning, same thing happened with a different person. This morning the same thing happened again. I politely told her I was not going to eat that burrito to make me another. She got mad and made me another one the same way. Of course I got mad and put my orange juice, snacks, and banana away and left the store. I really hope Wawa could improve hygiene a little bit more when it comes to peoples food. #myexperieceatmyfovariteplace.

I really like Wawa. The food and coffee are good. I like this station in particular when I need to put air in one of my tires. Some locations get very busy because their air pump is free, but the air pump here has always been available when I pull up.

July 23, 2017 3:15 a.m. I had to wait about a good 20 minutes for them to fix things so the machine ran out of the Mellow Yellow lime Crystal was busy making sandwiches the supervisor I was waiting for her standing by the bathroom as I was waiting for Crystal come back out this tall white male employee was coming out of the bathroom he made some sarcastic remark to me my reply was I was not talking to him this tall white male God speak to me in a nasty manner about Im staring at him I replied to him that I was waiting on crystal he had a very nasty racist racist demeanor and attitude and this black African American female while I was in the store she kept passing me staring at me but never spoke never greeted never said anything but stare I do not know what kind of people Wawa management are hiring these days but these employees do not know what customer service is one if you look at a customers face and make eye contact have enough decency to greet the customer second you dont accuse or assume you ask in a polite manner may I help not have a nasty condescending demeaning downright nasty attitude II want any customer we the customers are the reason that you have a paycheck no customers no paycheck its about respect and dignity first and foremost when engaging with customers had to wait again but the young lady Krystal to go over to the drink machine and fill it up with Mellow Yellow lime drink because she was busy making sandwiches for customers she compensated by giving me the drink free per her decision she told me that when you have a customer to wait it is policy to give free I did not feel comfortable because I always ask for a receipt especially today world always help proof of purchase, I just remembered his name was William tall white male Wawa employee very nasty racist attitude

Wawas are in general, good gas stations. They have a really good deli inside and the awesome drink machines that have 100s of flavors. As far as gas stations go Wawa is one of the best.

Best coffee and meals overall gas stations. They have almond milk for coffee as an option which is great if your lactose or gluten free. They also have bomb quesadillas. I ask for it extra extra toasted.

Impossible to get in and out of. Inconsistent service. Ordered a sandwich today and waited 12 minutes for them to inform they were out what I ordered. At that point of course I was out of time for my lunch break. A lot of the staff at the front seem annoyed to be there. Not my favorite Wawa.

This place sold me the wrong product and won’t let me exchange something even though the employee messed up. You would think wawa would have actual customer service and want to keep their customers happy. Will be telling everyone to not shop at this location.

Great place for coffee, quick or leasure meal. Clean and pleasant employees. Get my gas there all the time. At times hard to get in and hard to get out of the main one I use.

All the employees at the Altamonte Springs branch are on COVID-19 quarantine!! They are not even posting this for the normal customers who have been exposed!! They currently have a few employees from surrounding stores filling in. One of them told me what happened, I dont think he was too happy to be one of the guys to fill in. I contacted Wawa corp several weeks ago warning about the employees wearing the same gloves and handling items people hand them back and forth - cross contamination. I received a generic response that my concern would be forwarded to the store... nothing has changes. Customer beware.

Prep table is super slow in the morning but the food is tasty. They also ran out of cinnamon bagels and didnt restock for over a week. Their egg sandwich is soggy and bacon isnt fully cooked (soft and white ... Disgusting). Cashier was friendly and helpful. Coffee rocks. Mixed feelings about this place but in a pinch, ok I guess.

Im tight. I wasnt feeling well and went in to buy a black but I forgot my id in the car. The lady asked me for my id. I explain i left it in the car and Ill send my fiance in, he is buying blacks as well and he has his id. This dumb ass (excuse ny french) tells me she cant sell ne the black and she cant sell it to my fiance either. Infront of a line of people. I questioned why she couldnt sell him the black if he brings my id and his. I even offered ro show my id in my phone. She still persisted she couldnt sell the black. I felt like cursing her out. Instead I walked ro the car, got my id,came back in and asked to speak to the manager. The manager s very apologetic and sold me my black. He told me i shouldnt have been denied service if my ID was in the car and my fiance was going to bring it in along with his ID. Ive seen this same lady get cursed out by two other people before. Horrible service on her part.

Air pump at this Wawa and the next closest ones have had broken air pumps for at least a week. Ive taken the longer way to get home three times now because I NEEDED air in my tire, just to see that its STILL broken. Dont know if I can trust a Wawa enough to waste time going there to be disappointed.
