The person at the window with glasses, reddish/blonde hair, red apron- they were so nice! They expedited our order and was extremely charming. If Im ever near this area, I would detour to visit this store in particular. Also, our order was made PERFECTLY and QUICKLY. I wouldnt even mind if they were slower from how nice the young person at the window was.

Great service but the caramel Frappuccino tasted watered down and was missing the delicious caramel drizzle .Only outdoor sitting allowed for now due to covid.

This is my Starbucks. They get my order right and they get you on about your business. I live closer to another Starbucks that rhymes with Bear 🐻 Take but yall. Yall. I cant handle being handed food or drinks by anyone in the food service industry with dirty fingernails. N.A.S.T.Y. As a former Subway sandwich artist, I gotta say a big N-O to that one. Why is management not noticing? Anyways! This is why the 434 location is my spot. 🙏. Its the little things. ❤️

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this was easily the best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks that is not my usual! Every single person I interacted with was so so so sweet and they went above and beyond for me and definitely did not need to!!! Not to be dramatic, but I’d make the 30 minute drive just to come here again for my morning coffee. Looooooooove this location!!!

Even though there is always a line at the drive thru, it moves quickly. My orders have always been correct. Ive always received friendly service.

Pretty sure this location is about to go out of business. Such a shame because the baristas are always friendly and Ive never had a problem with my orders. However, lately, this location is consistently out of half of the menu items, its always a guessing game as to whether the drive thru is going to be closed, the cafe is going to be closed, or both. A sign hanging at the location today stated that they now close at 3pm every day. Im going to miss this location.

Ordered from Uber Eats, coffee was good but my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was frozen.

I have been coming to this Starbucks forever, and every time I go I always ask for light ice because I don’t like a lot of ice in my drink and it always makes it super watered down. Today was just a breaking point for me.... I wanted a little extra coffee today so instead of ordering just a grande I ordered a venti with LIGHT ICE! Once I got my drink there was ice to the top of the cup to where the lid wasn’t even closed all the way. In the picture that was me only sipping it three times and it’s almost gone... I just find it absolutely ridiculous if a customer ask for light ice just put light ice it’s not that hard, and I don’t think I’m asking for too much.. Plus this was at like 10:40 in the morning so they were not even super busy.

Feel so bad for the workers here! Covid is hitting their store pretty hard. Went in today and they were clearly short staffed and only had the drive thru. I even asked the friendly boy at the window what was going on and they said they were down an espresso bar as well. Crazy! Regardless I still had very friendly service and a tasty drink! I hope their store gets back to normal soon! Have some compassion people! Not everyday will be perfect. The world today is very unpredictable.

This Starbucks in Altamonte Springs, Florida is one of the best I have been to anywhere. It is attractive inside and outside, has comfortable seating areas including a few cushioned chairs in an alcove off to one side, and is a great place to enjoy your beverage and meal.I found the staff courteous and the order taker served my family promptly.There is a drive-in window and ample parking and the outside is beautifully landscaped.I would definitely eat here again. On my visit I had trouble connecting my iPad to the free WiFi, but other customers had no problem.

Great experience, I ordered a drink that wasnt what I thought I wanted and the cashier helped me figure out the drink I was trying to get, then made it for me at no extra cost. Great customer service not because it was a free drink but because she took the time to help me in the middle of a morning rush, I think her name was Jenny.

Clean place, friendly staff, great drinks! Came here to read for a little. There is some buzz here, but its not too loud (Tues 12:30pm) Went for some iced teas. I asked for a refill and asked the lady to surprise me. She was very willing to and asked how sweet I liked my teas. Her drink tasted great!

Me and my boyfriend came here around 9:30pm. There were about 3-4 employees in store standing around and not one of them greeted us or said anything as we walked in. I could understand if they were busy but we were the only customers in there at the time, customer service goes a long way.

This Starbucks drive through line takes forever to make your drink, i was in drive through for 20 minutes. And the parking lot is small and you can barely wait in drive through line due to the set up of the drive through. I wouldn’t recommend if you can’t wait.

From where I was standing, the green looks yellow. My mistake was honest, but you chose to raise your voice and embarrassed me. Unprofessional, i never raise my voice at customers no matter how frustrated. this Starbucks is off my list of places to go

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. I tried giving them a chance thinking maybe it was just a bad week or new workers, but it’s been consistently slow for over a month now. I shouldn’t have to wait almost 20 minutes for a coffee when there’s only one or two cars ahead of me every time I come here.

Starbucks has always been an overpriced Coffee Joint I was never happy with but I did like some of the breakfast items now they like have no food items nothing to order from so I have no reason to go there whatsoever

It offers pick up and drive through service. No indoor seating right now. Customer service is excellent.

Starbucks chai latte is my favorite chai latte, but this time my experience was not good, God knows why it was not made the same way they use to do! 😒Though they show no dine-in the outdoor have tables and is available to sit and chill out. Staff is friendly!Enjoy your coffee with loved ones or your laptop(this is more common nowadays)

Location, Location, Location.... This being right of the wekiva trail makes it so CONVIENENT! A nice walk on the trail brings us right to this location. Parking lot is usually bananas but that doesnt matter if you are able to walk/bike here. Great staff and has plenty of outside seating.

Been coming here for 10 years now, hasn’t gone through many changes, but haven’t experienced anything bad here either. Nice workers, everything you expect a starbucks to have is here. They are always happy to give me a bowl of water for my dog.

Coffee is my fuel!!! Starbucks is on every corner so its convenient and pricey!!! Buying it makes me feel like Im a part of the 1% club!!! I even laugh a little snobbish and tend to speak with a rich British accent, then after I drank all of my overpriced, slightly burnt coffee I go back to reality. But for a little bit, just a little bit, I know what it feels like.

A few days ago, I went to this starbucks and purchased my usual, a venti caramel macchiato, on my way to work. After drinking almost the entire cup of coffee, I took the lid off, and to my surprise there was a roach inside of my coffee! (I literally tipped the cup forward in order to get a pic of the roach to send to their corporate office) To say I was livid, extremely disappointed and ultimately disgusted would be an under statement. I have contacted the store manager, regional manager and the corporate office. It took me a while to vent publicly because my mind is blown. I am still in total disbelief. Everybody in my office just stood in total shock while staring inside of my cup. I WILL NEVER DRINK OR EAT AT STARBUCKS AGAIN! I AM TRAUMATIZED.

Austin provides awesome customer service and the white chocolate mocha is my favorite.

Its a fairly chill Starbucks, as far as Starbucks goes. It is always some what loud but I know its partly because the machines in the back are loud. but aside from that I sat there for over 5hrs sipping coffee and getting my work done. The employees are very easy to talk to and communicate with. Over all a really great experience.

My midnight mocha Frappuccino was delicious and my husband enjoyed his smores as well

This Starbucks is beyond exceptional! I have 3 other locations that are on my way to and from work, but despite that, I still gravitate towards this location. Brian, Josh, and Travis have exceeded my expectations with my go-to drink that I have found not everyone can do well because of the unusual combination. They’ve shown outstanding customer service by showing attentiveness and delivering the correct drinks while being quick on their feet. They’re also super positive, energetic, and sometimes hilarious!!! Definitely check out this Starbucks if you’re ever in the area!

I love the Coffee so much but the sandwiches on the other hand...The lady in the drive thru said the nitro cold brew only came in a grande because its so strong compared to the venti normal one thats not correct. See below.Its about quality assurance. The beverages creamy texture and thick head — which result from what Starbucks refers to as its nitro cascade and cascade of bubbles — just dont settle in quite right in the larger cups. So, to prevent the nitro effects from spreading too thin in a vessel with too much volume, and to ensure you get to enjoy the beverage as intended, the Nitro Cold Brew is only served in the 12-ounce and 16-ounce cold cups.I think Ill just take the extra drive and wait at the other Starbucks to the Northeast since they are very nice and friendly and always get my order right. Its mainly the large dude that barely speaks at the window its my order wrong and doesnt even say hello at the drive-thru when youre waiting, but waits ackwardly for you to say something. The smaller skinny dude is super cool there though

Restaurant was filthy. Dusty counters with stains everywhere, dropped coffee beans and dried liquid spills. Latte was simply awful. Youd find a better tasting drink at a 7-11 vending machine. Staff was disinterested and observant. Wont be back. The worst Starbucks Ive ever visited.

I love Starbucks coffee not because I like overly roasted bitter coffee but because I love their selection. I appreciate their bitter coffee, though, in a sweet concoction. It takes the edge off of the sweetness....hmmmm...maybe I do like overly roasted, bitter coffee. Shocker...
