I called the store, was automatically transferred another Firestone employee and was given 3 slots to choose from. I made an appointment the same day. I arrived only to have the gentleman tell me that he doesn’t know why I was given an appointment because they weren’t taking any other cars that day. He said I was the fourth person he had to turn away because the ‘online’ scheduler has no idea what they have to do in a day. Why were the slots even open for someone else at the company to be able to schedule appointments? It didn’t sound like they even worked for the same company.
Great service here. Person working the desk works in and out of the shop and front desk trying to take care of all the customers. Takes his time to address each customer and very helpful.
I needed a new tire due to a leak. I knew which tires I wanted. Unfortunately, this shop was out. However, Mark found tires at another location quickly and provided me their address. At my request, he topped off my leaking tire so I could make the drive. His demeanor, knowledge, and desire to find a solution allowed me to purchase the tires at a sister shop the same day!
Called and made an appointment...show up for the appointment and there is no record of the appointment...callnl customer service and they tell me the area manager will address the concerns never heard back from anyone. Horrible customer service.

I have been a customer at this location for many years. The staff are honest, welcoming and competent. I trust them. It was earned. For context, I used to live about two minutes away from this store. Since I moved close to about forty minutes away I don’t get anything done for my vehicle and my wife’s without speaking with the dynamic duo of James and Mark. They have saved us a lot of grief. I truly believe they are great assets of the Firestone brand.
Excellent customer service, honest mechanics and service manager.They aligned my car last week, but afterward I noticed a scraping or rubbing sound when I turned right at highway speeds. I went back to have them check whether they left something loose, and they identified a splash shield in the wheel well that was loose and rubbing. They secured it and didnt charge me for their time.They could easily have said something was wrong, and Id have paid them to fix it. They didnt take advantage, and thats why Ill be going back when I need more work.Well pleased.
Very professional and helpful! Mr. Mark and the team squeezed me in despite their full schedule. They were very informative, not pushy and most importantly didnt provide overinflated recommendations. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

My review is based on the customer service I received. Although I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing time, Mark was gracious and still willing to check out my car just to make sure I made it home safely. He was extremely helpful in checking out my tires to make sure there werent nails in them. Just off the customer service alone, Id definitely return to this Firestone!

After sheltering in place for 2 weeks, I thought it would be a good idea to start up my car and make sure it was running ok. I drove it around the block and as I exited my vehicle I noticed that I had a screw in my back tire. I called Firestone and spoke with Mark, who was very kind and told me to bring it in. Upon arrival, Mark and the entire Firestone team were attentive and professional. Can’t say enough good things about this shop. They treated me as if I was a longtime customer. Amazing service and I will always return for any of my tire needs. Outstanding job and much gratitude!
Took my car in for some “shaking” when I pressed the brakes, they diagnosed and showed me everything ie my brakes and rotors. They found that my brakes and rotors were good and the dealership didn’t tighten a tie rod bolt properly when they put on new tires, very frustrating! They gave me estimates for brakes should I need them in the future. Firestone said everything was safe and they didn’t charge me for tightening the tie rod bolt and sending me on my way. Will definitely be back next time I need work done. Honest and genuine.
Exceptional service by Chris the manager. He was fully booked on a Sunday no less and took the time to replace my shredded tire......and he did the work himself. What was going to be a 4hr wait got done within the first hour I was there. He got us back on the road home to NC.

This shop gave me a terrible experience, came here once requested a tire alignment, left the shop my tires was still wearing heavy in the same stop as if nothing was done, the employee that was working lied to my face as if he gave me a free tire alignment when firestone gives, free tire alignments. Came here a second time to get my tires aligned again a different employee treated my request as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, saying “You do know if you get an alignment that won’t fix the tire.” Me as a customer shouldn’t have to deal with disrespect, the shop has poor work ethic, since this is the only shop in a close radius to where I live I have no choice but to go there I will make sure from now on I check my car before I pull off.
First off, the staff are very friendly. I had some issues from another store and came to this one with a few reservations. The staff accepted every phone call of mine before, during and after I got my car back. I really appreciated their courtesy. On top of that, the store manager, James, help me personally and got my car fixed with the lowest price I could imagine. Thanks James. These guys are awesome! They have my business from here on out.

The Firestone in Hybla Valley I went to was great James great great customer service with everyone that I talked to and the service that I received with the tires and front-end alignment was right on key I would recommend them to anyone and I will be a returning customer
James went above and beyond - I’m a deaf client so he was willing to text me with updates about my car. Ultimately, I decided not to get it fixed but he was so kind and accommodating. Great service and beyond impressed with Firestone! I was in and out within 2.5 hours with walk-in.

Quite a bad experience. Set my appointment on Saturday for Monday. For tires and wiper blades. This was after being bumped from my appointment at the Waldorf, MD location. Called on Sunday to confirm my appointment, and was informed everything was fine and tires where in stock. And they had the wiper blades also On Monday morning get to the shop and the tires are now not available, but they have some other tires for twice the amount of the tires online.( the up-sale) but they can order the tires online that where supposed to be in stock. Agree to the up sale, waiting on truck to be finished, and noticed the a mechanic looking around at the tires in the waiting area and wouldnt you know it, they only have three of the four tires I need. But they can go to another shop and get the tire. Even though I was assured the tires are in stock. Two hours later. Was informed that my truck needs a front end alignment along with a sensor replacement, after spending $1000.00 you would think that the senor was a part of the tire replacement. Not a chance, more money and time. Declined the second up-sale and requested that my truck be finished up, so I can leave this shop. Get back home and find the wiper blades had not been replaced. Called the shop and was told that the technician forgot to install and the wiper blades were on the desk. Was told I could stop by, anytime during the week, free of charge to have them put on, or I could return and they would install them quickly. I returned, for a second time for the wiper blades that I had all ready paid for to be installed. So they forgot to do the simplest thing, of the whole visit. So why should I believe that the wheels have been torqued correctly Very poor service. Was emailed, saying that someone would be contacting me about my recent visit to Firestone, been over two weeks since Ive been to this shop. And nobody has contacted me, Im not surprised at all. Good luck with your experience with this shop, mine was very poor.
My wife had been to the Mechanicsville fire stone To get our tire “fixed” for a road trip to Mount Vernon high school for our daughter’s last competition of her senior year. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot our tire light indicator came on and the tire started going flat. I called the closest fire stone which was this one and spoke to Sergio. He found the hole that the other fire stone supposedly fixed and understood my issues with the other store. Sergio and his technicians fixed my tire and made sure my vehicle was ready to safely return home. Their customer service and attention to detail is far and above the other fire stone that I went too. I cannot recommend this fire stone enough
Had my truck towed here for a flat tire. Took 3 days for them to fix it. When I came to pick it up they told me that they hadnt actually fixed the problem so I had to wait even longer. Every other place Ive ever brought a flat tire to has never taken more than an hour. 3 days is ridiculous. And no one called to say that it wasnt ready yet after they initially said it was ready. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Wont be returning here.
The staff is well trained and very knowledgeable. The estimates with respect to time needed and costs are very accurate. They are able to order and receive parts and tires very quickly, sometimes within hours. Clean and comfortable waiting room across the street from a large strip mall. I recommend not only this store, but the Firestone chain. They provide top quality nationwide service and they stand firmly behind thier warranties. The prices are competitive, but not always the cheapest. However, Id much rather pay a little extra for a nationwide warranty and piece of mind.
I typically like going here for minor services (tires, battery, etc.). I had an issue with my truck starting and wasnt sure if it was the battery or the alternator. They charged up my battery, told me it wasnt the alternator, but, I feel they didnt give me enough info... battery was dead the next day. I later found that my battery was STILL too weak to consistently start my truck and that it probably shouldve been replaced at Firestone. But I went with the recommendation (or lack thereof) regarding the battery I already had. I felt a little mislead.Ill still go back, but, I was a little disappointed with the oversight.
Dropped off my 2011 Corolla for a lug nut stud repair. I get a call recommending I replace both front rotors and breaks (which did need to be replaced). I gave the green light. After picking up my car, I noticed smoke coming from the wheel area. Think it’s probably the factory oil on the rotors to keep them protected (should be cleaned off). Decided to look under the hood and I noticed the top cap on my break fluid reservoir partially off, and break fluid splashes on components that shouldn’t come near break fluid, as it would damage them. I take the cap off and who ever did the work completely overfilled the reservoir! Rookie mistake, there’s a reason for the “max fill line.” I called to inform Mike and was on hold long enough to simply hang up. I did the cleaning myself and removed the excess break fluid. Had I not been vigilant and knew a thing or two about car repairs, this could’ve ended a lot worse. Very disappointed..

Im sure their tires are fine, but dont come here for auto repair! I went in for a check up because my car was making a clunking noise when turning. They told me I would need to replace my control arms - and it was going to cost around $1200 parts and labor. They seemed so sincere and concerned about me and my safety, said I could start a payment plan and everything, and I could take as long as I wanted to decide. I completely trusted them, but I still decided to call around and see if I could get the work done for less somewhere else. I took it in to a shop that said there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the control arms. All they needed to do was tighten some bolts and realign the axle. Just a couple hundred dollars later, my car is fixed and running better than ever. I cant believe the mechanics here would try to take advantage of someone to that degree. At worst, they are lying scammers, and at best they dont know how to properly diagnose a simple realignment. Youve been warned.

I spoke with Mr. James my appointment was scheduled March 23, 2018. after speaking with Mr. James I had no doubt from our conversation that this Firestone had better customer service, very compassion and concern of fixing my vehicle . Immediately he showed his customer service and concerns to repairs to my vehicle. He thoroughly explain why my vehicle was not operating correctly. After he spoke with Mr. Chris they had my vehicle up and running in no time. Mr. James and Mr. Chris made my day for their immediately respond to my concerns for my vehicle. They explain what they did to correct the problem I was having. To top it off Mr. James reached out to me a couple days later checking to see how my vehicle was running. But the guy didnt even gave me a chance to ask any questions instead he printed out a quote and told me to call for an appointment when am ready.I used to come at this location years ago and they were nice. Took my civic there to get a tire replaced. Scheduling was easy, staff was friendly, and I was in an out in an hour. The $120 bill was reasonable, and I was happy overall. BUT, a few caveats:They tried to upsell an alignment, air filter and cabin filter, all 3 of which were done less than a month prior during a scheduled maintenance at the dealership. They also left the replaced tire inflated to 35PSI, not the 45PSI my tires are rated for. So check your tire PSI and dont fall for the upsells and youll be fine bringing your car here.
Call before going there, to receive the best service. One of my tires had a nail on the tire wall and required a replacement. One of the representative, Mark, helped me with a very good deal and also gave me discounts for future visits. Gave some good options, called and kept me informed throughout the process, even offered financial options to save more money on the deal. I end up replacing all 4 tires, as rest of them were not performing well and also had 1-3 leaks fixed. I did not have a prior appointment but they took reasonable time and walk me through the process, without burning a hole in my pocket. Do visit.

Had an AC issue. It was diagnosed COMPLETELY wrong and in such a way that it was evident they were lying. Wanted to change me 1700 for something that would not have fixed the problem.
I have been to this particular location several times over the past 6 years. They are always courteous and informative. They work efficiently too. Shop and waiting area is very clean. Tires are expensive..but also some of the best quality. Overall.. great shop..especially this location.
A few bad experiences at this location. I was charged 700 for a repair I didnt need. And the problem I actually came in for still remains. I had to go to another mechanic for the correct diagnosis and estimate. Firestone kept my vehicle for 2 days which also costed me in car rental costs. Just to have the same problem. Then they asked for additional money for the repair. When they did a job I didnt need to begin with. Overall I wouldnt want to return after these experiences at this location.
They acted like I wasnt even there, waited over an hour to replace a battery also they didnt put a piece back on my battery (cover) couldnt understand the noise, had to go somewhere else and they put the piece back on battery. Customer Service - 0
Ive been pretty happy with this location. Helpful employees, reasonably prompt service, they take care of me. Theres also a bus stop fairly close, so I can leave my car here.
Came here to get a new tire AND get my spare tire fixed that had an air leak. Pretty simple right. 2.5 hours later, they fixed the spare and didn’t replace the punctured tire that was in the back of my car. Pretty disappointing, especially after the guy even told me the tire would need to be replaced. So they left the old punctured tire in the back and just put the fixed spare tire back on. Common sense would say, like we discussed multiple times, I’d like a NEW tire placed on the car and place the spare tire you just fixed back under the car. Easier said the done apparently.

James Bae, Store Manager, provided free oil change certificates as prizes the WPHS classic car show. I won one of the awards and called to make an appointment or my 66 corvette. I was told they dont work on old cars. How convenient! As a fall back position I asked for 5 quarts of oil and that was also rejected.
This was my first time visiting a Firestone Auto Care. I took my Jeep Wrangler in for a wheel alignment due to an issue I was feeling with my steering wheel. I explained to James the issue when dropping the car off. He said it may not be an alignment issue that is causing the steering wheel issue I was experiencing. It hadnt had a wheel alignment in over a year so I said go ahead and do it anyway. I need to get it done and if it doesnt fix the issue, then I will troubleshoot further. He explained that Jeeps usually take a little longer to do the wheel alignment, so it would be an an hour and a half. No worries at all, I got an Uber home. Right at 1.5hrs after dropping it off, James called me to tell me it wasnt quite ready however he told me that the mechanic took my car for a drive and felt the same thing in the steering wheel that I described. COOL, I am not imagining things! During the same call James mentioned my air filters could need a change, so I said go ahead and do them. He said that would add an hour; no worries at all. An hour later James called me; my car was ready and he told me the mechanic took my car for a drive after completing the wheel alignment and steering issue completely gone!! Woo hoo! I was very happy! He also explained that as I had an after market air filter he couldnt change it, but he took it out and gave it a wash. Sorry for the long review, however having seen a few not-so-good ones about this store, I felt that I had to give a kudos when it was due. The customer service was outstanding and I will be a frequent customer from now on.
Why does it take an hour or longer to get a simple oil change with an appointment? I can do it myself in 15 minutes and I dont have all the fancy tools or a lift. I only go to Firestone because my company has an account with them. I work all over the country and have never been satisfied with the service I receive at any location.
This is our first get 4 brand new tire from this firestone . We had spend almost 600 for 4 brand new tire there3 month ago . And alignment too . Three month later we went to the ntb getting oil change . I also require for the rotation for from to back . When the mechanic told us your front tire is unable to rotation anymore . Because both shoulders around edge of tire are wear out .they told us we need two brand new tire . Unbelievable we just installed it 3 month ago . We call the store for the warranty we have about the tire . They ask me you suppose rotation the wheel every 5000 mile . And ask we proof for the receipt that we did for the rotation. But I told him the mechanic say it is alignment problem . The alignment didn’t do the good job which cause the tire shelf to the side . I told him I am glad I didn’t rotation my tire before other wise all my 4 tire going be mess up . They didn’t give me exchange for free I have to pay for two prorated tire cause me 85. Dollar for two more new tire . And they did another alignment for free . They installed two tire for me . The next day I went to getting my brakes pad change. The mechanic told us your tire is damaged. I say we just got it from firestone . We went back the next day they have give me another tire . They give me defect tire for consumer . A lot of bump . I will never go back their no more .
I have been visiting this particular Firestone Auto Care shop for years. Thats only because I have a lifetime wheel alignment agreement with this shop. Otherwise, I would never, ever return for services here. There ARE better shops with HONEST service repair staffs. Management and its staff are always trying to find something wrong with my car. (Note: Be very careful about Peter). They recommend high priced repairs that can be found at lower prices elsewhere. I have a real problem with their approach -- recommending high-priced services when the need to do so is not immediate. I am giving this shop 1 star for their unprofessional practices and lack of technical knowledge. Beware. Repeat, beware.

Friendly staff, quick service. However if you have anything other than a normal sized vehicle you may have to take your vehicle elsewhere between the equipment limitations as well as the small parking lot.
Guys don’t let the women come on there own. She might come back with a receipt of $80 dollars for an oil change when the dealer charges$ 40 smh

The techs do great work but the customer service isnt the best. I was asked why the labor for just one head lamp to be changed was so high and the guy stated I know someone with a Mercedes who has to pay $500 for their headlight to be changed First off we are talking about my car not a Mercedes. He then states well we can pull it back in the bay and rip out the headlight and you can go somewhere else ok the rudeness is uncalled for, for one; I asked a question you failed to look to see why, another guy came and looked and seen I was charged labor for two head lamps to be changed. I appreciate the help from the other guy I believe his name is Mark, but I wont return this location.
Booked an appointment at 7:15am and I was there on time. I was told my car would be worked on by 10:00am. Didnt bother to wait. Appointments should be honored.
Clean store, staff was friendly. Took my car in to repair or replace a tire with a sidewall tear. They honored my warranty from another store halfway across the country from almost four years ago and replaced it in about an hour like they said.
Took my mustang in for new set of front tires. Problems that came along with these two tires. I found a flashlight left on top of my engine one good turn away from falling into my serpentine belt or god knows what. Front right tire shroud is now missing. Front right panel now moves excessively when it should be a NONMOVING part. I called to question them and was met with a “if you came in for front tires then that is what our employees did. We would have no reason to go in your engine bay or to remove your tire shroud? And your front right panel now sure why it’s able to move now.” If the employee who is missing this flashlight would like it back go ahead and respond I’ll return it but following this review post will be an email to the business bureau.

Firestone has always provided quality service and prices for me. The first time I went because Jack Taylors Toyota place did not fix something needed although Id been waiting 3 hours to get a simple maintenance. They just wrote it in small print and let me drive away without even telling me about it, or asking me if Id like it done while I was waiting for it. So I took it down the road from my house to Firestone (who I have always heard favorable things about being able to trust Firestone from the locals around here). They said Jack Taylors did not even do the maintenance and showed me a filter full of leaves!! (Jacks said they REPLACED the filter!) Yesterday, I was at Jack Taylors only because they did free work for a Toyota recall, but as soon as they said I had a oil leak and needed a new chain timing cover, and it would be labor intensive and cost $1,207, I called Firestone and they said they would fix it for $747! So I it is now at Firestone to be fixed. I think they are great!
