I think they give priority to their government and city contracts before warranty and paying customers. It’s been a year to attempt to fix a single oil leak on my truck with 70,000 miles. Between misdiagnoses of the leak and excuses of why they need more time to get my truck in to fix it. They also lied about fixing the leak and replacing a seal that wasn’t part of the leak. Bottom line is I don’t think they understand the mechanics of a Diesel engine and can’t replace a seal. Took my truck to Benoit and they diagnosed the problem and are fixing it in a week. If you buy a truck from them expect warranty work to not be done at a time when you need it to be done
Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the service dept. at a dealership.Every guy / girl in the service department was amazing. They let me shop on the computer for the right tires, and even go lay hands on the tires before putting them on! They knew exactly how important they are when you travel the country in a camper selling life insurance. I will be back here to buy my next truck NO MATTER HOW FAR.
Brought my Jeep in and they said module was burnt up to windshield wipers. Said it would be 4 days before the part came in. No, it was over 2 weeks and I had to keep calling them. Said they didnt have any cars to loan me to drive. I think it rained everyday for over two weeks. Could not see how to drive. Somedays had to sit on the side of the road until it stopped raining. Went in to get it fixed and of course the mechanic was off that day and they couldnt find my part. Finally, I have wipers again. I think you should take care of your customers better than that.
I set an appointment to have a recall done on my truck for Saturday July 17, 2021 and when I showed up for the appointment there was no one to be found the appointment was set 1 month in advance. Google states that the dealership is open from 7:30-1:15 on Saturday but the building shows that they are closed on Saturday. So I didnt have bad service, I had no service I find that to be worst than bad service
Had scheduled appt, arrived and was told appt was not on the books, would be at least week and a half. I will never buy another vehicle there.

Purchased bmw m4 here recently and at first the buying process was great. Fast and easy. But after purchased the vehicle they could careless. After bringing home the vehicle and inspect it in the morning, I found thousands worth of damage due to bent oil cooler and crack shield. I reached out to my salesman and the dealership since feb9 gave me nothing but a run around and no one answered my call or voicemail. This had to be the worst dealership experience I had and would never recommend this company to anyone.
On January 26th 2021 my Jeep was taken there because I had hit a block of wood ( railroad tie) that had fallen off the back of an 18 wheeler. It tore the inside of the rim open along with other damages. The phone number to this location has been disconnected you’ll need to call the other Walker to be connected to the service department. The best part is that they NEVER answer the phone they send you to voicemail and they may or may not return your call. I had to reach out to Matt in the service department and never got a straight answer. The first week of my Jeep being there I called to touch base and that is when Matt informed me that I needed to get the estimate from my insurance. So I emailed it to him on February 2nd 2021 also agreed to the price of repairs. On 2/10 I reached out and spoke with Todd (service) and was told that Matt was out for the day then asked if I had approved the cost of repairs!?!? 😡 of course on the 2nd. Todd said well Um I’ll have Matt call you tomorrow. 15 days and NOTHING has been done! Matt never called. I reached out waited for someone to call me back finally Matt calls to inform me that the mechanic would inform him when she had time to start the repairs. Then the freak snow storm 2/15I knew nothing would be done and guess what?!? Nothing happened other than my paper tag expiring and receiving the license plate. On FEBRUARY 22 I go to the dealership to see what the hell. Speak with Matt and get the run around. I return The next day to speak with the service manager who is Blake explain the situation and of course he had no clue of anything I also explain to Blake that means the accident happened on the 23rd I’m coming out of pocket now for a rental car he asks if I can give him a couple of hours to find out what’s going on but he will touch base with me by the end of the day. I asked about the rental reimbursement he said he would get back to me. Blake did call me back the same day explaining that one part had just arrived but that it was being pulled into the shop as we spoke. Imagine that. I received a call from Matt late Thursday afternoon explaining that my vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. So Friday the 26th one month three days after my vehicle being there I pick it up it is dirty not that I expect a full detail but at least through wash it off. I get in the jeep I’m excited because I get my vehicle back and I still have to return a rental car that I’m paying out of pocket for because Blake never got back to me on that one. So get in the jeep Started in the tire sensor lights are on with a huge warning. Seriously? I put it in reverse and when I press the breaks it is making a growling noise. I pull across the parking lot park next to the rental Go inside and tell Todd in service that the lights are on that there are dirty fingerprints on the headliner and that the brakes are making a terrible noise I took the keys on the counter and tell him that I’m going to return the rental car and I need a car. I return to the dealership after 45 minutes not to mention I had to find a ride from enterprise I’m greeted by Blake wondering where I’ve been explain to him that the my vehicle never left the parking lot. My keys were in the same spot i had left them when I gave them to Todd. I’m beyond livid. Blake says that there is ZERO noises coming from the breaks. That they would put it on the lift and check to see if there was an issue. He returns within 10 minutes and explained to me that the noise from the brakes but he didn’t hear was due to the dust plate being bent so they bent it the other way. The reason that the tire sensor light is on is because..... Drum roll please the tire sensor that your insurance approved was not compatible for your vehicle! So they ordered the correct one and no different charge and that I would need to make an appointment for it to be put on put the part was already there! My head exploded So you’re telling me that the part for my vehicle was paid for is here?!? Continue on part 2 please

This is one of the worst and mismanaged dealerships that Ive ever dealt with. I cannot speak to their sales department I can only speak to their service department and they are subpar at best. I would rather drive to Leesville and use the dealership in that area. Dont bother even scheduling an appointment they wont even look at your vehicle until 2 and 1/2 days later. Then to claim an engine ticking is caused by oil that Is a month old with 3500 miles on it... lol what a joke. It was very apparent that they didnt want warranty work. I wonder if they would have said something different if they thought I didnt have a warranty? I will not be using this dealership ever again. Uneducated scam artists.

Went in to look at the 2018 model Jeep Wranglers for my wife. I had my 7 & 4 year old kids with me, so I figured this would be an interesting visit. I met the finance manager Amos Williams at the door as we were walking in. I told him what I was looking for and he promptly showed me the Wrangler Sport S that was inside the showroom. He then introduced me to Brandon Barrett, a salesman who was super Friendly and very knowledgeable about the new Wrangler’s. Both my kids immediately jumped in the Jeep and covered every square inch of it. Considering the awesome service I received from Amos and Brandon as soon as we entered the dealership. I decided to go ahead and purchase my Jeep from Walker rather than shop around at other dealerships. Within thirty minutes of me walking through the door Amos was drawing up the paperwork, while Brandon was showing me how to drop the Jeeps soft top and remove the windows and doors. Amos gave me a great deal on my trade in, and Brandon even gave my kids some small toys that he had stashed in his desk, to occupy their time. Once my wife arrived after work, Amos helped us transfer all of my wife’s “Junk” from her Explorer to her new Jeep. Brandon then sat in the Jeep with my wife and thoroughly went over any and all of the Jeeps functions. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep or a Dodge brand vehicle to check out Walker and ask for Amos Williams or Brandon Barrett.

These guys managed to sell us a vehicle without a spare tire or a jack without telling us. Wife got stranded on the side of the road w/ a gash in the tire. Had to toe it back to Alexandria. I cannot imagine a freaking car without a spare. I called and left a message for a manager, never got a return call. No need to worry about me returning.

Purchased my first brand new Ram 1500 in October of last year from Walker Dodge and have had 2 oil changes and some minor warranty repairs here and there since then and have been treated well each visit. The staff are excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean with complimentary snacks, coffee, and cable television provided while you wait. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicle needs.

Impossible to contact anyone who works here for service. Called them the past 3 business days multiple times per day. Couldn’t get ahold to someone other than the receptionist. Gonna be hard to retain me as a customer if I can’t get service for my vehicle.

Very Very overpriced. Stay away. Plus they really need to work on their professionalism and manners in the workplace. A lady working there was in the restroom when another gentleman come banging on the restroom door in front of customers to ask her a question. I am going to have to look for a car for my daughter soon. I will definitely not be going to this place to buy it or for future service on my vehicle.

Brought my vehicle in at 9:00 AM for prescheduled appointment. Vehicle sat their all day without even being looked at. Now 6:15 PM no call no feedback. So I have been without a vehicle all day and who knows how long tomorrow. I needed AC recharges, which I could have done myself except Dodge made it impossible to do with inexpensive kits since they engineered vehicleTo require dealer service. So cost is not $35 but dealer charge of around $200
I have purchased 2 new trucks from Walker Dodge and have been extremely pleased with how easy the deal was and the price I received. I have my truck serviced here for all routine work and the service department does a great job each time! Will continue to do all of my automotive needs with Walker!
Took my Dodge truck in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Matthew Wood checked the truck in.I left the truck about 10 am. It was not done till after 2 pm. When I got home I look at the tires and saw they had not been rotated. Called Matthew who said sorry. I guess its not a big deal to him but I have to drive nearly an hour one way and take a day off to do this. FOUR HOURS TO CHANGE OIL AND YOU DONT GET TO THE TIRES!

Hello. This dealership refused to service my vehicle, all of which I found out after my truck sat in the parking lot the entire day of business today. I am beyond fed up dealing with dealership, there is no way this is the way Dodge intended for customers to be treated. I am making the 250 mile drive next week to turn this vehicle in and washing my hands of the brand. This dealership is so well known for not servicing or providing proper services for vehicles if they was not purchased at “their” location. This is the second time in the past 2 months that this has occurred, the first was for recall items and now the problem that I’m currently having. This is pathetic. FCA needs to investigate this dealership ASAP. The Star case, when informed I had already initiated this to ensure my vehicle would be tended to, well that was the beginning of the issue, dealership did not appreciate that occurred prior to appointment..I assume that was the initial reason the dealership did nothing.You can buy here if you want to deal with aggravation, but I will be purchasing something from another brand next week out of town that isn’t here. It’s worth the drive to not deal with this level of incompetence & aggravation.
Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Cobin Hebert in January. The experience was so pleasant, they helped me out with everything I wanted even though I was so picky. Even brought the car in from another dealership and had aftermarket leather seats put in it for me (I was in a hurry to buy and there was nothing with leather around our area at the time). Cobin was phenomenal as was all the staff I encountered. I’ll definitely be returning to this dealership to buy my next vehicle. Jeep for life!

I love my beautiful F-8 Green Dodge Charger! They were awesome in the sales & finance departments, couldnt ask for better service there. But unfortunately there have been several glitches with the car(Not Walkers fault). But unfortunately the service dept is extremely slow to repair/fix the problems with my car, its been a month since buying it still the problem exist. So my next step is to contact Corporate!
I was traveling cross country with my four dogs in my small rv to visit relatives for the holidays. I started having loss of power in my diesel Dodge Ram Winnebago, the chassis is actually a Mercedes Sprinter. So Mercedes and Dodge Ram dont work on these vehicles. The guys at Walker told me to bring it on in. Their certified mechanic was away for the holidays, so they could not actually do the work that day. But they spent a lot of time looking for a mechanic at another dealer, looked at the problem and gave suggestions. The rig runs well now, thanks to their help and suggestions. And they did not charge me for their time. Thanks very much to all of the guys that helped. I was able to finish my trip with no more issues. Thank you! Happy New Year!

The worst service Ive ever experienced. I made reservations, while I was visiting family in town. My appointment was for 08:00 . I didnt get out of there until 16:00 hrs. When I enquired about why it was taking so long, no one could give me a reasonable explanation, all they could do is apologize. THE WORST SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS!!!!! Note: This was for a oil change and new brakes .
My experience here was great. I bought a used ram 2500 2 days ago from Broussard and noticed some rear end issues. The CSR at Walker took great care of me and got my truck right in to be worked on. It was all covered under warranty and they even fixed a recall issue while it was in.
Not a great experience from start to...now having only owned the vehicle for a few months and have had it in and out of the service department...I was first told that they dont give loaners, to call Enterprise even though its a warranty issue. But theyve worked it out now. Several people Ive dealt with have been extremely rude. Go out of town to buy definitely!!! Bruce in service and one salesman that I talked with one day are very nice. Otherwise, my experience hasnt been very good with the Dodge dealership at all!!!Update: I have revised my review from 2 to 4 stars. Theyve recently taken on more staff and things are running much more smoothly.

Awful service desk. Been waiting for my car to be done for 5 weeks now...they have lied about when it would be done 3 times. I would highly suggest you dont get your service done there. I also heard the Jeep dealership in Bunkie is much better.

Very unhapp with the service department at jeep. Slow service and a lack of communication with the advisor. After third trip back to get the truck we just gave up and took it as is since we didnt have proof besides the guys saying they messed up. Since they stained seats and refused to clean it then treated me like I was JUST a woman and only spoke to my boyfriend not me. Manager Blake even told me if I was rich this would have never happened. This place is a joke and none of the managers are going to help either. Their customer service work proformance and manners all need major work. Maybe they should go to Honda a little while and learn how to treat a customer.

I was working in Baton Rouge and my 3500 had been having trouble ever since service from another dealer. With the floods they were the closest dealer to me. I had two other dealerships say they fixed the problem but my truck kept dumping coolant. No one seemed to care about me or really finding the problem. I also needed a part that was back ordered.When I came into Walker the service department knew I was upset and they assured me they would get it done. My family was stuck in our fifth wheel in a Walmart parkimg lot until it could get fixed. They worked me in around their already busy shop. Not only did they locate the backordered part at a flooded dealer, but had it on the next day. They found the coolant issue and the truck runs better than the day I got it. I live in Alabama and the next Dodge I buy, will be from them. You know its hard please everybody sometimes, thats just the way it goes, but I assure you they made every effort make it a great experience for me. Thank you from the Landrum family!!!

Worst service ever came to get a new valve stem on a tire and man incharge said he would help gave him all my info said I was going to pick it up on Saturday. Well when I came to pick it up they couldnt find my paper work and my last name was spelled Beargas! So much for paying attention to the customer! They told me that they couldnt do nothing to help me cuz the rim was bent which was not even the problem! They didnt even touched the tire for crying out loud. What a waste of my time! Please buy a jeep some where else!!
