First time dealing with this dealership. Went in to help out my wife with the purchase of her car. Got there early and was immediately directed taken care of. Spoke to the manager, which assigned me to a sales associate, Aaron. Aaron was phenomenal during the whole process. We looked at the cars my wife was interested in and he showed me a couple cars I liked as well. The test drive was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about Lexus, the car buying process and other models of cars. The car was cleaned up and Aaron took care of wiping some spots that werent taken care of during the wash. Jessica in finance was great as well and ensured that we got the right warranty packages. Thanks to Aaron and Jessica we ended up buying the car we wanted and had a great experience at Lindsay Lexus. They did not have the car I wanted. Sales staff was pleasant but would not tell me before I arrived that they didnt have the model I was after.
Theres a reason why this location is one of the leaders not only in DMV but the east coast. We had the pleasure of working with Kenyatta during our visit and we were very fortunate to meet him. Kenyatta is amiable, honest and engaging. He will work with you to attain your desired results and at times also be your advocate. Even after the dealership closed for business, he waited with us patiently and happily welcomed us to our new vehicle when all the formalities were done. Definitely seek out Kenyatta when youre ready to take a new vehicle home. As far as the dealership itself, its as you would expect from a luxury brand should be. Location is clean and accommodating. If you dont find what youre looking for on the main lot, they have more ready to cater at their second lot 3 miles down the road. Hope your experience is as good as ours!

If youre looking for a good discount and that awesome feeling when you step out of a dealership and feel happy about buying this car at a discounted price, this place is it.I recommend asking for the following: Anna (Sales Consultant) and the manager Josh, and look for Jimmy in the finance. Those trio are just amazing. They will actually listen to you and help you with everything they have.I talked to Anna and Josh, got huge discounts that was unbelievable in less than 30 min and was signing the paper in an hour. So definitely look for Anna and Josh (who is the manager there). And trust me I was not in a good mood walking in to this place as I was just exhausted from searching for a cars and just driving everywhere to find that perfect deal!I recently had my car totalled and obviously was not too happy as I was forced to buy a new car. Ive been to over 7 Lexus dealership around the DMV area (Chantilly, one in Maryland, also non-Lexus ones in Fairfax, Chantilly and etc) as I was trying to minimize my cost because of my circumstance and Im also super frugal. All the other places felt too salesy for me. I hook you up with $5000 discount event though the price was obviously still above Kelly Blue price. Everything was shady. Lindsay was not the case. They were very clear cut. Heres how much it is, I can offer you this and I asked for other discounts and they really tried everything they can to gave me all the discounts out there.If youre looking for a Lexus, definitely include this place.
My salsa person was horrible. Pushy, offered me deals he couldnt follow through with or that flat out align with what I told him my requirements were, which resulted in my credit being hit more times then needed. He told me I was unrealistic and wouldnt get anything. A week later I was in something I absolutely love that had nothing to do with him!

Took Cadillac xt5 in for oil change (under warranty) & was recommended 4 other services not covered. I agreed to the alignment & balance ($210) & said I’d wait on the other 2 until I had time to check prices elsewhere. While waiting for it to be done I got on Lindsay’s webpage to see if any service coupons since always receive in mail but everything has been covered under warranty so never paid attention. Also checked Moore Cadillac (same distance for me) & they had a coupon for tire rotation, balance & alignment for $109.95. Showed it to my service adviser (who is terrific) but they would only take $40 off their price.So learn from my stupid mistake - check their competitor’s service coupons & prices before you agree to them performing any service you’re responsible for paying.

Approximately 20 months ago my fiancé and I made a decision to invest in a luxury vehicle.We have friends that suggested that we look into Lexus. We visited our local Lexus dealership located in Alexandria Virginia.I fell in love immediately with a 2017 RX 450 hybrid SUV. We move forward and decided to invest on the vehicle.We purchased a maintenance plan and in addition to that we knew we have three year warranty 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper.The vehicle is still under warranty and I recently noticed that the appearance of the door moldings on the side of the vehicle was not right.I wasn’t too concerned because I felt that Lindsay Lexus focus on customer service and the fact that the vehicle was under warranty, this would be replaced.The repair was Not Approved and the dealership stated that the appearance of the molding was caused by an external source, being the sun. Therefore, I would be responsible for the replacement of the molding. The cost of the part is $137 and the Labor cost is $470. In total I am responsible for a $600 repair.I escalated this to corporate directly. They just called me and have decided not to replace their flawed part. I do not believe that this happens to every Lexus and I believe that might part my moldings are defective otherwise they will have thousands of not millions of vehicles with deformed moldings. I live in Virginia there are four seasons here it’s not summertime at all times. There are parts in the country where the average weather is 109° on a daily basis, do they not sell Lexuses there?I am in the market to purchase another vehicle, my immediate thoughts were another Lexus.However due to the lack of leader ship and of what I perceive to be a poor judgment call on whomever declined this repair I will not be purchasing another vehicle, refer anyone, and have decided to create awareness.By the way, no one presented a solution. No one said sorry Miss RAMOS we are not able to cover this but this is what we can do for you. I am passionate about leader ship and I’m so disappointed that these two companies lack it and this is why I will choose to invest elsewhere.I am sharing this story to create awareness. Is the one in ManasasBe careful, dont go there!!! If you want to really shop go to other place, Koons is a very good one.This linsay dealers use scam-like practices. In the web site they put the bate, an amazing offer. Then you ask about it and they provide some info and then they call you immediatly to make an appointment. Then they call you and call you and call you to make sure you will go. Once youre there the sales contact person who did the appointment is not the one who attends you(so you cannot claim directly on what you talked to him) They show you the keys of your car but not yet, no sir not the time yet, first they need to do a check on your credit report... (this is the same practice as the ones selling travels with a gift promise you have to be sure to take with you your credit card) after that they will take you to see your car and they start asking you in order to get your focus out of the bate car. They do an inquiry of your credit first in order to try to sale other cars, not the one you want. When things are not working and you want to get back to the bate car, suddenly it is not there!!!!! They tell you what you saw is not the one and try to imply youre crazy... then try to take you to check other car....fortunately I got a picture of the offer and there was record in their own chat system. What a creepy way to try to sale a car.If I were you I wont bother checking cars in that dealer nor physically nor the website as they track which cars you are watching....
