I have own moving company in Maryland. I used to go in New Haven Company a couple times this year. Id grade those services as 3 of 5, because they dont care enough about customers. I had some cases, where they dont even have wihes to explain and help me. Just did it because they had to.

I picked up 204 furniture pads this morning. The owner was there and could not have been more helpful. I know that saying is way overused... But really... Could not have been more helpful! He went way beyond what anyone should be expected to do. Even helped me with something that was totally unrelated to the furniture pads.I promise if I am ever in this area again and need moving supplies for a load that I’m doing I WILL be back.Thank you so much

Prepare to wait even though theres no one in front of you, the guy there acts as though hes busy and dont see you while hes playing games on the computer, make sure you have an idea as to what and how much you need because you will surely see attitude attitude attitude!!!, not so friendly place

I had issues with getting the equipment I had reserved. They eventually got it but it took an extra day which is difficult when you are moving! Overall not bad.
