This place canceled my unit without warning or reason although I never missed a payment nor was I ever late making a paymeny for the short 2 months that I rented the unit! Just horrible & beyond unprofessional, I will NEVER deal with U-Haul storage again & will make sure to let others know about this incident as well!

Climate controlled but no privacy when Im in my unit

We had a reservation booked 2 weeks in advance, they didnt have it when we arrived. Had to get 2 different units and climate controlled was all they had available. Called corporate to complain and they agreed that I should only pay what i was quoted for my original reservation but that each facility has a manager that handles complaint. That manager called me and was rude and said well you didnt have to accept the units we offered. They lost my reservation!!!! Rudest worst place ever!!

Most inconvenient storage in Alexandria it needs more doors
