Although I was unable to get a car on yesterday, I have to be honest when saying they tried extremely hard to not just get me in a car but to get me in something I was comfortable in and loved. They are liars on the way home my car check engine light came on and low oil pressure light so I called the dealer and he told me it needed a oil pressure sensor. Made it home got my vehicle serviced and I had to put a oil pressure sensor and a cam shaft sensor n new spark plugs so I did exactly what I was told couple days later my check engine light came back on this time it said for me to service my hybrid system so I called the dealer again and he told me he would call around and get my vehicle serviced and he never contacted me again so I didn’t call him back the next time I called I told him my car was cutting off n he never contacted me again so one day I let my wife take my truck she left came back n said the truck isn’t running right so I I called the dealer again and told him what my truck was doing he said I mite have troubleshooting with my coil packs so I bought my truck to Matt bowers and they serviced it and I found out that the engine wasn’t any good so I contacted the dealer and he doesn’t wanna help me and I haven’t had this truck 30 days yet five star imports is a rip off please be careful with these people

Bought a car Feb 28,2017... never knew the car was sold AS IS because they never tell you that... it isn’t on the website the only problem I was told was the back seat cover was missing. Ive had my car almost 8 months now! And I’ve spend almost 800$ on this car... THEY DONT tell you it’s an as is car until you tell them you got problems with it.. PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY TEST DRIVE THE CAR OUT. my car smokes, it shakes now, and lets not forget this.... they dont try to help you out

Shady place stopped by to look at a truck talk to some old cranky guy who had no intention of helping, lied to me about wher the truck came from first even though carfax has it in black and white, first mistake.I then asked if the truck had been in saltwater already knowing it came from the south east Texas coast and he said not to his knollage. First of all told me it came from Dallas wrong Houston is where it came from I will say they did a good job of trying to cover up the fact it had been in saltwater most likely from hurricane harvey. I will say don’t buy from these people all I could see was future problems. Don’t give crooks your hard earned money!
