I had a great service experience with Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. First time here and Chantell was very attentive to my requests. Also a fast pick-up experience on Saturday. The service manager on site was very kind and responded promptly. Would definitely come back and it would be even better if there were loaner cars available.
Im from out of state (Maryland) and needed a new tire to get back home. David was the best. greeted and treated me with respect, always updating me on the process of replacing my tire. Thanks for the excellent service. Definitely see David with you visit this dealership.

I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer, so was not comfortable waiting inside during this time of pandemic protocol transition. I Scheduled appointment a week and half ago to have my car serviced. When scheduling the appointment, I confirmed a reserved rental car knowing I would not be able to wait for my car to be ready, she confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until two days later and the rental that I reserved was not available; I would have to wait until someone returned a car or reschedule my appointment. The service agent offered a shuttle to get home and stated that he would call me when a rental was available, I then would be able to pick up the rental.This area does not offer a variety of choices to get service and can be a huge inconvenience. When scheduling my appointment there was no communication or follow up stating that there would be no rental car available upon arrival. How is a customer, told you ‘just have to wait until someone returns a car’ when an appointment and reserved car was previously scheduled? This is completely unacceptable and POOR customer service.
Excellent service center - everyone here is super nice and helpful, especially Dr. Malik who went out of his way to help us not only with the service request but with everything else as well! Our service agent George was also super helpful and ensured that our car was ready within no time! Highly recommend them in the DMV area.

EXCELLENT SALES EXPERIENCE!I purchased a used MB fleet vehicle in March. Greg Chery was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make my buying experience easy and efficient. He was sensitive and accommodating of my need to observe socially distant practices, as Im in treatment for breast cancer. He has continued to be patient as we wait for the (COVID delayed) transfer of plates. I cannot say enough about this man and am grateful for his commitment to his customers!
Fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I was searching for a specific vehicle for weeks and they were impossible to find or, they would fly off of dealers lots. I found one I loved at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria but it also was sold. But I was immediately contacted by salesman Richard Eidman, upon inquiring about the vehicle. He quickly searched the nationwide inventory and found the perfect car with all the specs I wanted!! He got the vehicle shipped to the dealership in no time which is something other dealers were not willing to do! I was coming from out of state so was preparing for a challenging experience.Quite the opposite: Richard was a SUPERB salesman who essentially completed the preliminary transaction with me over the phone leaving very little to do when I arrived at the dealership. He went above and beyond to fulfill all the requirements and some more! He spent time to explain all the cool new features and even called me several times after to make sure I was completely satisfied, totally a family-like experience. He has truly set the standards high for my next purchase. Will definitely be working with Richard Eidman again!!
Horrible service. They are not attentive. You show up for an appointment and they are surprised.. your service advisors changes every visit because they overbook everything so you end up jjsy going to who ever is free..I have owned multiple luxury brands and each have their pitfalls but Mercedes of Alexandria has been the worst when it comes to service.Update.I speak with the advisor (Casar Cardona) regards to the status of my car that I can see hasnt been touched because the app let me know its been locked since I got here even though I had an appointment and his response was were busy.. I said whats the point of an appointment he said so we can look at the car not so you can be serviced quickly
I would not recommend this location if you are interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. It has probably been the worst experience in a dealership. First, I made an appointment and when I showed up, the sales representative that I was supposed to meet, she was not working that day... The car I had expressed interest in -from the inventory, well, they did not have it. When I asked for the financing options, the sales guy gave me a piece of paper teared it from a notebook where he wrote the price and basically that was it. ah! when I took a car for a test drive, well I asked if the car had heated steering well, to what the guy said: is that really important to you...? Well thank you but Jaguar and BMW have better customer service and more modern design and better technological packages that the Mercedes Benz...

I worked with Almas from my initial probes about a vehicle to the delivery of the GLC-300 at my home: I was very impressed with Almas’ professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge about the car. He is very polite and patient, showed me various functions of the car and has been available every time I have had a question. I highly recommend this dealership and it’s staff.
If you buy a car here just know that after you buy the car that’s pretty much it they leave you high and dry and aren’t as nice as when they’re trying to sell you the car. Very phony fake behavior unfortunately.. will definitely be buying from other dealerships in the future who care more about their customers.
I have schedule my B3 service for my 2017 GLE c. My wife with baby drive the car and they could not take her they said they have no loaner car ask her to come back at the afternoon. I called Zack he apologizes and offer me to come pick the car and get it back the next day . Suddenly he text me back and said he can’t do it and prefer do it latter . So we agreed about the 5th July when he back from vacation . Be able to pick up the car and service it . I contact him the 5th and no answer I called and left him two voice mail and never respond and today the 7th finally he respond if I can drop the car Saturday which I told him I can’t .. I am very disappointed with Zack level of communication and service .. And risking the car to be driven with so service !!!
We all love Mercedes but this dealership created the most seamless process for me to get into my new vehicle. I was extremely indecisive about what features I wanted but my salesman Almas Azimi came through with a great fit right in time for the warm weather.Highly recommended!!!!
Ive had only great experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I bought a used 2012 GLK from Michael Prati, who was able to find me the perfect match within my price range. He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time Ive returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! Michael gets back to me with any question I have and is always willing to assist me. Highly recommend.

Had my service done with Chris. Superb outstanding service every time! I don’t know much about cars but I knew I heard some weird noise in my C300 whenever I would break. Chris told me to leave my car and got me a loaner. They couldn’t find the problem after driving it and looking at the car so I came in for a test drive with a tech. I was able to point out the noise I was hearing. The tech was outstanding and gave me lots of helpful advise that was cost efficient. After I picked up my car it was smooth and had no more weird noises! Really want to thank Chris and the tech for taking great care of my c300 and making sure all my worries were taken care of. I love my car and I’m glad to have gotten my service done here! Staff is very personable and truly cares about their customers. Will come for all my services here and recommend friends and family as well. This location beats all the others in the DMV.
I took my car to Mercedes due to engine light on. Their associates were very friendly and helpful. Kevin was very professional and friendly. I was given a loaner car until my car got fixed. Overall, it was a positive and great experience.
Inquired about an E63S from this dealership, agreed on a price, sent them credit information, spoke to the finance manager just for them to ghost me. The car didn’t sell for 2 months. Pretty bad experience and I have a hard pull on my credit. You would think they would treat all customers properly, especially one buying a 100k vehicle. Gladly found my E63S somewhere else the following week.
Before I begin, its important to note that I have visited numerous Mercedes dealerships (at least 8), and in my opinion, Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, is by far, the worst. Allow me to explain.First off, its nearly impossible to get a call/email back, even when your car is being serviced, but, the aforementioned is negligible, compared to the damage they caused to my car. The icing on the cake is that they are denying all responsibility.While my vehicle was being serviced at Benz of Alexandria, damage occurred while in their possession. Specifically, the front bumper had been crushed, and the parking strip trim had been ripped off.I first noticed the damage on 7/24, while my car was still on their lot. When I asked what had happened, the service manager (Frank) replied, I dont know anything about that. In hindsight, hearing the former should have been a huge red flag, since the service manager, at best, was oblivious to the damage that had been done. Nonetheless, since my car had been declared a total loss, I didnt think I would be retaining it, so I didnt take any pictures of the damage. (BIG mistake) However, I think most people would agree, that noting the damage with the service manager is reasonable protocol and should suffice. Up until this point, Ive never heard of a dealership that damaged a car, and then subsequently failed to remedy the situation. However, I should have listened to my intuition, because all the WARNING signs were there.Anyway, I ended up retaining the car 3 weeks later, at which point, I contacted the dealer about the damage which I had noted with Frank on 7/24. Long story short, they denied responsibility for all the damage.I then escalated my complaint all the way through the chain of command, til I reached the GM (Peter Collins) and, he stated, after interviewing the employees, his view was that the dealership did not cause the damage, which is simply not true. As stated earlier, I saw the damage while at the dealership, in person, and my car had never left the dealer lot. Further, the service manager was informed, as we both stood looking at the damage. In addition, USAA took pictures on 7/3, while my car was at the dealer, which showed my car in pristine shape, which proved there was no prior damage. However, even after I showed Benz of Alexandria this photographic evidence, they still would not take responsibility.I requested the dealership to check the video surveillance, and asked if they had taken photos of my car, before it left the dealership. To my surprise, they informed me they dont have records of the video footage going back that far, (beyond 30 days) and they did not have any pictures of my car, however I do not believe this. Most likely, they pulled the tapes, and once they saw they caused the damage, they simply denied having this footage. Now some may say this is a bold statement, but consider the following. Would a Mercedes dealership, or any company for that matter, with Millions of dollars in precious inventory, (stored outside, unsecured), take the risk of limiting themselves to 1 month worth of footage, when the cost of storage is negligible? Ill let you decide.In any case, I have now escalated this issue with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia - Consumer Protection, the BBB, and the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB). I also called the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, which handles insurance related matters, since they refused to provide me with their commercial insurance policy, since I wanted to file a garage keepers claim. The State representative told me that its very rare for an automotive repair shop to deny providing insurance information once requested, and stated that this typically only happens with smaller, less reputable companies.In closing, let me say that there are plenty of reputable, HONEST, automotive service repair shops out there, but this is not one of them. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealership, and avoid them like the plague. Youll be thankful you did.

Took my car in for service, and though we were late (due to my husband going to the wrong location initially), my vehicle was taken promptly after we arrived, assessed and quickly and accurately serviced. My advisor Mr. Boatwright, provided excellent service both during the appointment and after. He was super accommodating and took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I had been to 2 other Mercedes dealers in the area. I came in and met with Almas. I wanted him to know I meant business, so I told him about my expectations and my prior experiences. Almas had not only showed empathy, but addressed concerns I had with certainty. Almas’ confidence as a seller, had me sold right away! We went for a test drive and Almas’ knowledge about the vehicle let me know that he was truly a professional at this service. Upon our return, we met with the sales manager, Shawn and I promise the hospitality and just welcoming strength of them both, let me know I was in great hands! I talked with Shawn directly and he assured me that he could get me the best deal possible. WHICH HE DID! Together this team is truly extraordinary. The whole process was totally awesome. I highly recommend EVERYONE to pair with Almas and Shawn, they really made this so stress-free and just overall a true luxurious experience.
This is my fourth Mercedes Benz and they have always gotten better each time. I have been having my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria since 2006 withe my second purchase and I always have had a great experience and can always be made a sure that everything regarding my vehicle was taken care of and or brought to my attention. I may have selected different dealerships for purchase but I have always depended on Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for my service needs.

Overall the customer service was really good. I did not leave with a vehicle the only part I am unhappy with is I was advised they were still trying to get the deal done and then went MIA. I thought the considerate thing to do would be to at least communicate that they couldn’t get it to work out especially after I sat in the dealership for hours the day prior. I think it’s a little in poor taste to leave someone in limbo without communication.
Let me preface this by saying that I live right across the street from another MB dealership. But I will drive farther. Because their service pales in comparison to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. The moment I arrived, I was immediately taken care of. The service rep(Alex) kept coming back to check on me. Even the MB dealership where I purchased the car didn’t treat me this nicely. Treating people nicely goes a long way for me and I truly appreciate that. They have EARNED a new customer.This dealership is a hidden gem!!!
Make no mistake about it. Your customer service personnel is just as important as your service technicians because they are the first point of contact with your customer. Yesterday, the check engine light in my car came on while driving on the beltway, and then my car started to shake (like the engine was about to fall under me). I had my car towed to your service center. When I first walked in, I was greeted by your receptionist who directed me to the service center. I proceeded to the Service Center and I had a question about my warranty. Without naming him (because it is not my intention to get him “in trouble”), he barely looked up and came across as annoyed. He kept his eyes on his computer. I asked about my warranty. He acted as if I was wasting his time. He asked for my VIN#, I asked him if it would be on my Mercedes Me App. He said “yes, but I don’t have your phone or know where it would be on your Mercedes Me App” and then continued to be busy with whatever he was doing on his computer. I then handed him my phone with the app opened. He made me feel like I was taking up space on earth. Most people come to the Service Center with car issues. Some may be stressed. I was because my car was towed there. The complete lack of attention and/or empathy gave me pause on the kind of service I would receive at your dealership / service center. Disappointed and a bit perturbed, I took my car to Silver Spring Mercedes instead. I’d rather go an extra 40 miles than being treated like a second class citizen at your shop.

Carlos and Chris did an amazing job with my parts order and programming. These guys are truly top notch. Even though they were busy and I wasnt spending a ton of money they made me feel special and took extra time to walk me through a few other items i had questions on and taught me how to check and configure my Tire sensors before I left.I will be happy to go back for my future service needs and look forward to working with the team again.

South Pickett is not a high speed test track. I was just passed by a tech in a customers car doing about 60 on Pickett. A disabled service members car no less. I should think they’d be angry if they saw my dash car footage of your tech driving in an unsafe manner. This is a huge issue with the BMW dealership down the road and now I guess we can add the Mercedes dealership to the list. Unacceptable.
Twice now I’ve had issues with their service department and collision center. In the first case they told me I needed a new $4000 motor for the convertible top. Went somewhere else and turns out a couple contacts were bad and they fixed it for one-tenth the price.Then the collision center returned my car with the rear brake light out after they did work on rear end. Not a huge deal, right? Well apparently too huge for them to deal with so I took it to Merchants tire a block away and they replaced the bulb-at no charge.
MB of Alex Service Dept is the best. Our service advisor, David Getachew, is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. He is superbly professional and trustworthy. When you get your car back, in this case both my wife’s car and mine, he goes over the service performed in detail and answers any questions. David is a 5 star performer in every regard.
I made an appointment at 11am to just get my sun roof tube cleared out and they hit me with extra fees and it had been over 12 hours still no contact or time frame for a simple procedure. In all fairness I have not gotten my car back to see the work that was done this is more of a customer service problem . As a young male I felt treated differently than other customers there and also don’t get how an 11am appointment turns into an over 24 hour process
Very disappointed that they do not stand behind the product they sell. I had a crack occur in my front window from a stress fracture and no signs of impact and was confirm my the service manager. But due to the warranty of being 5000 miles / or 4 months over they decline replacing within the warranty even though it was a faulty windshield. They sell you at Mercedes on being family when you buy a Mercedes yet they don’t treat you like one when it really comes down to it.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would have.If you want a luxury experience STEER CLEAR of this dealership. We went here because they had the exact package we were looking for.What a mistake. The dealership itself couldn’t be LESS luxurious. When you’re spending $$ on a Mercedes you expect luxury...you will def not get it. All you get is a 4oz bottle of water...even with the purchase of a brand new GLS. LOL! If you’re going to have customers sitting for 1hr+, have some comfortable chairs, not some plastic pieces of junk.! Offer customers a Perrier or San Pelegrino, a bottle of expensive water or nice coffee. Not a 4oz bottle of Deer Park!But the worst part of our experience was their lack of Covid Safety. There were maybe 16 employees working. Of the 16 maybe 2 or 3 literally WERENT EVEN WEARING MASK, a few had them under their noses, a few had masks that were so large they kept falling down. I alerted a manager and while he listened, he seemed more annoyed than anything else. Even after he told his staff, one of the employees CONTINUED to sit at a desk with no mask!!!! We should have left but we were halfway thru our purchase so sat nervous for 4 hours.Had I known what an all around horrible experience this would be, I would have gladly purchased a car in a color I didn’t even want, just to have avoided this dealership.We do love our new car and our salesperson was a lovely person, despite his ill-fitting mask, but this was a terrible place and experience.If you want an experience to match the car you are purchasing, you won’t get it here.UPDATE-One week later-I emailed the sales manager AND the general manager 6 days ago and NEITHER have responded to me. I’m speechless.
We have taken our cars here for a few years now and have been very pleased with the service. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Cesar is our go to representative, if he isnt around, we feel that the staff is just as helpful and courteous. It is also great how they appreciate the military (discount on services). We feel that they are honest and the repairs have always been done to satisfaction. it is very easy to book appointments (online or phone) Would definitely recommend!

I would like to point out my horrible experience with Mercedes at Alexandria dealership. This experience just happened in early part of January 2021. My appointment was for an heating issue to be fixed. Long story short picked up my vehicle the same day service to encounter another issue that Mercedes created. I was immediately told during pick-up by my Advisor David Getachew, that he updated the system and thats why the function of my car seat were not working properly. Stated that it should start back working later, I told him it shouldve stopped working was operational when dropped off for service then his famous statement Your car is old as if we dont already know this its my vehicle. Mr. Getachew then stated arguing with my husband in the car port area and every tech left out which I thought wow very unprofessional to be treating a customer in such a manner. My husband spoke to his manger and it seem that my complaint fell on deaf ears never received an apology. I have never nor my husband been treated in that manner and to think this is Mercedes Benz Dealer. I not sure if my other car should come out there for service, can i believe nothing else will go wrong on this car 06 SL 55.
Every time weve taken our car in for service we felt welcomed and like family; from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to picking up our car after the service was completed. The staff is amazing, especially, George Boatwright, our service advisor, whom weve had as a service advisor since our first visit. George always kept us informed so we always knew the status and services required for our car. Thank you George for your kindness and making us feel special during every visit.
They did a major repair after that my car started to leak oil. I went back and they told me its not their fault. I spent $440 to fix but couldnt fix . Because their first diagnostic was wrong.Went there second time i paid 300$ to put a bolt back .It cost me 700$ for their fault. Which they didnt accept.There is pandemic and $700 is very important for me.
David Getachew has been my service advisor for the last couple of years. He is great about keeping me updated on the status of my car. He is friendly, kind, understanding, and most of all, honest. He is always up front with me on what I need to do now versus what I can hold off until later. He also explains things in a way that even I can understand them. Took my car here to get serviced because the one in Tysons was quoting me way too much for my A service. These guys were completely transparent about what was recommended vs what was important for my car. Had me in and out pretty quick. Friendly staff.
David Getachew is my service advisor. He has improved my opinion of this dealership. He is informative and available for follow up after the service appointment. David spent time showing me the options in my new car. He advised me on purchasing new tires. I have great faith in Davids opinions.
My wife and I went to Mercedes to look at a few options to replace her Audi. We were met by an amazing sales agent Nathan. He walk us through the process and help us find the ideal car for her. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria Service Department provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit. Zachary and David and there teams were able to immediately assess and correct the issue! Perhaps most importantly, they took exceptional care in ensuring that my car was kept clean and spotless during the entire time the vehicle was in their possession!
Great customer service and professional approach. I have been bringing my cars for servicing and I am always greeted like family. They keep you informed every step during service so there are no surprises. I would recommend their service to anyone who owns a MB.
The service center was full of vehicles so I was informed my car wouldn’t be ready until about three or four more days, especially since it was a holiday the following Monday. I received another call within three hours or so saying my car was ready for pickup. After driving my car for a few more days I was overly ecstatic! Not much needed to be fixed, but to not have to deal with the constant concerns anymore was amazing and everything was completed very quickly! I absolutely love how hardworking the Mercedes staff is and they always call with updates to make sure I’m aware of what’s going on.
Cesar was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Alexandria is not the nearer Mercedes garage but I go there because everyone especially Cesar is always so friendly and goes out of his way to make sure my experience is a special one.
The first occasion i visited Alexandria Mercedes Benz Austen Achterberg was my service rep and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me all that would be done on my service B. i expressed to him that i also wished to purchase new tires for my vehicle and he went above and beyond to find the best tire and price. Austen is a top notch service advisor and i will continue to request him in the future
I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria at my last appointment. My service advisor, Cesar Cardona was waiting for me when I came in for service and had the paperwork ready. After a short wait, I picked up a loaner and went about my way. Cesar kept me updated on the progress of my service and let me know when my car was ready. I had an excellent service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Service advisor Austen Achterberg did everything he could to make my experience unforgettable. As soon as I reached there service advisor Austen issued me a loaner. It took about 7 days to repair my car as recalled parts were not on their stock. I had no impact during the service as I had loaner. Austen kept his promise by providing my car repairing status.

Brought my 2015 E250 in for warranty work and was provided a free loaner for 2+ days and excellent communication, service, and support throughout. Theyve earned a loyal customer for life.
James Belton was a great guy to work with and he answered all my questions and followed up with me promptly during and after service was completed. The service visit for my A220 was professional and quite pleasant. When it was determined that a part had to be ordered I was given a loaner car in a timely manner. The work performed was excellent and I had a special job that I requested and it was done perfectly as well.
During the past year, I visited Alexandria Mercedes for repairs and services on my 20 year old Mercedes E320. Most recently, I chose to wait while I got B Service. I was greeted by my service advisor Alex who made sure I was fully aware of the waiting area and all of it’s amenities. Alex kept me informed on the progress of my service throughout the wait. I can’t say enough about how friendly and professional he was. A few days later, I returned to have a minor repair and was very impressed that Alex remembered me by name and was still familiar with my car.
Where do I start I came to finalize a deal on a car that wasn’t at the dealership although I was told it would be at the time I arrived. Two hours later the vehicle I’ve never seen but received approval to buy still isn’t here. Staff half wears a mask and some don’t in a confined space with people sneezing in open spaces this is an absolute zero rating auto buying experience’

I have owned Mercedes products since the 1970s. For the past 10 years Mercedes of Alexandria Virginia has serviced my cars with courtesy and professionalism. I particularly like the way David Getachew keeps me updated with texts and emails while my car is being serviced.

He listened to all of my concerns for my cars annual servicing and had me in a loaner car so quickly (and conveniently) that I felt like I was a long-time customer receiving their special treatment. EDIT: James is great at the service department.Extremely rude employees from the second you pull into the parking lot. As if you are a disservice to them for coming here. Came for a flat tire and not one person (3 different people) made me feel like they were willing to take care of my problem or even wanted to be here. I even had someone ask me if I’m sure that the tow truck was coming & if my car really had a flat. Never have had such terrible service at a Mercedes before. Can’t wait to go back to the Annapolis location for future GOOD services.
ABSOLUTELY. THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!!!DO NOT GO THERE - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!Saw a GLC 2018 advertised for $30,000 - thought I was dreaming. Awesome price! Called them asking to see the vehicle - THEY LAUGHTED AT ME AND SAID THAT I AM CRAZY, THAT SUCH PRICE DOES NOT EXIST, AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEEL THIS CAR FOR $38,000 INSTEAD!! When I pointed out their own ad in CarGurus (where the car was listed at $30,000) - they again LAUGHTED AT ME AND HUNG UP.I drove there to confront them about their scam and their conduct - they threatened to call the cops!!DO NOT GO THERE! THEY KNOW THAT THEIR VEHICLES ARE NOT GOOD AND SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED - THATT WHY THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU BY POSTING FAKE LISTINGS!!

My first experience at the service department MB of Alexandria started out not so good. I am the kind of person who asks for the Manager when I feel the service is not acceptable. Before the end of my visit, I was assigned a new Service Advisor, George Boatwright. George has been my Advisor for the past 4 years.There has never been a time when George has not been able to deliver. He’s almost like a concierge. When I pull into the service lane, I know I don’t have anything to worry about. George has been the most knowledgeable, professional and hard working advisor I have ever dealt with. Sure there have been times when I had additional issues, but all I have to do is let him know, and by the time my GLE350 is picked up I am completely satisfied. George is a great example of what a Service Advisor should be. At the end of my visit he always asks, “Have all of your concerns about your vehicle been addressed today?” And the answer is always ABSOLUTELY!
I have been coming to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for over 10 years. I only get my vehicle service there. One of the things I like is that every time I go there I’m greeted by name. How many dealerships can you go to who know you by name. I know that when I take my car for service or for my yearly maintenance I know my car will be fixed correct the first time and that they will only used Mercedes-Benz parts. The service advisors and supervisors in the service department are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, you’re likely given a rental when they have your vehicle for an extended period of time. Not any type of vehicle but a Mercedes-Benz. I would highly recommend them.
Cesar was/is a very personable individual! He help my wife and I get the job done on her ML550! He stayed in constant contact with us and kept us abreast of the situation when an extra dat was need. Next time well have to do a better job of informing him of or loaner vehicle needs. The GLA is a tad tight for my 63 frame and being 100% Service Connected folding myself up is not my forte.Give that young my a raise!Thanks!

Salesman outright lied to close sale, then admitted Nav system could not be modified/unlocked to work with Android Auto or Apple Car play. Zero concern for repeat business or customer satisfaction. Anything to make a sale.
