Nice staff and good bagels. The only thing is I love bagels and lox but they really skimp on the salmon. It doesnt even cover the bagel. So I stopped getting it there and make it myself now.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a dismissive apology from staff. I have submitted an online request from corporate to understand In the future, should I not order ahead, opting to wait in line, and reasonably expect my food to be prioritized over online orders?To be fair, this is not a normal circumstance. However, it is clear to us they missed our order and made a mistake, so something beyond sorry would have been nice (and I dont mean a full refund). But how about the manager walking over with the food saying something like were really sorry, this was our miss and I know this doesnt make up for it but -- and then a coupon, say you put in an extra hash brown or offer some cookies or a bagel or something? I dunno. Something that takes the sting out a little.The scenario: Saturday mornings are busy, wait times increase: understood. Ordered online to cut the wait time down (email timestamped at 10:33am ET). Proceeded into the store. Over the next 50 minutes, we watched many people walk into the store, wait in line, order, get their food delivered and some of them stayed to eat -- all while I asked 3 times about an online order for Malcolm.The apology is pretty standard: sorry. When pressed, they replied with were backed up. This was refuted by me given the scenario that they know to be true. Yes, I was cranky with my response. Yes, I was frustrated (and hungry) so no I did not ask for a manager.

I like Einstein Bagels. The bagels are always fresh and they have a good variety of bagels. My favorite is the Avocado sandwich, Everything Bagel, Green Chile and the Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel.Went at this location for the first time. I was expecting a drive through, but they dont have it at this location. Had to go inside to order. Currently they only have take out. The place looked clean.The person who took my order and the cashier...both were friendly. I ordered Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with light vegetable cream cheese. I dont like a lot of cream cheese. They made it perfect.

I have always loved Einstein bagels and I was willing to go to the Altamonte store after Lake Mary closed, even though its not convenient. However it has been a year Since the beginning of the pandemic And they still refuse to open for dine in. Since I do not enjoy eating my food cold I stopped going After the 1st couple of times. They have now made their online presence deceptive by saying that they have in store shopping while not addressing the fact that you cannot eat inside the store. I fell for it once and I will not again. I will not support a business that is trying to deceive its customers into coming. You need to flat out state that you do not have dine in eating.

Love their everything bagels, theyre fresh. Cant wait to try one of their breakfast sandwiches.

Hi, about Einstein, as i said outside of Brooklyn NY, Einstein is best, one thing they have to add EGG BAGELS, with real eggs, secound u can buy eggs at less than 10 cent each and bagel dough for less, yet Einstein charges over 5-6 bucks for egg on bagel, it should be no more than other places 2-3 bucks the most, so catch up Einstein ur doing good ! They charged me $0.70 for a single strawberry jelly and they had no creamer or half and half for the coffee.

The ladies working here are always welcoming and wonderful people. There is a regular customer who has a hearing impairment - Brooke (the lady at the register) knew his name and took the extra time to understand his order and make sure he got what he wanted. Great people here!!

This store has gone downhill. The bagels never seen fresh anymore and the prices are outrageous. If you are ever atty lake Mary boulevard I highly recommend Water Brothers bagels. These bagels are outrageous and their prices are reasonable for what you receive. I will not go back to an Einstein Brothers bagels ever again.

This store is alway so very clean and well kept. Likewise, the staff are some of the sweetest and most welcoming every time I have come here. The restrooms are also monitored and kept up very well. There is decent wheelchair access and seating can reasonably accommodate the same.

Didnt get there yet, they closed at 2 pm.... Major bummer!

By 10am they are always out of the popular Items bagels and Coffee. Instead of making more they just tell you they are all out. 3x this has happend to me now. Take care of your customers so they can take care of you. Especially in difficult times.

The staff at this location are phenomenal! I always feel welcome and well taken care of every time I come here. Sometimes it may be a month or two between visits and they still seem to recognize me and make me smile. The bagels and food are wonderful as always, but the employees are what take this location over the top! Another added bonus to this location is the family of Ducks that live in/near the parking lot. Take a look when you go by next!

I hadnt been there in a very long time. But I had to send my bagel back because they hardly put anything on it. They used to really put a lot of stuff on it and it was quite satisfying. Now theyre incredibly stingy with their toppings.

I had a 6 cheese bagel with egg and cheese, and my boyfriend had a French toast bagel also with egg and cheese. We really enjoyed it! It came with cheesy hashbrowns and a drink. Very delicious.

Someone was smoking in the kitchen and it left smoke odor on my sweater.

Stopped in today and had a fantastic experience. The bagels were great as usual but I wanted to shout out to an older dark haired woman (she didn’t have a name tag on 😕)working in the dining area, she was incredibly nice and helpful. She was very thorough in her cleaning, seemed to genuinely want to help the customers and made for a very welcoming dining experience. Thank you!

The egg, turkey sausage and cheddar on asiago is my go to bagel sandwich. One bite and youll understand why I absolutely love this place! They have a solid selection of bagels and sandwiches to choose from and the coffee is pretty darn good too. If youre looking for a good breakfast with a cafe type environment, youll be happy with this place.

The staff here is really awesome! know its a chain, but it has a nice neighborhood feel when you walk in and see the same faces who remember you. Good consistent food. The coffee upgrade is a bonus. Id never been a big fan of Einsteins coffee, but now that theyve replaced it with Caribou Coffee - of which Ive been a fan since my days in the midwest - thats another reason to stop in. Well done folks!

I spent almost 30.00, in bagels, and it was almost like pulling eye teeth to get waited on ! This girl is standing behind the cash register AND I AM THE ONLY ONE THERE ! I HAD TO PRACTICALLY DRAG HER TO THE BAGELS SO I COULD PICK OUT WHAT I WANTED . Customer friendly....NOT HARDLY ! I have never been to this location before.....not sure if I will ever be back, and I came from Debary. I would rather drive further than to have their employees wait on me . All of them . The owner needs to clean house!

Food came quickly and was warm and tasty. They were not out of our favorite bagels. The service was good. There are baby ducks in the parking lot sometimes which is cute.

Great place. Great people. Great service. Went in today and got some bagels for the office. Total came in higher than normal, but I was half asleep so I forgot to say something. Called spoke with Amy. Very apologetic. Very nice. Said just remind me next time youre in and I will refund you. No run around. No BS.

Great selection of bagels. I keep forgetting to try a breakfast sandwich, I always end up with a bagel with butter/cream cheese. Staff is very friendly. Coffee was a little weak to me but still pretty good.

So far the past few Saturdays I have gone in around 10:30, waited in line out the door for a 1/2 hour or more only to be told they have fruit bagels only everything else is sold out. Not sure if management staff has changed definitely need to re look at customer service and inventory. Will not be coming back and wasting my time again any time soon. Used to be my favorite Einstein Bros to go to. Very dissatisfied.

Grabbed takeout on a Sunday. It was very busy which I expected. Line moved smoothly, staff was friendly, and food was done quick. Good bagels and I am from NJ! Will definitely return to satisfy my bagel craving!

Growing up I remember Einstein Bros having the best bagels in Central Florida. About two weeks ago my wife and visited this Einsteins store to get a half dozen bagels. The servers behind the counter were kind of impatient with us from the moment we arrived, as though they didnt want to be there. We tried six different flavors of bagels, including their pretzel bagel and cheesey hashbrown bagel. Expecting them to be unique, they both were just plain bagels except the pretzel bagel was coated in salt and the cheesey hashbrown bagel just had a slight amount of melted cheese and shreds of hashbrown on the top.After spending nearly ten dollars on six bagels, I was expecting some flavorful bagels. Instead all it reminded me was that I can get the same quality of bagels at the grocery store for half the price.

First time was inviting friendly and satisfying. Next time I went the manager refused to substitute a raspberry lemonade for the OJ or Coffee + Hash Brown special. On my previous visit the manager okayed my substitution as a reasonable one. This time I was rude angry and disgusted with their corporate attitude especially when told they must respect their inventory. Heck they can respect their customers requests a bit more if they want to get a positive review again !P.S. My wife had their egg bacon + cheese sandwich and gave it a big thumbs down. Bacon was raw and very little chz.

The best Bagel Shop in town. Great coffee, great bagels, but by far the best employees. Mike the manager runs the show and knows our names and order before we even get to the counter. The usual? Matt knows my favorite sports teams and is ready to talk about it. And Cathy, working the floor, knows our favorite place to sit and gets it ready. This is like going to CHEERS, where everyone knows your name. This is the way a corporate chain can make you feel like the local, one of a kind place. Simply the best.

I have been a regular here for many years. As bagel and coffee chains go, it is unbeatable. During my last visit, when my six-year-old decided that he did not like the strawberry shmear he had selected for his bagel, one of the employees got him a new one without us even asking. For free. They take care of you there. 😊

I’ve been having my daily breakfast here for the past 2 years. Last week my car window was smashed and my bag was stolen at the parking lot of Einstein (right next to the front door at 08:30-9am!!). The Einstein “corporate” risk manager return my calls after 3 messages and more than a week later .She explained they are “not responsible for any and all items that were damaged/stolen. Although the staff in this location is great be aware of Einstein corporate policy and team members. Before taking a bit of the next bagel - Make sure to find out what Einstein is responsible for and what not before becoming a patron. To be honest – after 2 years as a daily client – I’m not sure of anything. How sad… - the line staff is nice, friendly and good. The corporation… - that’s a different story.

I paid over $9 for lox bagel asiago w/ potato salad side. Got home 10 mins away bagel wash too hard for me to bite into. Ended up using a fork and scraping inside dough ought. Normally very happy but not this day.

They dont have sweet tea diet lemonade. When we first walked in we did not see anyone working there. Not the best attitude to deal with customers. This was our first time there and not impressed..

They have the best bagels ever baked fresh all day long as well as a large variety to choose from. The employees ate very helpful and knowledgeable about thier products. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible iced coffee, stand offish service, they messed up my order twice and forgot one of my items. No apology, no sense of urgency. Food was mediocre. The chorizo patty was half fat and tendon. Will never come back. Only good thing was the bagel itself.

Most Einsteins Bagels are similar in the food you get, so what separates them would be the service. The people here are always very nice when I stop by in the morning for some coffee and a bagel. Also, sign up for their rewards program to get BOGO offers and free bagels. I recommend it for breakfast if you are in the Altamonte Springs area.

I can go here or Panera Bread which is right down the street. For bagels, this Enstein Bros is far better...more like NY style bagels and the bagel dogs are great too.

Still the best bagel and lox you can find without having to go and buy individual ingredients to make your own bagel. Would give five stars if they would just bring back the roasted red pepper bagel.... there has been no better bagel with veggie spread.
